Sandara was in love with winter. There was just something about sitting by her doorways and pulling at her warm boots, and draping her favourite wool scarf that still smelled like that last winter, full of spontaneous hot cocos, and his cool spearmint kisses.

The cold make her cheeks bright red. His hands would press against them. He was always much too worried.

It's too cold. Let's go back in.

Ah, she loves winter!


He melts when she looks up to him, all cozy under the coils of her wound up scarfs, nose red, cheeks flushed. Ah, she's so cool.

He pressed their nose together.
You're going to catch a cold.

Then he kisses her. His lips taste like the spearmint lip balm he insist she wears.

Ah, how she loves winter.

We should go in.

He tells her, pressing his forehead to hers. He was never really that convincing.
