At the hospital..

Dr.Hwang: A young man who was in an accident carried an organ donor card. The organ transplant network chose Siwon as the recipient because of matching blood types. The donor's family has consented. 

Siwon's mother cries and his father comforts her.

Dr. Hwang: It took so long, but we can finally give him a transplant. Siwon, the transplant will take place in two days. Try not to leave this room if you can. 

Siwon: How about comfort room?

Dr.Hwang: *laughs* I got you a room with a comfort room.

Siwon: *smiles* Dr.Hwang, if the transplant is successful, will it be okay to run? Can I eat whatever I want? Can I go to college and get married?

Tiffany came from the rooftop and decided to run back to Siwon's room..

While at the stairs she saw some of her classmates crying and she wondered why so she walked towards them and asked them..

Tiffany: What's wrong?

Taeyeon: You too, Tiffany?

Tiffany: Eh?

Taeyeon: Donghae was in an accident and he's never regaining consciousness again.

Seohyun: He's brain dead.

Yuri: We heard he was brought here..

Tiffany suddenly ran away from them and went to his father's office..

Dr.Hwang: What is it? Tiffany?

Tiffany: It's not him, is it? The donor of the heart that Siwon will get. It's not him, is it? Dad!

Siwon was talking to his parents while Tiffany is outside listening to them while still in shock.

They all laughed. Siwon saw Tiffany and went outside.

Tiffany: Hey! Congratulations!

Siwon: Thank you. I can't wait. I wish it was today.
