Oh No!
Just One WishThe moment our class ends, I rush outside not because I'm afraid of the bullies again but because I need to find that old woman I met on the bus. I don't know if that's purely coincidental or that woman has special powers or something. But one thing is for sure, I need to find that freaking ahjumma!
As I run down the hall, no one's bothering or bullying me. Maybe because no one knows what happened between me and Jaehyo at the library, I guess. Despite of that, I still keep my head down. I look at my watch. If I'm lucky enough, I would catch her in the bus. If that is I'm lucky. As far as I can remember, I've never been lucky all my life.
I'm standing at the bus stop, waiting for it to arrive. My foot is tapping impatiently. I really wanted to ask her if my wish is really granted. Oh heck! What's happening to me? When I was a child, I never believe in wishes. When I notice a pink bus approaching, I straightened myself. I also notice some students behind my back but I didn't turn around. I might end up being pushed away from the bus because they don't want me here. I immediately go inside the bus the moment it stops in front of me. As usual, my place is at the back. Luckily, the bus is not full. Is it just me or I'm lucky today? Uh-oh, maybe tomorrow bad luck is lurking at my heels. No, scratch that. I'm not wearing any heels so, feet. Bad luck might be lurking at my feet tomorrow. I must brace myself.
I notice someone sits beside me before the bus moves. I didn't look for I know it's some random students of my school and the old woman didn't rode the bus right here. I keep my gaze outside the window.
"Am I lucky or what?" A raspy voice made me jump. When I turn my head abruptly, Ahn Jaehyo is smiling beside me. Oh gosh! What is he doing here?
His voice caught
