Lost You
There’s a faint beeping, and something pokes my arm, a nagging feeling that I’m being watched causes me to wake up. I open my eyes, to see Lee Joon staring at me.
I move to sit up, wincing a bit as the needle moved in my arm.
“What is it...” I speak yawning, leaning back against the bed rail, not fully awake but not tired either.
“You were shot. And you have brand marks on you. What did they do to you Kibum-ah?”
I look away from him, the memory flashing through my mind.
“Key,” my head snaps up as Seunghyun’s voice hits me and my breath catches as he stares at me, entering the room. It takes me a moment to realize that my breathing gotten quicker and more shallow.
“Get out...” I speak, my voice coming out more weak than I’d have liked.
“Lee Joon, please give us a moment...I need to speak with Kibum.”
“No! JOON HYUNG PLEASE DON’T-” I begin when I see him stand.
He moves back to his seat and T.O.P glances at him,
“Lee Joon...”
“I’d give you two space but I’m not understanding why he’s terrified of being near you, hyung.” Lee Joon speaks.
“I’ll explain to you later, please give us a few minutes.”
He nods, getting up,
“You better,” he leaves the room just as I shout,
“No! Lee Joon!”
But he’s gone and I look back at Seunghyun, afraid.
He puts his hand in his pocket as he moves to Lee Joon’s chair, and the image of him pulling out a gun flashes through my mind.
He’s here to kill me. This is it.
He must’ve noticed something was wrong because he speaks,
“I’m not here to hurt you, Kibum-ah.”
My body didn’t relax. My mind didn’t believe him.
