I sit on the couch of our dorm, watching a horror movie I’d rented, with my feet curled up under me, and a pillow  that was being strangled in my hands.
The scene was dark, the lead girl heading down a hall cautiously with nothing more than a flashlight after hearing the guy she loved scream from somewhere in the large house.
I bit my lower lip as she rounded a corner, calling out his name, and suddenly the camera shifts as she enters the kitchen, eyes wide as she sees the freshly stained crimson floor and then his body. She moves to kneel by him, he’s  barely breathing and then-
A hand clasps over my mouth and I end up screaming, only to look over behind me and see Jonghyun’s arrogant smirk followed by his laughter just as Onew runs out of his room looking concerned asking if things were ok.
“That’s not funny!” I smack Jonghyun’s arm, right where the bandages from the series of vaccine shots given from doctor check ups earlier and all the past month were. He jumps over the back of the couch and landed beside me, knocking me off the sofa.
“Yah!” I shout in protest as he takes the remote, turning off the TV.
“Umma ok?!” Taemin calls from his shower and Onew answers back with “He’s fine.”
