Meaning:

Since the student of  their School has a different personality, the REBEL, BULLY, ATHLETE, COOL KID, NICE, GIRLY, CLUMSY and NERD club, and every student their should join a club based on their personalities. This is the meaning of the rebel and bully thingy.

p.s: weakling there doesn't mean an ill or dissable person, it reffer to the students who don't have the power to fight.
