A few days after the dinner with Baekhyun, we went back to practice. But, Yoonji said something that caught my attention.

“Don’t you think it’s suspicious?” she asked out loud. We were at the practice room, running through the routine once again. I looked up from my phone and stared at her with confusion.

“You told me you guys got caught.” She said.

“Yeah. We got caught by some reporters.” I replied.

“They saw Baekhyun. How is it that I haven’t seen any articles yet?”

I stopped and thought about it. She has a point. If the reporters saw us, they could have made an article already, but it’s been days and no action is happening. I glanced at Yoonji who was busy on her phone, eyebrows furrowed and all. “Water you staring at?” I asked. She didn’t respond, but she handed me her phone.

I scrolled down the screen and saw the picture of us together, eating at the restaurant. I saw some comments and it took me by surprise. Majority of our fans were glad I was dating him, even if he hadn’t officially debuted yet. I returned Yoonji’s phone and she was grinning like an idiot.

“What?”

“You know what this means, right?” she smiled.

“No. I don’t. Do enlighten me.” I sarcastically replied. She rolled her eyes and shook her head.

After hours of practice, I got a call from our Manager, telling me I should come to the dorm the moment I’m done. I changed my clothes and went to Yoonji. “You coming?” she shook her head.

“I’m messing up the chorus. I’ll practice more. You go ahead.”

I nodded and went down to the parking lot. I took my keys and started the engine. It wasn’t long enough when I reached the dorm. A saw a huge amount of people, or fans. Standing in front. I saw our Manager struggling, and shouting at them. I parked my car a few meters away and jogged towards the dorm. One girl turned her back and saw me.

“She’s here!” the girl shouted.

The fans whipped their heads towards me and I instantly backed away a little bit. “Unnie! Congratulations on your relationship!” “These are for you and Baekhyun!” “Congrats!”

“Err.. Thanks.” I muttered, as they handed me down with assorted gifts of any kind. I guess they were good fans after all. “Are you guys fan of EXO?” I asked. Even than surprised me. They all nodded in unison. I realized they were mostly girls.

“We’ve been keeping an eye on them. Watching the teasers and all.” They giggled. My mouth formed and ‘o’ shape. “Alright, ladies. Chaemin still needs to do her stuff.” Saved by Manager. They all nodded and walked away, giving me small waves. I couldn’t help but feel happy.

“They like you and Baekhyun.” Jiho, who was our Manager whistled. I rolled my eyes and struggled with the mountain of gifts in my hand. “Mind giving me a hand here?” I grumbled. Jiho laughed and helped me with some of the gifts. We entered the dorm and placed them on the coffee table.

“That’s a lot.” Jiho smirked.

I rolled my eyes and puffed my cheeks. Some of the gifts were addressed to me and to Baekhyun. There was even a letter for him. I couldn’t help but think if my fans sent him some gifts as well.. I hope they did.

The door burst open and Yoonji came in, panting heavily.

“What a mob! Eeeh.. gives me the chills.” Yoonji shuddered and plodded on the couch.

“What happened to you?” Jiho asked.

“Fans. Outside. Asked if I was dating as well.” She cringed.

“What did you say?” I asked.

“Yeah. I am. My boyfriend lives in the future.” She grinned. I rolled my eyes and threw her a box. She caught it and her grin got bigger. “Chocolates. Thank you~”
