Ryeowook looked towards his direction, amazed at how quickly Sungmin was adapting towards his group of friends. Sungmin was friendly, but not so much as to be able to join the popular group that quickly. Also, Kyuhyun seemed to have taken a liking towards him immediately, a feat that not just anyone could boast of.

He almost wanted to tag along with Sungmin, just so he could talk to Kyuhyun. But he pushed that desire down to the deepest part of him. He couldn't take a step as huge as that, no, not when he knew Sungmin also had a crush on Kyuhyun. 

So he took it upon himself to be busy with other things, other people. A guy named Jongwoon was trying to befriend him, so he tried to be nice. 

And it worked, if only for a little while.
