In a very warm, starry and apparently magical night what can make it better, brighter, meaningful? Song Ji Eun had already found her treasured one and they took off without even saying goodbye to their friends, leaving Lee Ji Eun depressing in company of BYG’s friend, Owl.

             “Why are you always looking at you cell?” He asked really curious. IU didn’t took her eyes from the phone for more than one thirty seconds and couldn’t get it away from her heart for some matter.

             “I’m waiting an important call…”

             “Is he your boyfriend?” She was surprised and pinked at his question. IU messed with her hair for a bit and then bite her lip.

             “Ani… But he is more special than that.”

             “Then I have no chance with you?”

             “Huh?” She was puzzled; this complete stranger just had something about wanting a chance with her? Nonsense…

             “Should I just leave you here in the dark where many guys would love to kidnap you? I mean, I have no chance right?”

             “What a-a-are you saying…?” He smiled at her and pulled her towards a car.

             “I’m just messing with you. I guess if I even thought about doing that for real Ji Eun would send BYG after me… that wouldn’t be nice.” Owl pushed her in and circled the car, entering to the driver’s side. “So, where do you live?”

             “Just next to Gangnam.” IU whispered still looking at the phone.

             “Oh, you are wealthy then?” Owl said surprised.

             “What about you? Not just anyone can have a BMW 6x.” He laughed to himself while turning the wheel. “I’m not wealthy like you or Ji Eun are … Hajiman, nae Appa… He does make some money.”  IU felt her own sadness flying away while she talked and she regretted immediately.

             “Why are you so sad? Talking about your Dad should be a good thing, no?” IU nodded but what she actually thought about the hard tie she was having at home - her parents were always fighting and she heard them talking about divorce one night. “Why are you crying?” IU didn’t notice she had started to tear up. She cleaned her face and realized she was in her street.

             “Oh, komawo for taking me home. I owe you one.” She bowed still cleaning her face and plopped off the BMW before Owl could say anything, marching towards her door a few houses ahead.

The BMW only drove off after she closed her door and she smiled thankfully again. I’ll have to thank BYG for having such a good friend…

             “Oh…” He phone started to ring and she picked it very happy. “Ya, where were you? I was waiting for you after my performance.” She heard him laugh and then sigh tiredly.

             “You were with your boyfriend, I didn’t want to disturb you.”

             “Ya, I have no boyfriend understand?” Her admirer laughed again and she smiled. IU sat on her long window aisle, staring at the night sky.

             “Why do you look so sad, huh? I don’t like this image of you…”

             “Mwoh? Are you outside?” She jumped looking down, searching for a shadow or something but nothing.

             “Of course. I followed you, couldn’t let you be alone with that guy, he could’ve been a byuntae.”

             “I wish he was…” IU said with a smile.

             “Ya, do you want to die?” She laughed hard sticking out her tongue in a cute manner.

             “Just because I could’ve seen you…”

             “Do you miss me that badly?” IU only smiled and sighed. “I’ll that happy expression as a yes.”

             “Ya, mwoh ya? You can’t do that!”

             “Wae?” IU stared dwon for a while and then smiled again. “Ya, stop smiling silly and mare, why can’t  I assume you miss me?”

             “Because it’s much more than that, babo…” He was surprised. His heart skipped so many beat he thought he would die any time soon.

             “M-m-more?”

             “You’re – to me – more special than that!” IU hung up smiling to her window once again and then sat on her bed, in the other end of the room. “Much more, babo ya.” Lying down and closing her eyes she felt more relieved now, after talking to him. I think I might be in love, with you…
