He reached his breaking point. Ryeowook was done with dealing with everyone, pretending that everything was fine when it was not, and being the only one who knew that. He was the only one in their friend group who had the guts to call out the lazy workers, and for that, he was shunned.

But Kyuhyun did not. "I'm fine" did not work on him. "It's nothing" had had him dragging Ryeowook to a secluded room. He was persistent and had Ryeowook confessing his troubles within minutes.

Ryeowook's friends left them alone, as both had finished their work early. In the midst of their heart-to-heart talk, the topic had become more intimate- their families, dreams, and worries. Neither noticed the time passing by nor their bodies leaning closer to the other.

Until the sound of the door opening broke the comfortable quiet conversation they had been having the past couple of hours.

They sprang apart, Ryeowook having a furious blush that everyone noted. Kyuhyun sported a quirk of the lips, oblivious to the effect that had on Ryeowook.
