for the past remaining days before going to Japan, Taeyeon spent all her free times with Jessica. 

They went out for lunch together as usual. Taeyeon always hang around in Jessica's office when she have times. after work, Taeyeon will bring Jessica out for a short walk or sometimes went out for ice cream. 

At nights, Taeyeon will bring her to dinner and stay a little bit longer at Jessica's home before she went back home. 

And tonight, Taeyeon was invited by Jessica's parents to have dinner with them at Jung Mansion. 

"so Taeyeon, what time is your flight will be tomorrow?", Mr Jung asked

"11 uncle", Taeyeon replied

"ah. so you have to be there around 9 then?"

"yes uncle"

"aigoo. we're gonna miss you", Mrs Jung said

"i will too. but dont worry, time will fly so fast. and without knowing it, im already back", Taeyeon grinned. Jessica's parents chuckled and nodded their heads

"we hope you and Hyoyeon will succeed", Mr Jung said

"i hope so too", Taeyeon replied

when Mr and Mrs Jung are talking to each other, Taeyeon turned to Jessica who's just eating peacefully

"your mom is a good chef. this is yummy", Taeyeon told her

"i know", Jessica smiled

"im gonna miss having lunch and dinner with you Sica", Taeyeon pouted

"like you said, a month will pass so fast", Jessica said and patted Taeyeon's cheek softly

"i know but, will you miss me?", Taeyeon asked

"of course i will Tae"

"kekeke i just want to hear you say it", Taeyeon grinned and poked Jessica's nose playfully

"dork", Jessica chuckled

"you both really look cute together", Mrs Jung said, interrupting them

"too bad, our Jessica is so hard to get", Mr Jung joined

"if only aunt is young, i will gladly want to be your girlfriend Taeyeon ah", Mrs Jung giggled

"aww aunt, i dont mind either. besides, you're hot yourself", Taeyeon winked

"yah yah, no flirting with my wife", Mr Jung glared playfully at Taeyeon while Taeyeon and Mrs Jung just laughed

Jessica shook her head and continued eating

"arent there anyone who caught your eyes out there Taeyeon?", Mrs Jung asked

"well, there are a lot of pretty girls out there", Taeyeon said

"but nope", Taeyeon said again

"maybe you'll find someone in Japan?", Mrs Jung joked 

Jessica cleared before she drink her water. Taeyeon then smiled and hold Jessica's left hand under the table on Jessica's laps

"why would i find someone else? when the right one have always been close to me aunt", Taeyeon answered sincerely

Jessica froze when Taeyeon said that

"i would stay loyal", Taeyeon said 

Mr and Mrs Jung know that Taeyeon meant it to their daughter

After dinner, Taeyeon chilling with Jessica's parents at the living room for about an hour before she went up to Jessica's room

"my stomach hurts from laughing. your dad really love to make jokes", Taeyeon said and closed the door 

Jessica was just done drying her hair after shower and now she combed her hair

"you and dad, always have something to laugh about", Jessica said

"laughing is good for health", Taeyeon said and sat at the edge of the right side of the bed near Jessica 

"lol good for health? how?", Jessica asked and put down the comb on the bed table

"i dont know", Taeyeon said then pulled Jessica to make her sit on her laps with her left hand hugged Jessica's waist

so Jessica adjusted her position with her legs in between Taeyeon's as she sat in Taeyeon's left thigh, her right arm behind Taeyeon's neck while her left hand was held by Taeyeon's right hand

"you smell good", Taeyeon said and kissed Jessica's hand

"hmm", Jessica hummed 

"can i ask you something?", Jessica asked

"yeah?"

"your feelings for me..."

Taeyeon raised her eyebrows when Jessica mentioned about her feelings, but being nervous she is, Jessica hesitated

"hey", Taeyeon rubbed Jessica's hand with her thumb

"just tell me, its ok", Taeyeon said

"i just... i mean, i uhh, i will think about giving you a chance", Jessica blushed and looked down at her hand that was being held by Taeyeon

"i will think about it when you umm.. away for this one month", Jessica said 

Taeyeon smiled widely, she cheered inside but she hold herself, she dont want to scare Jessica

"one month. ok", Taeyeon said

"you will still wait for me right?", Jessica asked

"i always will", Taeyeon replied

"thankyou. for everything", Jessica sighed in relief

"no need to thank me sweetheart", Taeyeon said dearly and kissed Jessica's hand again

"i'd do anything for you. thats what i promise you years ago, and i will forever keep my promise", Taeyeon added

Jessica smiled. in fact, yes, Taeyeon have always been there for her in the past. Taeyeon never leave her side. Taeyeon always put her first

interrupting Jessica's thought, Taeyeon lie her down on the bed and hovered above her. Jessica doesnt mind as Taeyeon always did this even if they are just bestfriends. they both have a lot of skinship that people often thought they are together

"dont skip your breakfast, dont forget your lunch and dont let your stomach empty at night so have dinner. dont get sick, ok? you will make me worried", Taeyeon said

"you too Tae", Jessica replied

"and if ever anyone hit on you, please ignore them", Taeyeon said seriously

Jessica smiled when she can sense Taeyeon's jealousy

"also, tell Tiffany, no more blind dates", Taeyeon said

"you're acting like my girlfriend already", Jessica chuckled

"am i? but you dont mind right?", Taeyeon grinned and Jessica just hummed

"its almost 10 now. i should get going", Taeyeon said 

"drive safely. text me once you get home", Jessica said

"hm i will. and Sica, one month right? then.. you will tell me if i have a chance"

"yes Tae, once you're back, we'll talk", Jessica said

"ok then. i'll remember that", Taeyeon winked

"im going now", Taeyeon said and caressed Jessica's hair

"ok"

"i love you", Taeyeon whispered and kissed Jessica's forehead

Jessica wrapped her arms on Taeyeon and hugged her tight when Taeyeon kissed her forehead

Taeyeon smiled as she feel Jessica's tight hug

"please come to the airport tomorrow, i want to see you before i go", Taeyeon said

"i will Tae", Jessica replied

"hm", Taeyeon then pecked Jessica's nose and she was tempted to kiss Jessica's lips for the second time but she dont want to rush so she hold herself

"i'll go home now", she said and got off from Jessica

"dont forget to text me", Jessica said

"yes princess", Taeyeon bowed 90 degree

Jessica chuckled and shook her head

"see you tomorrow", Taeyeon said before she left Jessica's room
