History:

She was born in GwangJu, South Korea with a Korean mother and Korean father. When she was five years old her family moved to Osaka, Japan for work. She grew up in a quite rich family. When she was 7 her parents divorced and she stayed with the rich side of her family, he mother. While she stayed in Japan, MinHyo and her mother moved to Florida for 2 years. Then when she was 11 she moved to Seoul, South Korea. Her mother got re-married a man who owns a Traditional Chinese Restaurant in Seoul. She got to work there helping with cooking, and developed and liking to it. When she turned 13 she auditioned for Sm Entertainment and have been trainee for 1 year and 10 months.
