Chapter 7
StaticThere were birds screeching loudly, as if they were being crushed to death, outside the window where the brightest rays of sunlight blinded Tiffany as she came to her senses. She groaned loudly as she slung her arm over her eyes trying to block out the light and noise, only to feel the splitting pain in her head. She swallowed dryly and her lips, begging for something to drink. She wearily moved her arm and opened her eyes, instantly wincing as the pain only increased.
Am I sick? I feel like crap, she thought miserably, slowly pushing herself up. When she opened her eyes for a second time, she blinked a few times until her sight returned and found herself sitting in a bed that was not hers, nor was the room. Her eyelids grew wide and dropped open when she glanced down and saw that she was completely , and so was a sleeping Kibum next to her. It was then that the hazy, drunken memories from the previous night swarmed into her mind.
“,” She said out loud, pulling the blankets to cover her s. She glanced at Kibum to make sure that he was asleep before lifting the blankets off her lower regions and taking a peek. Seeing her in all her glory and realizing his state was no better, it didn’t take a genius to figure out why she was crying. Sitting up quickly, Kibum placed his hand gently on her shoulder, but she shook him off, refusing to look at him.
“You’re beautiful,” He told her with a small smile. At this, Tiffany slowly turned her head and gave him the deadliest glare she could muster.
“Beautiful? Are you serious? That’s all you’ve got to say, that I’m beautiful?” She asked him in a low voice. Because maybe they did have , and maybe neither of them actually remembered their first time the way they were supposed to, and yes, maybe they had done it while intoxicated. But to wake up like this, and in dire need of a shower, messy hair and her make up most likely smeared all over her face, and to be completely in front of her boyfriend…Tiffany couldn’t think of a time she’d ever been more embarrassed.
Kibum smiled, understanding why she was upset. They were young and for a girl, this sort of situation was humiliating. But he saw no reason for her to be abash, even if she did look like a mess she was absolutely gorgeous, and he wasn’t just thinking about her body.
