"Infi, we're here!" Myungsoo unstrapped her from her car seat and placed her into her stroller. 

"Where are we? Leave me alone. I'm playing with my whale," Infi clutched her whale tightly because he'd finally given it to her that morning.

"Baby girl, look! There's a giant whale up there!" He pointed to the decorative entry way.

"Whoah.." Infi gasped, "That whale is huge."

"And it's not even as big as real whales, too!" He hurriedly pushed her to the entrance, as staff exited the car behind him, "He forgot her diaper bag."

"I'll carry it. He's too cute to scold," female staff chuckled. 

"Welcome to 'Our Ocean Friends' Aquarium,'" the loudspeaker announced as they passed through the gate, "Please be kind and courteous to each and every one of our lovely friends in their state of the art and comfortable homes. And remember, education is the key to a happier and brighter future for them, as well as us." 

Myungsoo gleefully checked out the beautifully decorated lobby from the inside, and smiled brightly when he overheard an attendant elaborating how staff carefully monitored their animals' health and comfort levels to keep them safe and happy, "They may live in the aquarium, but we never want them to feel abused, so our founder built extra large exhibits which perfectly imitate their natural habitats, and we make sure that they're never lonely."

She continued after a guest asked about the interactive exhibits, "Why yes, we do have a few exhibits where guests can meet our friends and a few shows, but we pay close attention to them. If they don't seem up to it, we'll kindly ask visitors to come back on another day when our friends are feeling better. The dolphin exhibit is a great example, too, because they love showing off, so most days they'll happily play with our guests."

"You hear that Infi? Our friends are happy here. Would you like to go meet them now?" Myungsoo knelt down to tickle Infi's cheeks, "Yes, let's start down this path over here and make a full circle," He pushed Infi's stroller to the furthest station, "We'll go all the way around!"

"Look these are fresh water fish! We'll see salt water fish later, but these are cool too!" He pointed out every single species they passed, and being Myungsoo, he'd turn the entire trip into a photo essay.  

Infi watched on in amazement, "I want to catch one," she thought and signaled for Myungsoo to pick her up.

"What? What is it? You want up?" Myungsoo stuttered seeing Infi, and picked her up.

Only once he held her near the glass she slapped the glass, "What? It's hard?"

"Ha," Myungsoo chuckled, "They're behind glass Infi. You can't touch them. But, daddy can buy you one at the end of the trip. Daddy will buy you a really pretty one that we can take home, ok." He promised.

Infi pressed her face up to the glass, and for some bizarre reason began it.

"Ugh..are you hungry? Daddy won't buy you a pet fish if you're going to eat it."

After awhile, and staff cleaning the glass, they continued on. This time Myungsoo opted to carry Infi while staffed pushed the stroller.

"Look, these are called turtles. Tur-tles. They live in the water, too." He knelt down so that Infi got a good look at them. "Oh, he's hiding! Did you see that, Infi? He popped his little head back into his shell. Turtles can do that. They pull all of their arms and legs in, and hide underneath their hard shell." He continued, jokingly, "You can do it too!" He pulled her hood over here head, "Wha? Where did Infi go? Have you seen Infi?" before pulling her hood back down, "Wha! There you are!" to her amusement.

Myungsoo beamed with pride, having made Infi laugh so much, "Oh! The big ones are next. Infi, these are tortoises! They're the big turtles." He hurried to the next exhibit. "What, really? He's walking around with only a short fence around him?" Myungsoo asked, seeing the free-range enclosure. 

"Yes sir, this is Master Roshi. He's an 84-year-old Aldabra Tortoise that lives on land, and he's super friendly with kids." a young attendant lady responded.

"Ha, Master Roshi, nice to meet you," Myungsoo waved to him, "Look Infi, isn't he so awesome?"

"No. I'm scared," Infi squirmed.

"Whoah, are you scared? Don't be afraid. He's super nice." He turned to the attendant, "Are we allowed to get closer?"

"Of course you can, just be careful. He's harmless, but please move slowly, and be gentle with him."

"Yes ma'am," Myungsoo stepped over the fence and squatted down next to Master Roshi, "Look, he's a gentle giant. Do you want to pet his shell?" Infi wiggled

"It's feels so weird, see," He took her hand in his and lightly pet Master Roshi's shell.

"Whoah, whoah," Infi kept petting him after Myungsoo let go.

"You like it?" He laughed before turning to face the attendant again, "Miss, is it ok if I take a picture of her riding on his back?" he asked for permission.

"Hmm, usually we frown upon it, but Master Roshi's in a good mood today so I think a quick picture won't upset him," she smiled.

"Great, we'll be extra careful," Myungsoo lightly set Infi on his back, keeping his arms behind her for support, "Say kimchi~." 

"Wait, i'll take the picture," a staff member stepped over the fence, "That way you can both be in the picture."

"Oh thank you," Myungsoo smiled, "Ready, Infi?" 

*snap*

"Waa~ So good. Yes, now let's say goodbye to the nice Master Roshi. Bye bye~" Myungsoo waved Infi's arm, and said goodbye to the attendant, as well. 

"What's next? What's next?" Myungsoo built up the suspension. "Wa! It's the petting zoo, Infi. Look, there are tiny sharks and stingrays here." Infi squealed, looking down at the string rays gliding around the tank, and how the other children giggled in joy after touching them. Overhead, the intercom played a well-rehearsed speech of the aquarium's goal to educate the public on these "deadly" creatures.

"Deadly? These little guys? Maybe the big ones," Myungsoo chuckled, "Let's go pet them!" He sat next to the tank and put his hand under the water, "ooohhh~ Infi try it." The staffed laughed at the two's pure amusement petting "deadly predators."

"Do we get to see the big ones next?" He asked an attendant.

"Yes, we have them behind safety glass, but they're just as harmless. Did you know that sharks kill approximately 12 people per year, but humans kill over 11,000 per hour?" Myungsoo gasped.

"It's a travesty, but by educating the public we can reduce this number."

"Wow. Infi, did you hear that? We have to help save our shark friends," of course Infi didn't understand any of that. In fact, she was solely focused on finding a way out of Myungsoo's grasp and into the water, "Hmph hmph, I want one!" 

"Infi, you can't jump in there. You'll get wet," Myungsoo complained before deciding to stand up, "Alright, I think that's enough. Let's go meet their mommies and daddies." Not really, but that's how Myungsoo'd explain the size difference between species for now. 

"Ooooh aaaah," he mouthed playfully as they walked into the glass tunnel, "Holy--holy!" Myungsoo jumped as a Great White swam right overhead. "He's huge! His teeth are huge!" He looked back at the attendants, "They can't break the glass, can they?"

"No, they can't. I assure you it's safe," she giggled, "Their stomachs are already full, too."

"Tha--that's good to know..." Myungsoo mustered up the courage to keep walking. The further in, they saw more and more shark species. Then the exhibits shifted to small species of whales and porpoises, and dolphins. "Wow, are we underneath the ocean? How can there be so many big tanks in here!?" The aquarium was enormous and, indeed, the tunneled path traveled beneath a gigantic man-made lake - where the species swam as freely as possible. Not so small to feel too trapped, but not so big that they could swim away and never be seen again.

"Leopard Sharks, Hammerhead Sharks, Reef Sharks, Sleeper Sharks, Bull sharks, Wobb--Wobbegong.. how many types of sharks are there?" Myungsoo screamed. Of, course the aquarium didn't have every single species, but they did have interactive stations along the walls that played videos about the absent ones.

"Oh, a Beluga Whale! Infi, it's a Beluga Whale!" Myungsoo frantically tried to get Infi to look up and see the creature swimming beside them. She eventually did, but honestly, she was more interested in the lights playing on the floor. (You know, how if you're underneath a water tank and you can see the waves reflecting onto the ground.)

"Kya!" Infi squeaked, seeing the whale, "He's soooo squishy. I wanna hug him!" She reached out her arms towards the Beluga just as it was swimming away, "..Oh..no.." she frowned.

"Aww, that's ok Infi, there are more friends near by," thus Myungsoo kept walking. Like this, they passed several more species of large sea creatures.

"I found the Killer Whale!" Myungsoo ran towards the exhibit sign and frantically searched around for the behemoth, "There he is!" he pointed off into the distance, "Aww I guess he's not in a friendly mood right now, but that's ok," Myungsoo pouted.

Yet moments later he was surprised to hear a woman shout, "There she is!" from behind him, and he turned around just as a second Killer Whale was swimming up to the tunnel.

"Oh my god there's another one!" He scurried over to watch her casually greet her guests - thankfully never dropping Infi.

"She's right below us, Infi! If she opened she could swallow us whole!" he joked but held onto her extra tight. They stayed there a good 15 minutes taking photos and only left after it felt a bit crowded. 

"What's next!? Wow wow wow wow. Infi, look, this one's called a Vaquita. I thought he was a dolphin!" he mused, "Where are the dolphins, anyway?" He asked a cameraman.

"They're at the end of the tunnel," the cameraman responded.

"Oh. Cool!" Myungsoo beamed.

Finally exiting the tunnel, the dolphin exhibit opened up into a small outside theater, where a male attendant was illustrating dolphin intelligence. "Now, let's ask Daphne if she's feeling playful today," He held his hand out to his dolphin assistant. In return, she shook her fin. "Great, Daphne's willing to help us." He assured the audience that she wasn't forced to perform for them.

"Whoah, let's watch the show ok," Myungsoo happily took the opportunity to set her down in his lap. She a heavy little one. Especially after carrying her for a solid hour now. 

*Splash* Daphne jumped through a couple hoops and tossed a ball around as the host spoke, "Most aquariums controversially force their animals to perform acts like this, but at Our Ocean Friends' Aquarium we carefully maintain a comfortable environment. We do encourage dolphin activities because dolphins are such playful and very social creatures, but we never force them." Following, Daphne performed a few more tricks, alongside a couple other dolphins. Lastly, the host let a few visitors take pictures with them. Of course, Myungsoo thrived on this opportunity. She loved every minute of it.

"My squi..Oh, you're not squishy...You're a funny creature, just like Daddy Yeol," Infi giggled while rubbing her hand on Daphne's head.

After the dolphin show was a short seal exhibit followed by a rest stop, "Oh man, i'm so hungry," Yeah, he forgot to eat. "Let's eat hamburgers" Myungsoo spotted a burger joint and quickly ran over to order. Meanwhile, staff took Infi to the restroom to change her diaper. 

Once inside the staff laughed, "He's regressed into a child, and forgotten all about taking care of her."

"I know right, he's only here to play, not father," another added.

"Mmm nom nom nom," Myungsoo scarfed down his burger in front of Infi, while a staff member bottle-fed her. 

"I can't believe that she's still wide awake," a female staff confessed, "We figured she'd be all tuckered out by now."

"Really? But she has limitless energy," Myungsoo gawked.

"I guess so," she laughed

"She's so well-behaved today, too. I'm surprised. I haven't gotten the evil look in awhile!" Myungsoo smiled.

"Aww it looks like our daddy-baby bonding day is working then," she cooed.

"Ah, what's next by the way?" Myungsoo asked after finishing his meal.

"Let's see," staff brought out the map, "Up next is the seahorse exhibit, followed by jellyfish and octopi, etc. And lastly, the grand finale. Mermaids."

"Mermaids!? You mean manatee? Sea cows?"

"No, mermaids. We'll pass the manatees on the way there," the lady corrected, "This aquarium hires trained scuba divers to swim around in prosthetic tails. You know, because little girls love them," she laughed.

"Ooooh, I wanna see that! Let's hurry!" Myungsoo shut up and reached out to take Infi, "You ready?" He asked her. Infi giggled, "Yes."

"On to meet the seahorses!" Myungsoo (for some hyperactive reason) struck a heroic pose, before picking her up.

The seahorse exhibit was very colorful and cute, perfect for children, so they spent a good 20 minutes letting Infi play with the interactive kids' toys. Moving on, Myungsoo excitedly roamed the jellyfish exhibit. That one was a bit dark, but their natural luminescence was awe-striking. In fact, only the occasional guide-light lit up the walls. The blooms of jellyfish provided the rest of the light. Thankfully, Infi was too mystified by the creatures to be afraid of them.

"Oooooh what is going on here?" Infi's mouth gaped open at them. They must've spent a good thirty minutes just staring at them swim around. And of course, Myungsoo spent a good half of that time taking hundreds of photos.

At one point she crawled up to the glass and leaned against it, and honestly, she hadn't moved much since then. She simply stared endlessly at the heavenly beings, "I'm one of you. I'm one with you. I'm swimming, swimming in pretty colors," they hypnotized her.

"Hey, we should get going," a staff member eventually poked Myungsoo's shoulder.

"Oh! Oh! Right! We need to move on!" He pushed himself up off the bench, "Infi, let's go check out the octopi and squids!" He snatched her up into his arms again.

 "Oh Wait? What!? Oh!" she snapped out of it, "Thank goodness. They nearly took me with them!"

As they entered the next exhibit, Myungsoo saw a large octopus attached to the glass, "Whoah, look, at him. He's climbing up the side of the tank," he excitedly pointed out.

"No, scary. Scary!" Infi curled into Myungsoo's chest, making him laugh.

"Aww, he can't get out, baby."

"Actually," another attendant popped out of nowhere, "Octopi are the most likely to escape their enclosures."

"Ah! Really?" Myungsoo asked in shock.

"Yes, they're very crafty, and in fact, we have to frequently give them small tasks to keep them entertained. Otherwise, they'll get bored and try to escape."

"Wow," Myungsoo showed his 'amazing face' to Infi and continued walking through the exhibit, pointing out the difference between octopi and squids.

Like this, they happily passed three more exhibits, and finally arrived at the mermaid spectacle. The show was amazing. The scuba divers were very skilled. "Wow, they're so elegant!" Myungsoo gasped as one of them swam in circles through a series of hoops. Only once she'd completed the task did she return to her oxygen tank briefly, and begin her next trick.

"Who do you'd think would win at holding their breath the longest? The mermaids or Woogyu?" He playfully asked the staff. "What about you, Infi?"

Myungsoo chuckled upon seeing the huge spit bubble coming out of . "Ha! Everyone look, Infi's imitating the mermaids!" he announced.

"I can make bubbles too," Infi giggled.

*Yawn* "Ugh, i'm so tired," Myungsoo confessed after they finally left.

"But it's only two-o'clock?" staffed .

"It's only two!?" Myungsoo startled.

"Yes, the aquarium only took four hours to walk."

"Woow..." He looked around, "Well, I guess both Infi and I are taking a midday nap when we get back," he laughed.

Nope, they couldn't wait that long. They both passed out in the car. Infi's pet fish in Myungsoo's bag.

BEHIND-THE-SCENES:

Sungyeol, Dongwoo and Woohyun swiftly ducked behind a trash can beside the turtle exhibit. Each wearing an odd disguise: fake mustache, trench coats etc.

"That's it, Myungie. You're doing great," Yeol whispered his praise.

"Can't we get closer?" Dongwoo whined.

"No, he'll spot us," Woohyun groaned.

"Yes, take millions of photos baby. I want to be with you too, but I can't so i'll take them graciously," Yeol laid on the dramatics, while Dongwoo cried tears of joy and Woohyun took secret photos, himself.

Like that, Hoya casually walked up behind them sipping his cappuccino, only disguised in a pair of sunglasses and a cap, "You three look like child predators."

"..."

"..."

At the shark entrance, Dongwoo freaked, "Nope, I'm out!" and tried to run back towards the entrance.

"Get back here," Hoya grabbed his arm and pulled him along, unwillingly.

"This is a friendly environment! I no longer want to play!" Dongwoo pleaded - unsuccessfully - that he should be allowed the same rights as the fish, and swim away.

And yeah, I hurried through it a bit, but it was really long altogether. @.@
