Minho x Taeyeon / Jonghyun x Jinki; Extra Caramel

There was a really badass looking girl that visited their ice-cream parlor every day. She always ordered a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate fudge. And she spent a good hour or two, staring at her textbook while she ate her ice-cream.

Jinki felt a bit uncomfortable around her. It was probably because she glared at him whenever it was him at the counter when she ordered. Her eyes were heavily kohl-rimmed and she always wore dark clothes, alternating between black ripped skinnies or dark skirts with fishnet stockings. Her lips were either painted black or red and a leather jacket always framed her delicate frame. She made a very contrasting sight to the bubblegum pink walls and cotton candy blue counters of their shop.

But what surprised him the most was when Minho was at the counter. She ordered with such a soft voice and a modestly eerie smile that Jinki had to blink in confusion, wondering if it was the same girl or not. Even Minho was an extra sickly sweet, his cheeks rosy whenever she was around. It kinda made Jinki really curious what the heck was going on between the two...because Minho was never this kind to other customers. And this girl...her eerie smile sometimes gave Jinki shivers.

He wasn’t really close to Minho to ask and the girl, her name was Taeyeon, she really was hostile to him, so there was no chance of asking her as well. He decided to just ignore it but his curiosity was annoying the hell outta him and he needed to let it out.

And he did when his boyfriend came over next for some ice-cream. Jinki billed his own card before he began making his favorite sundae. He had softly asked him to watch Taeyeon and Minho. When the sundae was finally ready, he called out to him, “Jonghyun, babe.”

Jonghyun turned, beaming, “Extra caramel– seriously, I love you so much~” He gushed, taking his sundae and leaning against the counter before taking a spoonful right away.

“So?” Jinki asked softly.

“So?” Jonghyun propped his brow, his lips off the caramel, momentarily distracting Jinki.

Jinki shook his head, “There’s definitely some weird going on, right?”

Jonghyun smiled a little, “What do you think is going on?”

“Is she blackmailing my poor part-timer?” Jinki asked in a softer voice, his expression sincerely worried.

Jonghyun laughed, almost choking on his ice-cream, coughing as he continued to laugh, handing Jinki a tissue because some of his ice cream had landed on his boyfriend’s face. Jinki accepted it and wiped himself clean, waiting for Jonghyun to calm down.

And when Jonghyun finally did, he beckoned Jinki to come closer. Jinki obeyed. Jonghyun whispered into his ear, “They are dating, stupid!”
