Description
2 years in the military didn't change the way his heart beats for Sandara Park.
He stopped in his tracks. Her face. How long has it been since I last seen her face? Sandara Park. There you are.
Two years didn't age her. She looks as lovely as she did when he first met her, fifteen or so years ago. Probably even prettier.
She's still hasn't seen him and he didn't dare move. He does not know if he's ready to be seen though he's been waiting for this day since he entered the military.
So many words left unsaid. So many tears left unshed.
Yet here he is. Stuck in place, outside the coffeeshop. Brain telling his legs to move. Legs refusing to cooperate.
Sandara Park, how you still make my heart beat wildly. How you still have my heart. He thought.
Foreword
'It's not like I'm special enough to be written songs for. I'm a has-been K-Pop star. I'm almost 35, still clueless about life and live with my cats. I'm just trying to get by."
I looked at her. Really looked at her. This was the reason why I fell in love with her. She has no clue how beautiful she is. How talented. How inspiring. How so very very special.
'34' I said.
'Hmm?'
'Songs. 34 songs.'
She looked at me, confusion evident in her face.
'That's the number of songs I've written about you. Since we met 15 years ago. Some released and sang by me, some lent to other singers, and some written and kept somewhere only I know.' I said. Eyes staring straight at her face. Realization to what I said must have hit her cause the next thing I know, she was avoiding my gaze and all I want to do is get her to look at me again. To tell her that I've been writing songs about her. Always and only about her.
PS- I did start writing a new fic. An entirely different plot but still about Dara & Jiyong- because DARAGON is lyfff
