Talking about money was hard, even amongst the three of them. The money that Jongin and Kyungsoo had saved from their paychecks was waning, and the last thing Jongin wanted to do was for Chaeyeon to dip into her savings. All of her earnings from the last few months had gone to her bank account because she was living with her parents.
It wasn’t an ego thing. It was just that she had hated every second of working, and he didn’t feel like it was right to use the money that had taken such a toll on her. But if they didn’t use it, they were broke.
Chaeyeon rose to her feet, mouth twisting into a scowl. “We don’t have the funding to see this through, even if we use my money. The only chance we have is for me to use my parents’ connections, and that’s risky.”
“If it’s from the company you two previously worked at, we’ll get a lawsuit slapped on us,” Kyungsoo sighed, covering his face with his hands.
“We’re going to get the lawsuit slapped on us anyway,” Jongin dismissed. “But if we do it right, it’ll be thrown out before it goes to court.”
“Jongin, did you talk to the dance studio a few blocks away?”
“Yeah,” He sighed, his shoulders dropping. He knew it was necessary, but that didn’t mean he wasn't worried about how much he’d be sleeping in the weeks to come. Jongin had agreed to work as a volunteer instructor during the day so he could close and have the studio to hims
