Chapter 10
Of Yehets and Ohorats"Chanyeol can't you go any faster?" Asked a panicked Kai. He was holding one of Sehun's hands, squeezing it tightly.
Suho ran his fingers through Sehun's damp hair, alarmed to find his temperature was even higher than before. Suho ran his thumb back and forth over the mankae's sharp cheekbone.
"Sehunnie, can you stay awake for me?"
For once, Sehun obeyed and opened his eyes. Normally, his eyes held a cool, mischievous look but currently, he couldn't even focus on his leader's face. Sehun swallowed.
"Hyung?" He said, his weak voice barely above a whisper.
Suho suddenly had a bad feeling.
"Sehun, you need to hold on," He said.
Sehun gave him a weak smile. "Hyung, it's ohorat."
"Did you just...."
"I wanted to tell you that I'm sorry for everything I've put you through. I know I can be annoying sometimes, and I'm sorry if I ever made your life difficult."
"Sehunnie, please stop" cried Suho.
Sehun's eyes had glazed over again. "Sorry" he mumbled quietly as he began to fade into unconsciousness once more.
Kai opened the lid of Baekhyun's kettle and poured all the water out over Sehun's face, neck, and chest. The cold temperature brought him back to his senses with a gasp.
Suho held on tightly to the youngest member, who was soaked to the bone. "Sehun, when you get better, I promise to buy you bubble tea for the rest of your life."
"Promise?" Whispered Sehun with a smile.
"Promise."
"Yehet!"
And that's when Suho lost it. It was the weakest 'yehet' he had ever heard (and he had heard a lot) and he knew that Sehun had only said it to make them feel better.
Sehun wrapped his arms around Suho and buried his head in his stomach. "Hyung I'm so cold. It hurts too much, please make it stop." Suho protectively held Sehun, which was the only thing he could do.
Kai burst into tears. To everyone's horror, the car came to a stop.
"I'm so sorry," said
