The moment I step out of the bus, the girl students keep on flashing me their mocking grin. I keep my head down and walk away. This is always the scene every morning whenever I go to school. I'm walking in a fast pace, coz I'm late again. I ignore all the mocking, teasing and cursing around me. I'm used to it.

"Yah, freak!" A girl stands in front of me, clearly blocking my way, as I walk the staircase. I look up. I know her. She's Jaehyo's classmate and claiming herself as one of the popular in school. "Why are you talking to Jaehyo yesterday? You want me to wring your face?" She is sneering at me.

"I...I didn't talk to him." I stammer.

"Oh, really?" Her perfectly tweezed eyebrow arch right before me. "So the freak knows how to lie?"

To my surprise, she grabs the sling of my backpack and slams me to the wall. "I...I'm not lying. I bumped into him but it ends there. We didn't even have conversation."

"Oh, shut up!" She barks. "Everyone saw he was handing you his hanky. Did you take it?"

"Y..yes he was but I didn't-" Her hard slap cut me off. My right cheek burn from the impact of her palm.

"I don't want to see you talking to him or even near him. And if I caught you, you're dead! Araso?!" She walks away, her hips swinging as she walks. I gulp the lump in my throat. That was harsh for the very first thing in the morning. Wow, for the record I already got a morning slap! I touch my red cheek. Damn, her slap hurts.

I exhaled a very long breathe, the one I've been keeping since yesterday. When can I live a normal life? Or being a bully-victim is considered a normal life to me? Ouch. I glance at my wrist watch. Oh, crap! I'm already late.

When I arrive at the classroom, the teacher shakes her head in disbelief. Yeah, right. "This is the last warning, Park Kyungmi. If you'll be late again, you'll be send in detention for further punishments."
