Bora’s POV

I couldn’t sleep all night because of the two confessions I had to hear at the same time

Why did I wake up and walk downstairs and listen

Eavesdropper, eavesdropper, I thought as I punished myself by hitting my head with my knuckles

Before I realized it was already the afternoon so I stepped outside and I saw everyone awake and eating lunch in the kitchen

“Hey,” I said tiredly

“BORA!” the girls gasped as they ran over to me

“What’s with the dark circles?” Dasom asked as she kept poking underneath my eyes and I slapped her hands away in response

“Nothing,” I responded and plopped myself down next to Suzy

“Oh, you guys. There’s a school field trip on a yacht for 3 days and 4 nights,” Suzy explained

“Eh? How come I never heard about this?” I asked clearly puzzled

“Because you missed a lot of school” Dasom said and I nodded

“When is it?” Yoona asked

“It’s today,”

“WHAT?!” I yelled and could see the others were surprised of my behavior but I really didn’t want to run into the other two after hearing their little talk yesterday

“I’m not going,” I said

“Yes you are,”

“No I’m not,”

“Yes,”

“No,”

“Yes,”

“NO!”

2 HOURS LATER AT THE AIRPORT

“I hate you guys,” I grumbled as the three girls snickered and I shot them a glare

“Let’s go~” the three girls cheered and boarded the airplane with the other Shinhwa students and noticed F4 already seated in their seats with their s next to them

“Ah girls, we’re not sitting here,” Suzy said as we were about to sit down

“What are you talking about?” Dasom asked and we looked at each other in confusion

“We have our own room. Come on,” she said and lead the way as the two followed her but I turned around and saw Donghae and Hoya stare at me but both turned away once I caught them looking at me and I sighed and followed the other girls

I went inside our private room and put my stuff down

“Ok, what is going on with you?” Suzy asked as she sat down in a chair

“Seriously, what’s wrong? You’ve been sighing all day today,” Yoona pointed out

“Who drove you home yesterday anyway?” Dasom asked

“Hoya,” I answered calmly and the three looked at me wide-eyed

“What?” I asked in confusion

“Wait wait, HOYA oppa brought you home,” Suzy repeated as she emphasized his name, not believing what I just said

“Yeah he brought me home after I got cared for my wounds at Donghae sunbae’s house,”

“WHAT?!” the three yelled again and I rolled my eyes

“What now?”

“DONGHAE oppa? DONGHAE,” she asked again as I grabbed a bottle of water

“Yeah, how many times do I need to repeat myself?” I asked and started drinking the water

“Do they like you by any chance?” Suzy asked and this time I spit out the water I was drinking and coughed as Yoona patted my back

I looked up at Suzy grinning widely

“H…how’d you know?” I asked and her grin washed away

“Wait, you’re serious?” she asked

I didn’t answer and so the three girls started to close in on me and I shrunk in my seat as they approached me

“Bora, what happened yesterday?” Yoona asked

“What did you hear yesterday?” Dasom asked

“How do YOU feel?” with Suzy asking lastly

“Uhh…” I could only answer

“YOON BORA!” the three yelled in my face in unison

Suddenly a loud thud was heard and 3 snobby girls walked in

“What do you want?” I asked

“Why do you get private rooms and we don’t?” Tiffany asked, clearly offended that we were treated better than they were

“Cuz I paid for it,” Suzy answered and that got the others glaring at Suzy and were about to approach her but Dasom, Yoona and I blocked their pathways and they growled…growled!!

I bursted out laughing

“You guys aren’t cats,” I said trying to stifle my laughter but I bursted out laughing with the other 3 girls laughing with me and the three hyenas glared and the Woori girl raised her hand, probably to slap us and before I could stop her, someone else did…Hoya

“What are you doing?” He asked viciously

“They hit us and we were only going to hit them back for what they did,” Tiffany replied with her plastic fake voice

“Pathetic ,” Donghae murmured and the girls and I looked at each other in surprise

“Were they bothering you?” Hoya and Donghae asked and it seemed they were only asking me

I slowly nodded and they quickly sent the girls away

“Is there anything else you need?” donghae sunbae asked

“N.No,” I said and Hoya smiled,”Okay then,” and closed the door

“What the hell was that?” Yoona asked as we were all clueless and suddenly Suzy bursted out laughing

“What’s so funny?” Dasom asked with her head pointed sideways

“Oh Bora unnie, what did you do~?” she asked and I looked at her in confusion and asked,” What are you talking about?”

“Unnie, you CLEARLY have those two boys wrapped around your fingers,”

“W…what?” I asked stuttering with my cheeks starting to turn red

Suzy smiled at my response

“They really do like you,” she said genuinely

I groaned,” Whatever,” I replied and plugged my ears with kpop music and knocked out as I didn’t want to listen to anymore nonsense

I woke up and sat up tiredly to see three girls dressed up in nice fancy dresses

“Why are you guys so dressed up?” I asked as I yawned

“There’s a BALL today,” Dasom answered as she was doing her hair

“Aw man,” I complained but I got out of bed to take a quick shower and put on my dress that Suzy bought and Yoona was drying my hair for me while Suzy was doing my makeup and Dasom looked for the accessories that I was supposed to wear because they were already done getting ready

“Hey, by the way, how’d I get in this room? Did someone carry me?” I asked and the room was quiet

“Why aren’t you guys answering?” I asked as I stared at the three of them

“Was it one of the F4 people?” I asked with an eyebrow raised

“Seriously Bora, how many guys do you have?!” Suzy asked giggling

“What are you talking about? So you mean someone else carried me?”

“You should’ve seen Hoya and Donghae’s faces. You could smell their jealousy from miles away,” she said

I didn’t ask further because I knew I wouldn’t get any answers

“Ok done,” the three said and I put on my heels to finish it off and the three of us walked to main lobby of the yacht and found 4 gorgeous men waiting for us

Suzy was escorted by her F4 boyfriend, Wonho, while Dasom shyly took Yoon Siyoon Oppa’s hand, and I was surprised to even see him here and I noticed even Yoona had a date with that G-dragon kid, weird name btw and lastly I saw Wooyoung sunbae smile widely and held his hands out for me

“You look beautiful,” he whispered ily into my ear and I blushed at his compliment

“And you look gorgeous yourself,” I praised back

“Did you wake up well?” he asked and I gasped

“S.Sunbae, you carried me?” I asked and he nodded

He grinned and led me to the dance room with my hand around his arm

I saw people glare at us 4 couples in jealousy

Suddenly the three hyenas stood on stage and greeted us in their usual high squeaky annoying voices

“Welcome, students of Shinhwa High. Before we get to the dance portion of our night, we have prepared a small video clip for the four lovely ladies over there,” Jessica said and waved her hands at us and we stared at each other in fright and confusion

“What kind of is she trying to pull?” I asked Suzy and I saw her shake her head in puzzlement

Soon the video started to play and Suzy gasped as in front of us was a video clip of her in the hospital, her surgery and the time she was bed wailing in pain

SUZY’S POV

I held onto Wonho oppa’s hand and I turned away as tears were forming around my eyes and Oppa squeezed my hand in support and I turned to him and the tears I tried to hold back fell and I saw he was trying hard to smile for me

He wiped my tears with his thumb, “its okay,” he whispered and I nodded my head

Suddenly the video stopped and I was glad but I saw another horrible video clip of Yoona being beaten by her ex-boyfriend and I saw her flinch

I grabbed her hand in support and she turned and smiled weakly

I looked at oppa and whispered, “How in the world did they get these clips?”

He sighed,”I don’t know,”

Screams were heard as Yoona was trying to get out her boyfriend’s grasp and you could her getting hit and I turned away and closed my eyes as tears slid down my face

I opened my eyes and saw Yoona about to leave the room but Bora held onto her and hugged her from behind,”Be strong. It’s okay,” I heard her whisper to Yoona and she only sobbed in response

“THAT’S ENOUGH!!” Dasom yelled and everyone looked at her in surprise and I saw tears on the verge of escaping her eyes

L’S POV

I saw the girls slowly breaking down and my hands were tightened into a fist as my knuckles started turning white

“THAT’S ENOUGH!!” someone yelled and turned to see Dasom was the owner of the voice. I looked at her in shock as it was the first time I’ve seen her blow up before. She was huffing and puffing as she tried hard not to cry

“Ah ah ah~,” Woori said and smiled

“You’re next,” she said and I was about to run to Woori and personally rip her head off, ex-girlfriend or not

The next video showed Dasom getting beaten by her parents and her cries telling them to stop made me wince and because I couldn’t look at the video any longer, I stared at Dasom and saw her on the edge of fainting but some guy was tightly holding her waist and I couldn’t help but feel jealous

“I SAID ENOUGH!” she yelled once again with the remaining energy she had left and started to cry

The other students were silent while the four victims were caught up in tears with their dates not knowing what to do

I heard whispers of pity

“Are you done?” Bora asked trying to be as calm as possible

“Of course not. You’re last,” Tiffany said obnoxiously and Bora’s eyes went wide once she saw a news report of an accident. I didn’t understand what this had to do with Bora until I heard her name come out of the reporter’s mouth

Then, I understood, this was the video of her parent’s death

“And this is the accident, the camera caught on tape,” the announcer said before the video played the accident but the video didn’t stop there. The scene of the car accident was played over and over again and eventually zoomed into her parent’s car

“STOP!!” Bora yelled

“Aww, did the poor baby have enough?” Jessica asked and my blood was boiling

Even though these girls are commoners, those es had no right to pry into their private lives and reveal it publicly in front of everyone

The three stepped off the stage and approached the 4 broken girls

Bora’s POV

S..So this is how the accident happened. I know they died because of a car accident but I never saw the news or a video clip of their…death

“STOP!!” I yelled

But it didn’t stop

I turned around and closed my eyes not wanting to see anything but the sound of the car crashing into one another kept repeating so I closed my ears with both hands and eventually Wooyoung Sunbae helped as he placed his hands over mine to cover the sound out

Once I realized the video was over, I saw the three s walk over to us and I slapped the one closest to me, Jessica

“!” She shrieked but no one helped her except her 2 followers

Dasom and Yoona stepped up as well and slapped the other two

The four of us were ready to rip their heads off but we didn’t

Jessica raised her hand to slap me and I was waiting for her hand to come down for me to grab and flip her but someone stopped her and I groaned

I turned to see Donghae glaring down at her and most unexpected thing happened, he slapped her

The room was quiet and no one moved

Jessica held her face, where she was slapped and turned back to him and glared

“I have an announcement,” Donghae sunbae yelled calmly

“From now on, these girls known as Iris, with the exception of Bae Suzy, will no longer be of high rank in Shinhwa,” he announced and people cheered

“You may never let them abuse any of you once again and if they do, report to F4 and we will get them expelled,”

“OPPA!” Jessica yelled in anger

“Shut up before I do it myself,” he growled threateningly

“From now on, these four girls will take the position of Iris. F4 agree?” he asked and the others nodded their heads in agreement

“Any objections?” he now asked the crowd and it was dead silent

“Good, now you will treat these girls like you do to F4 and lastly, Yoon Bora,” he said and he turned towards me and I stared at him curiously what he will do next but the next thing I knew, I felt his lips against mine

I heard gasps around me

My eyes grew wide and I tried to pull away but his grip around my waist tightened and he deepened the kiss

I looked at the other girls asking for help with my eyes but they didn’t budge either as they were also shocked of what was playing in front of their eyes
