History: Kwon Seohyeon was born in Taiwan. She's half Taiwanese (mom is Taiwanese) & half Korean (dad is Korean). Ever since she was in middle school, she began to be less "girly" and was more "tomboy-ish". Meaning, back then, she had a lot of guy friends thus having her best friends all guys. Known for her "pretty" appearance ever since stepped into high school, she hated it when people flirt with her. She decided to become a singer during her sophomore year when she was taking music classes with her friend, Henry. Later on, she was introduced into SM Entertainment by Henry and there, she auditioned for the company. She began training a few months later and debuted into SQ3R.
