This story, Better than Good, revolves around the life of the young people who has their common in life... Hope and Music.

Cho Kyuhyun is famous for being a good fixer of destroyed musical instruments and also for being a good immitator of genuine instruments turning into fake ones but most importantly, he has a great talent in composing songs. But having these in life, he isn't that good in terms of financial.

Since Im YoonA's parents died in an accident, she is raised by Jung MiSook, a friend of her parents when they were still alive, together with her daughter Jung Jessica. The Music school that the Jung family has right now was initially raised by Im YoonA's parents and now she has been working there since then as an instructor for different musical instruments. Before her family died, they were living a satisfying life and because her parents love music, she was influenced by them, too.

Kyuhyun and Choi Siwon was childhood friends then. They were really close as if real brothers but when Choi Family started to have their names up, they decided to moved in another house to fit in. Then one day, they accidentally met and Siwon could hardly remember Kyuhyun now.

Aspiring to be a great pianist like her mother. Her parents died in an accident. She grew up with a friend of her parents and her daughter. Since then, she has been treated as if a slave but has been given the chance to study until high school. She started liking playing instruments, especially piano, because of the business of the one she’s been living with.  Her life is difficult but she tries her best to fight against the odds.

A glamorous young woman who has endured much in her young life. She’s rather lonely and puts on a strong front to disguise her pain. But, she doesn’t want to live that way any longer. She then became a well-known pianist in Italy.
