MBLAQ - Cheondong/Thunder - I'll Stay - Part 1

K-Pop One Shot Collections

Okay, so what happened with this story was I started writing it in second block today. Approximately 11:25 A.M. I continued to write it throughout 3:03 and I’m still not done. I used graphing paper (my handwriting was about half of a little square on the front) and the unfinished project is 5 pages. I am only in the middle of the story. Needless to say, I will have preeetttttyyyy long one-shots. Sorry if you don’t like that. You’ll have to look somewhere else. ^^ Anyway

Cheondung/Thunder – I’ll Stay

Cheondung smiled into the crowd as MBLAQ finished their last song of the night. He loved what he did, he had a natural passion for his stage. Despite the hardships he had getting there, he loved to see people shouting his name or cheering for their group and their next performance. He wasn’t sure how he’d gotten this far, he was simply happy he did. Even better, Dara fully supported him as well. Just thinking about it made him grin even wider. Though he found himself stressed sometimes, he could never be sad on stage. He wanted to give each and every fan his best. It was the only thing he could do…since he couldn’t give them his heart. She’d already claimed that.

Slowly he let his eyes search the crowd knowing the promise she was responsible for keeping and hoping that tonight would be the night like she’d said. It didn’t matter though. He didn’t have the heart to stay mad at her, or be mad in the first place. He knew she had other responsibilities to her own job. She couldn’t watch every single performance they had, but he didn’t care. Truly, every time he performed it wasn’t really for the fans it was for her. Of course, his fans would always have a special place in his heart, but so would she. But unfortunately, no matter how much he searched he didn’t see her.

Suddenly, the weight on his sholders seemed heavier. The sweat shining on his face and back and through his white shirt seemed irrelevant. It only helped to drag him down. His performance now seemed…unimportant to him. He’d worked twice as hard to outshine the others just for her. As his heart sank, his smiled widened. He could let his fans know. He cared for them too. Still, he couldn’t believe it. She wasn’t there. Yet, at the same time, he couldn’t be mad; something really important may have come up at work. He wanted to frown but kept the smile plastered on his face. He hadn’t the slightest idea what her profession was. She’s merely asked him to trust her, and swore to him she wasn’t doing any sleazy things behind his back, and he did. He loved her, and that couldn’t happen if there wasn’t any trust.

“Thank you!! Saranghaeyo!!! We love you!!!!” He snapped out of his little daze a bit when her head Joon screaming at the fans, then making his exit along with the rest of MBLAQ. Something pulled him toward the crowd more, but no sign of her. Maybe he shouldn’t have even asked. Her schedule was often tighter than his own, and being an idol, that was hard to beat. Yet…she always found some way of spending time with him, and he thanked each and every moment for that. Sighing, he turned, ready to sulk backstage rather than in front of all the A+’s. However, his heart replaced itself in his chest and began beating harder. Exhaustion left him only to be replaced with adrenaline—happy, excited, adrenaline. There she stood leaning against the wall out of camera’s sigh. Her arms were crossed against her chest, and he could make out keys in her hands. Her lips held a knowing smile, as her dark hair fell beautifully in waves on her shoulders, while her pure white coat hid most of her figure by coming down to her mid-thigh, but he knew there was nothing to hide. He’d seen her body…more than once…and he praised it each time.

He couldn’t hide the sheepish grin on his own lips as he set his eyes on the necklace that hung around her neck. “SangHyun” was written on the front in a messy Hangul. He’d given it to her for her most recent birthday, and it complimented her eyes. Bringing out the shine he’d fallen for in the first place. He couldn’t even control himself anymore. Without hesitation, he broke into a sprint toward her figure. She smiled and shook her head, but welcomed herself into his arms instinctively. As she jumped on him, he immediately wrapped his arms around her waist. Her own legs locked around his hips and it didn’t take a second before he could feel her breath on his neck—her favorite place to snuggle into.  He loved that she didn’t care if he was sweating (often telling him she liked him better that way). He pressed his lips lightly to the side of her temple, cheeks, and lastly he went in for her lips. His lips lingered over her cute, puffy ones, and hovered there as he took in the pure perfection in front of him. He took in her eyes, nose and cheeks, before landing on her lips and hovering there. She smiled and he pushed his lips to her own, but didn’t ask for entrance. It was enough for him to simply feel her against him. She fit perfection against him, and pulled her closer, closing any space left, but they were both sure there were none.

After moments long, she broke the kiss, resting her head in the crook of his neck, catching her break. He merely pressed a kiss to her own neck, running his tongue over her skin lightly, but enough to send chills through her body.

“You came.” It wasn’t question, but an obvious statement, that held more behind it than any question could. He broke away and watched her eyelids slide closed. He could see the the trace of a small smile on her lips and she nodded, humming lightly in his ear.

“Told you I would. Are you doubting me Park Sang Hyun?” He chuckled and shook his head, walking to meet up with the rest of the guys. Apparently, she noticed and sat up, pressing her forehead to his in a pleading manner. “When are we going home~” She whined, and he smiled not breaking step.

“Soon. Say hi to the guys first. I have to get my things you know?” He couldn’t help but let out a little laugh as she rolled her eyes. He knew how much she dreaded hanging out with them.  Joon or Mir along was enough to drive her nuts, but together, she often wanted just throw herself at a sharp object. Mir spammed her with his usual dorkiness, while Joon would playfully do something to show off. When he beat her in one of their silly made up games, she nearly threw him out of the apartment, but he  knew inside, she loved them all like brothers, and got along with G.O. the best, even though she was the same age as Mir. She left his grasp, and he slapped himself. Why did he tell her to say “hi” to them again? She sulked into the room, and he smiled at the sight. He loved his life.

____ checked her watch as they arrived at the abandoned house. She loved and hated her job. Being and undercover cop was the dream job she’d always wanted, but she’d never figured a man into the equation. Her mind wandered to Cheondung. She loved the man to death. She didn’t expect to, but you can’t expect the unexpected or it wouldn’t be unexpected. She hadn’t the power to resist his charm. It was literally impossible. They met in a local café, and she had no idea about his star life. She only watched the news, portions anyway, and her schedule left no room to browse for music, but after the meeting, it was like she couldn’t stop. She would always find time to spend with him until he finally asked her to be his. How could she even say no? She didn’t, and now she juggled both him and her job. She frowned. He deserved so much better he needed someone who could be there for him 24/7, not when her schedule allowed her to. She hadn’t even told him her profession yet…

Still, despite those facts, he still called and left messages every now and then. He didn’t mess with girls, and he didn’t question anything she does. He just…trusted. She really did get lucky with him.

“Okay. I’ve got somewhere to be. Let’s get this over with Kang.” She pulled her gun from her coat and walked into the building. Her eyes flashed from side to side before narrowing in the darkness. This was her last assignment of the week—purposely taken leave to spend time with Cheondung while they were still in Seoul. Her partner was a rather quiet but conservative man who went by the name of Kang. He’d made her meet his wife once, and was no congratulating them on their new daughter.

“Listen.” She stopped as he placed a hand on her shoulder and stood still for a moment. In front of them stood a gigantic door with a padlock. On the other side, a faint beeping could be heard. She glared at him.

“You have the liquid nitrogen?” He nodded, and left no time pouring it on the padlock. Always come prepared. She sighed shaking her head as the beeps halted. Criminals were always trying to blow things up and gain an underworld reputation. Pitiful. She finally kicked the door open after taking a peek at her watch again. Cheondung’s solo would be soon, and she was not missing that.  She peeked inside, locking gazes with a man nearly 30 with dirty blonde hair—obviously dyed. “No!” She sprinted toward him, the moment she noticed he was sitting on the window sill. No one died on her assignments…no one. Before he had time to jump off, she found herself leaping toward him, grasping him by the ankles. Thank goodness.

--

____ was already on her way to the concert. She jumped out of her care the moment she arrived, and flashed her VIP pass. She had made it just in time for Cheondung. She leaned against the wall with her arms crossed a smile coming to her face as he began.  She would rather call him Sang Hyun, but he found it slightly embarrassing, but that only increased the fun. Still, their deal was that she could only call him that when they weren’t in public. His other names had grown on him. After the performance, she found herself staring, unable to break her line of sight. Sweat ran down his body, and for once he wasn’t wearing a shirt, but only a white wifebeater. The sweat complimented him like oil on a model. His muscles suddenly seemed more defined and bolder. He was an air of maturity around him, but at the same time the shy demeanor of a rookie. She loved that about him. He began searching the crowd, and she knew he was looking for her, but she couldn’t walk out there. The fans would throw a riot. They depended on their fans.

“We love you!!!” She gave glares to Joon and Mir who passed her thinking they would get to annoy her again. Both walked away with solemn expressions, but her attentions turned back to Cheondung. He was still staring into the crowd until he finally turned to face her. His slouching posture straightened as he spotted her and it didn’t take them long under each other’s gaze until the space between them was closed. She buried her face in his neck calmly inhaling his scent. She didn’t care he was sweating. It only made him more attractive. She stared into his eyes as his arms tightly supported her at his waist. He was desperately searching her face with his gaze, as if he thought she might disappear any second… If he was with the right person, he wouldn’t need to do that, but like hell she was going to give him up. Curse the person who ever took her away from him. Curse him forever.

In moments, his lips crashed upon her own. She couldn’t help but smile into the kiss. He was desperate for her touch, as was she, but at the same time, he didn’t push her buttons to intrude, being just happy with what he had. His lips were like her very own alcoholic beverage. It was weaken her in an instant, but she’d always be back for more, she’d die without this addiction. It was a fact. She loved being in his arms more than anything and nothing would ever change that.

“You cam.” She felt him mutter against her skin, and she nodded, placing her head on his shoulder and humming a light tune into his ear. She didn’t feel  like answering. She just wanted to sit in his embrace and enjoy it, but the relief in his voice when he’d spoken caused her to speak. He wanted assurance that she wanted to be here, and she was more than happy to convince him.

“Told you I would. Are you doubting me Park Sang Hyun?” His chuckled brightened her day and widened her smile like magic, and she kissed his neck, tightening her legs around his waist. She couldn’t bear to tell him the news. The excitement was killing her. This was the first time she’d been allowed to take a week off on her own all at one time. She had to see what they could do. Yet the moment she realized they were headed to the VIP room, she sat up. “When are we going home?”

“Say hi to the guys first. I have to get my things you know?” She groaned as he let her go back to a stand on the ground. She didn’t want to say hi to them. She might go crazy. This whole group could put her in a mental house if they wanted. But still, she obeyed.

--(This is where the written stuff ends.)

When they arrived at the apartment, Cheondung slung his things to the side. She was happy that they were home. Luckily, she’d convinced him to stay in a place different than the other MBLAQ members. They would annoyed her until she pulled her hair out and began stabbing herself.

“Welcome back home?” She nodded childishly with a slight giggle and ran to their room crashing onto the bed. Shisus, she’d missed this. They hung out here often when they had first started dating for privacy purposes. Cheondung walked into the room casually, and leaned against the doorframe watching her. She didn’t feel the least bit awkward. He often did that when he questioned how great things were around him. She smiled and patted the empty space next to her. He strode toward her and got under the covers, pulling her to his arms. Her back even fit perfectly against his chest as her rested his arm on her hip.

“Guess what?” He raised an eyebrow looking down at her and all she could do was smile innocently. He pulled her closer to him, and buried his nose in her neck, planting light kisses once more.

“What?” He asked between kisses. She smiled.

“We have a whole week free to do what we want together.” He froze, and turned her so that she faced him. He was desperately searching for some kind of a joke, but he knew her to be the kind that spoke the truth.

“You’re kidding?” She grinned and shook her head enthusiastically. He gaped and soon found himself hovering over her form, both of her arms pinned under his hands.

“We can finally just sit in bed together!” She grinned and nodded with a mischievous smile.

“That’s not the only thing we can do…” She trailed and he grinned letting her hands go. Instantly, they were wrapped around his neck. He didn’t hold back. He crashed his lips onto her own, desperately searching for some opening, but she was definitely denying him. He let his hands wander down to the back of her jeans before cupping her rear. He gave a small squeeze, but it was enough for her gasp. As he pressed his tongue into  , his hands left her, knowing they wouldn’t be quite ready for that yet. Their tongues wrestled for the longest time, but eventually she hadn’t the strength and let him win. He didn’t take any moment before exploring , remembering everything best he could.

She found herself pressing her hands on his abs. They were as well defined as Joon’s but who gave a cow’s arse? She didn’t. Her nails gently raked his skin and she pressed her body closer to his. She began lifting the shirt, and he pulled it off, careful not to break the kiss. He did the same tugging on her shirt. She didn’t have the energy to remove it. Lazily, she raised her arms allowing him to pull it over her head and land on the floor as well. Finally, they broke the kiss panting heavily.

“Is this…how it’s going to be…while you’re here?” He asked. She smiled and rolled to her back, placing a hand over her heart in hopes of calming it.

“Don’t like?”  He shook his head.

“Love.” She grinned as he pulled her on top of him, she wanted to continue, and was completely sure he did as well but both were exhausted from the night’s work. She rested her head on his chest, directly over his heart. She smiled and kept her eyes closed and she rose and fell with his chest, and listened to the padam-padam of his heart, but both soon found themselves falling into the world of rest.

“I love you, ____.” She  smiled, placing a kiss over her heart.

“I love you too, Sang Hyun.”

Well, that’s it for part 1. Part 2 will be out tomorrow!
