I ride the elevator up to the third floor, whistling SHINee World to myself, thinking on how to speak to Manager Choi-sshi.
The doors open and i run into Taemin.
"Yah!" I speak and then he's hugging me so tight I choke a little.
"Minho hyung!!"
"Yeah?" I answer but then Jonghyun hyung moves Taemin aside and stares at me.
“What?” I ask.
“What do you mean by ‘what’? Where were you!”
“I was hanging out with Jiyong hyung,” I speak.
“Why didn’t you tell us or call us or something?! You didn’t even leave a note! Do you have any idea how worried we were! Poor Taeminnie was crying his eyes out!” Jonghyun hyung scolds.
“Mianhae,” I speak, “and you guys were asleep when I left so I didn’t bother to wake you. I would’ve come home sooner but Jiyong hyung drove us so far out, and then he got lost! It was pathetic but kinda fun,” I smile, “So why are you here?”
“We just spoke to manager-sshi!~” Taemin answers hugging me from behind again.
“We’re heading out for Tokyo today. I got a call...we have to be there by 5 pm. Its a little over a 2 hour trip.”
“And the money?” I speak.
“I got it covered,” he speaks, “Now you go tell the manager that you’re okay because we told him otherwise and meet us back at the dorm ASAP. I’m serious, no distractions.”
“Yeah, I know,” I continue on down the hall, waving a small goodbye as the elevator door closed.
