Forty Five: Onew
Lost You
Why didn’t I say anything? Key was sticking up for Taemin and I didn’t. I was the leader. Not him. It was my job to protect them. Next time...I’ll step up.
“Why are we staring at a wall?” I speak after some time.
“Would you rather we stare at your face?” Key answers, smiling.
“I think most people prefer to stare at yours,” I reply, “or Taemin’s.”
“Don’t stare at me!” Taemin speaks suddenly alert.
“Do you guys remember Taemin's debut days? He’d be blinking all the time on stage and camera,” Key speaks.
“And we’d watch the reruns and laugh our heads off,” I add.
“And then he’d run and hide in his room.”
“Yah! Stop it!” Taemin stares at the floor, his face turning slightly.
“It’s okay, Taemin. I can do a good impersonation of drunk Key.” Minho adds in.
“Ok on the next show we’re on, you do that,” Taemin speaks.
“Will do,” Minho answers back.
“Yah! You don’t make fun of the hyungs!” Key scolds, “The hyung’s make fun of the maknaes!”
“That’s not a rule,” Taemin merongs Key.
“No, but that’s how society works, duh,” Key puts on his best diva voice.
I didn’t realize I missed it so much.
“So, where is that pabo dinosaur anyways?” I ask the maknaes.
“If he’s not captured, he’s probably in our room...where are we anyways?” Minho asks.
“Tokyo Hotel, I saw the name when I almost escaped yesterday.” Key speaks.
I scoff,
“‘When you escaped’? Are you kidding, it seemed more like you ran to get a drink.”
