At the hospital..

Dr.Hwang is reviving Siwon while Tiffany and his parent wait outside.

Dr.Hwang comes out of the room.

Dr.Hwang: Please come in. This is your last chance to be with him. 

Tiffany: Dad!

Dr.Hwang: You too. Stay with Siwon.

Tiffany peeks at the room and saw his parents talking to him while he was on life support..

Mrs.Choi: I'm sorry Siwon. It's my fault that you're not born healthy.

Mr.Choi: Siwon, you've been so strong. I'm proud of you.

Tiffany stares at Siwon..

Tiffany: No! No! No! *cries then ran away*

Tiffany went to Donghae's room. She was crying and suddenly knelt down.

Tiffany: Please give Donghae's heart to Siwon. Siwon is dying. *breaking down* Please. Give him Donghae's heart. I'm begging you.

Dr.Hwang arrives at the room also and saw Tiffany on the floor.

Tiffany: Please! Save Siwon!

Mr.Lee: I hear you, young lady. But we can't just say yes. My grandson sheds tears. This morning, a finger moved.  The doctor tells us that this is just a reflex but to us, family, it's hope. We can't crush that hope with our own hands.

Mrs.Lee: Who is Siwon?

Tiffany: My fiance.

Mrs.Lee: I see. I'm sorry. *cries*

Siwon's POV

God of Four Leaf Clover, What does it mean to live? 

Tiffany is crying again. Please. Give me a little more time.

Suddenly, Siwon's heart rate boosts. He wakes up.

Tiffany enters Siwon's room but finds the bed empty.

Siwon comes out of the bathroom.

Siwon: Tiffany, Wait a sec. I'll get ready.

Tiffany: Siwon!

Siwon: This our chance. Mom and Dad rushed off to get Dr.Hwang. Let's go then.

Tiffany: Where?

Siwon: To our honeymoon!

Siwon walks out of the room and Tiffany follows him. 

Siwon: So where do we go?

Tiffany: Siwon, listen to me.

Siwon: Oh! Shut up! I'm fine. Better than I've ever been.

Tiffany: That can't be true. Please. We have to get Dad to examine you.

Siwon: Stop it. Where are we going for our honeymoon? Hmmm.

Tiffany: But  we're not even married yet.

They went to the theme park and went on the rides. After that, they went to ocean park and watched dolphins and seals perform. Then, they went to the beach and played. They rode the train which carried a lot of people that's why they were shoved to the side. Siwon was protecting Tiffany from the people. Lastly, they went to the park where they found the Four Leaf Clover when they were kids. They sat under the tree watching the sunset and kissed.

Tiffany: Today was fun. We'll do this again right? *leans her head on Siwon's shoulder*

Siwon: Tiffany, We had fun, didn't we? We always had fun. I'm sorry. For not keeping my promise. The God of Four Leaf Clover is telling me it's time. Let's go back. *hands her his will that he made when he was a child*

At the hospital..

Mrs.Choi slapped Tiffany.

Mrs.Choi: Are you out of your mind?

Mr.Choi: Don't!

Mrs.Choi: You knew how bad his condition was.

Dr.Hwang revives Siwon but fails.

Dr.Hwang: Time of death: 6:26 am. 

Dr.Hwang walks to Siwon's parents.

Dr.Hwang: I'm sorry for your loss.

Dr.Hwang went out to see Tiffany.

Dr.Hwang: Tiffany!

Tiffany walks out and went to the rooftop.

She brings out the will that Siwon gave her (the one he made when he was a kid) and read it.

WILL:

Dear everyone I love, please be happy even after i'm gone.

*The four leaf clover that they found was also attached.

She cries and falls to the ground.
