It was probably about two weeks since the fight happened. We didn't talk since then and my mood has been off and on since then.

Ever since yesterday Dahyun texted me to meet up, I believed it was a chance granted to me to apologise properly to her. I woke up in the morning feeling bright and fresh, excited at the thought of meeting up with her later in the afternoon. 

It was the same feeling I once had when me and Dahyun were still close together, the feeling of looking forward to seeing her face in school but this time to ask for her forgiveness.

Can't wait to meet Dahyun later!!!

I was in a happy mood and made a fulfiling breakfast before skyping my mom in the morning.

I sat down at the living room and switched on my laptop. I then called Okaa-san.

She picked up the call shortly after.

"Ohaiyo Kaa-san!" I greeted her cheerfully.

"Morning to you too honey. You look super happy today. What's the occassion?" She asked curiously.

"Nothing much... How could you tell that I'm feeling happy?" I replied and grinned.

"You're smiling like an idiot. How can I not tell? I'm your mother!" She said and laughed.

She was right. I shifted my attention to the television. Through the reflection, I could see myself beaming from ear to ear. I was definitely smiling like an idiot.

I covered my face out of embarrassment. I looked at the clock, it was about time for me to leave for school.

"Kaa-san, I gotta go! Catch ya later!" I said and ended the call abruptly.

Mother must have gotten used to my abrupt ending by now. She understood that going to school in Korea means lesser time to contact her. I felt bad for ending the call but I had to leave for school.

I then made my way to the busstop.

The bus ride from home to school today was abit more enjoyable because I no longer dreaded school.
