Recruiting New Staff
Ways of Writing a Successful Fanfic/StoryWhen starting a shop, you can arrange a staff to organise the shop. Doing most of the requests can be tiring, and you can usually run out of ideas quickly, so why not hire some members to help. If you want top quality staff, you usually need to ask the volunteers for a sample to show their styles and imagination. If you want a free, easy-going staff, you can just accept... almost everyone.
When choosing your staff and members, you must have things prepared such as;
> Who arranges the requests
> Who does certain catergories
> Who will be the helper
Choosing you staff might be easy, but you have to choose certain people, you cannot accept as many as you want. As long as they know what to do and how to do it, then it should be fine. Also be very wary to certain people who would like to help in your shop. You have to see their qualities in working in a shop;
> Don't steal posters from others
> Personality to the customers
> Organised or not
> Style and work
Now if you think about it, stealing is a crime. If your recruited staff ends up stealing work from others, let them have three chances for their mistakes. You don't want to add pressure to their work, so be sure on who you choose. There will be times where they may have a few similiarities to another, but as long as your opinion in their work isn't too strict and harsh, then your staff should be able to work with no pressure on their shoulders.
Remember, these people are locals in your society. They're not robots, nor are they monkeys who work under your command. These people have feelings, so when recruiting, be careful on what you say.
