Yuri was walking as fast as she can or more like running to the bus stop with her earphones plugged on her ears that she wasn’t able to notice a car beside her following her and honking for her to stop. She continued running until she heard the honking and saw the familiar car, she stopped followed by the car, the car window slowly rolls down revealing Yunho holding and waving her inhaler

“You left this” he loudly said still waving the inhaler for her to see. “and you might need it so...”

“Oh...” she mentally hit herself, how can she forget such an important thing... Yuri walks closer to get her inhaler, she extends her hand through the window to reach for it “Thank y-...” she was cut when Yunho suddenly drop his hand holding the inhaler to his lap “Where are you going? Let me just drive you there” he offered. “Ani... no need I’ll just take the bus” she immediately interjected

“I insist... besides you’re running late right? So come on hop in” he tucked the inhaler under his jacket as if he’s using it to make her agree.

Yuri bit her lower lip contemplating but then she decided to get in the car, “Thank you.... sorry for bothering you” she bowed as soon as she sat on the passenger’s seat “Ani... it’s okay... where to?” Yunho replied as he hand her her inhaler and started driving “Myeongdong” Yuri said as she fasten her seatbelt.

“you’re going shopping?” he casually asked while focusing on the road ahead. “No... I’ll just accompany Hyemi she needs to buy something... and she’ll kill me if I’m late she hates waiting” she chuckled.

“So... You seem to have asthma?” Yunho asked after a moment of silence pointing at the inhaler in Yuri’s hands “Yes” she nodded. “Is it bad?... well... I mean... you wouldn’t need that if it’s not right?” he asked glancing at her with his eyes full of curiosity

“Yeah... kinda... I got it since I was a kid, I thought I would out grew it but then it just got worse” she answered with a worry less smile as if it’s too normal for her to have that illness “but it’s not that bad... as long as I have this” she wiggled the inhaler

Yunho looked at her with a hint of concern on his face “then you shouldn’t forget and leave that behind like what you did earlier.... you wouldn’t know what can happen... you have to always be prepared and careful Yuri-ah” he lectured her, his dictator, over protective, nagger side escaping from the treasure box hidden inside his inner core without him noticing....  “I know... I’m sorry” she simply answered not wanting to prolong the lecturing from Mr. Jung she had enough of those lecturing and nagging about her carelessness and forgetfulness from Hyemi and Jaejoong and she doesn’t have any plan on adding another person to do that for her.

“Thank you again” she looked at him and he just gave her a smile.

Yunho’s phone suddenly rang and he answered it immediately as soon as he saw who it was “Yes Min..” he greeted on the phone “Really?.... and?” they look like they’re talking about serious stuffs so Yuri looked away and faced the window. There was a long pause “I don’t know.... but I’m sure that file is in my office just ask my secretary for it and you can check my computer too.... Yes.... Just ask appa for some advice about that..... Okay... I’m really sorry Min I can’t be much of a help” he let out a loud sigh causing Yuri to look at him again, he has a very serious expression “Okay then... see you later” he hung up the phone. Yunho felt the questioning and curious look on Yuri’s eyes.

“That was Changmin...”he glance at Yuri and she just gave him a nod “He sounds really tired.... I feel sorry for him he’s multitasking doing his work and shouldering mine... he’s really stressed out” he continued

“Aren’t... you.... working.... anymore?” she asked with much hesitation, it’s his personal issues and she doesn’t want to go that far she has nothing to do with it and she doesn’t want to offend him either.

Yunho looked at her in the eyes and she saw it again... she saw his pain “I don’t know Yuri-ah.... I just can’t... I can’t find it in me.... it’s like I lost everything and I don’t want to do all the things I was doing before..... and I don’t know why... but I don’t have the confidence to go back to work, face people and act normal” he ended with a sigh

“I understand...” she answered, she has lots of things she wanted to say but decided not to say it “You have a very good brother.... he cares for you a lot” she gave him a sincere smile and so is he “Yeah... he’s one of a kind... I love him” he chuckled, it’s true Yunho does really love his brother he is his best friend next to Yoona he never left Yunho’s side especially at times when he is in his lowest of the lowest, Changmin stayed beside him trying to be strong for him and standing up for him when he couldn’t find his own feet to stand on his own, he shoulders all his responsibility and took care of him without any complains, he never stop supporting and believing his hyung.

They arrive at a Café in Myeondung where Yuri and Hyemi agreed to meet, Yuri step out of the car she already saw Hyemi sitting by the window and looking at her with a questioning look “Thank you for the ride... drive safely” she bowed to Yunho. Yunho answered her with a smile “don’t forget and leave your inhaler behind okay?” Yuri just nodded “Bye” and Yuri waved her hand as Yunho went away.

Yuri let out a sigh before entering the Café she knows by the looks of it that there are floods of questions in Hyemi’s mind and she will never stop until she knows everything. She enters the Café and went to the counter to order a coffee before walking towards Hyemi’s table, as soon as she reached it Hyemi bombarded her with questions not even giving her a chance to sit

“Is that Jung Yunho?... that’s him right?.... why are you with him?.... where did you go with him?” Hyemi asked with an eager look in her eyes

“Can I atleast take a sit first?” Yuri asked sarcastically as she was sitting, Hyemi just nodded not removing her ever-so-eager eyes from Yuri “Soo...” she said as soon as Yuri was sttled on her seat. Yuri rolled her eyes “We just bump with each other on the way here so he offered me a ride since it’s on his way” she took a sip form her coffee

Hyemi shook her head with a slight pout on her lips “tsk... Aigoo Kwon Yuri... Youreally think you can get me with that?.. spill it out... now” she said her investigator instinct taking over. Yuri sighed in defeat she can never hide anything from Hyemi “Okay.... stop staring at me like that” she said sounding annoyed “We... we met this morning and.... had a talk... you know I’m helping him right? And he’s my new found friend” she smiled

Hyemi eyed her for a moment before talking “Yah... are you sure of what you’re doing?” she asked locking her eyes with her friend “W... wae? Can’t I make new friends? Besides... you know how much I understand him I told you everything... he’s so broke and I just want to help him” Yuri’s feeling a bit uneasy and she doesn’t know why.

“Do you like him?” Hyemi suddenly asked causing Yuri to almost spit her coffee out on her friends face “Yah... are you crazy?... O-ofcourse not” she defended herself with her eyes still wide from shock.

 Hyemi decided to stop “Okay.... I just want to remind you... you’re his friend and you can’t expect more than that, you have to know your limitations cuz you might get hurt... remember he’s a broken man he’s not capable of feeling anything, I don’t even know if he is appreciating your so-called ‘help’ now” she warned and Yuri just nodded and pinched her nose “Aigoo... you worry so much” she said in a cute way “let’s go...” she said and they both stood up.

Jaejoong strode down from his office and went directly to the bar plopping his on one of the chairs, he heaved a loud deep sigh as he placed his elbow over the counter and rested his chin on his hand. He caught Yuri’s attention who’s busy wiping glasses on the other side of the counter “What’s with that sulky face Sajangnim?” she asked as she went closer in front of him studying his beautiful but sulky face.

He let out a sigh again before speaking “I’m just... tired” he ended it with a pout, Yuri couldn’t help but chuckle on his cute expression “Are you really tired or... you’re just acting cute?” she asked chuckling. Jaejoong twitch his upper lip and gave her an annoyed look “I’m naturally beautiful and cute and.... you’re really not helping Yuri-ah.... can you just give me a drink?”

It’s Yuri’s turn to shot him an amused, irritated look “Aish.... your confidence is unreachable Sajangnim” she emphasized the last word to irritate him more because she knows how Jaejoong hates to be called that way. Jaejoong just eyed her, somehow she was able to calm his stressed mind and body a little with her irritating remarks, “A peculiar way of comforting” he thought, he doesn’t know what it is with her but when she’s around she makes him feel lighter and relax no matter how tired and stressed he is and he couldn’t help but smile with the thought.

“Here” Yuri placed a glass of juice in front of him waking him up from his trance... “mango juice?” he was surprised, he asked for a drink expecting for a vodka or whatever alcohol she could get him. Yuri nodded “Drink that first.... Alcohol will be served later when your drinking buddies arrive” she said as she went back on wiping the glasses, Jaejoong couldn’t argue anymore and just smiled and followed Yuri’s order, he took a sip of the juice to freshen his tired mind and body... “Yunho and Changmin will arrive soon... did manager Choi prepared the VIP room already?” he suddenly asked, “Neh...” she simply answered

Yuri then approached Jaejoong after finishing wiping glasses, there’s this thing that’s been bugging her for days now since the day she was with Yunho and she decided to ask Jae about it, “Sajangnim...” she approached him not quite sure if what she’s doing is right.... “You’ll never stop with that ‘sajangnim’ won’t you?” Jae shot her an annoyed glare but she ignored it...

“Can I ask you something?” she continued and Jae smiled at her gesturing her to continue “Erm... I was just wondering.... what is Yunho-ssi’s work? I mean... is he running a company like you?” she leaned on the bar with expectant eyes towards Jae “Why did you suddenly ask?” he looked at her with questioning confused eyes, he is aware of the developing friendship between Yunho and Yuri and he find it good since they are both close to him and he knows that Yuri understand Yunho’s situation more than anyone else.

“Hhmm... I’m just curious, I heard him talking to Changmin-ssi on the phone the other day and he seems so serious yet kinda lost.... and I know they’re talking about something about work” she said as the memory of that incident played back on her mind, Jaejoong poked her head waking her from her trance “Yah you nosy little girl... why are you eavesdropping on other’s conversation?” he said with an accusing tone. “I’m not eavesdropping... I just happened to be there” she defended “So... can you answer me now?” she looked at him eagerly now

Jaejoong paused for a while then “Okay.... Yeah, Yunho is the heir of the Jung Group of Companies, he’s the current president and is the one responsible in the company’s operation together with his father” he paused again, Yuri nodded listening intently at his words “He was one of Korea’s top businessmen.... he got all the skills, the mind and power that he was able to put their company at the top and made it the biggest and most stabilized in the whole Korea”

“Wow...” was all Yuri can muster, Jaejoong chuckled at her expression but shift back to his serious mode again “He was so dedicated to his job, and he loved it so much.... he loves doing what he is doing but then....” he took a deep breath as he look at the glass of juice in his hands “I can’t see that Jung Yunho now.... the great Jung Yunho that is idolized and looked up to by others, he’s gone..... He’s just all broken now..... and empty” he drank the last of his juice and stared at the now empty glass as if it is the man he is talking about “Losing Yoona hit him a lot... a whole lot, it’s like half or maybe more of him died with her..... I don’t know how but I do hope that in time he will be able to recover and redeem himself.... I hope that the emptiness in his heart will soon be filled again so he could get back on his feet and be the Jung Yunho I.... we all know”

“It will happen” Yuri gave a soft assuring smile to Jae, she can see how he cares and worries for his friend and she know with all these people that loves and cares for Yunho he will soon be out of the darkness he is trapped now “He will get better soon Oppa... He’s in a great agony now but with all the support and love you give him he will be able to stand back up... he just needs time... I think”

“I know...” Jaejoong ended with a smile “By the way.... where’s Manager Choi? I need to discuss something with him” he asked looking around for the said man and also to change the topic of their conversation

“In the kitchen... I think.... should I call him?”

“No... I’ll just talk to him tomorrow Yun and Min will be here soon” He said as look at his wrist watch “I’ll be going back to Japan again... will you miss me?” he suddenly asked as he shot his head back up to look at Yuri

“You’re leaving again? But it’s only weeks since you got back here” she asked with a questioning look on her face.

“Well... aside from Yunho I’m also a top businessman handling one of the top Korean companies so I’m also very busy” he smiled sheepishly, earning a chuckle from Yuri “Ah right.... I almost forgot you’re Kim Jaejoong, our great Sajangnim, one of the best, busiest and of course the prettiest of all chaebols” she sang together with hand gestures and Jae twitched his eyebrows up and down in agreement together with his killer smirk

“How long are you going to abandon us now?”

“I’m not sure but I think quite long..... Two months the least, I guess” he answered while rubbing his temples.

“That’s kinda long....  You will surely miss Us... ani... you will surely miss Me right?” she placed her arms on the counter and leaned closer to him with a teasing eager face and a smile

Jaejoong gave her an in-your-dreams look as he leaned closer to her “Ha!.... I think I will miss the drinks that you make but.... certainly, hundred percent sure not you.... I won’t miss you at all” he tapped Yuri’s nose with his index finger then move his body back a bit as he crossed his arms on his chest and then smirked. Yuri was about to counter attack when a voice suddenly approach them.

“Hyung... are you bullying her?” Changmin ask, standing beside Jaejoong shifting his gaze from Jae to Yuri then back to Jae. Jaejoong was a bit startled by his sudden appearance “Oh Min... I didn’t notice you came... where’s Yun?”

“He’s parking the car” he answered then shifted his attention to Yuri “Anneong Yuri-ah”. Yuri bowed back “Anneonghasseo”. Yunho then came in and gave Jaejoong their brotherly hug “You waited long?” he asked.

“Ani... Yuri entertained me while waiting” Jae answered with a teasing tone.

“Oh... Yuri-ah... Anneong” Yunho waved at Yuri. She bowed then flashed him a smile back, that smile.... the warm smile that Yunho like..... or maybe love?.... no, like....

“All the statistics in the world can't measure the warmth of a smile.”

Hello!.....

I'm really sorry for the very late yet lame and a very fail update...

I'm so occupied with all the studying nowadays but I'm really trying my best

to update as fast as I can.... please bear with me and don't leave me guys...

And I apologize for the very lame chapter, I guess it's one of the reason why 

this chapter was delayed, it's so lame and boring I almost didn't post it but it's necessary for

the story.... snd I badlly want to make a Jaeri moment before I temporarily remove

Jae from the picture soo.... please understand.... I'm sorry....

But I hope you can sense Yuri's next mission in this Chapter....
