It’s raining. It’s raining and they’re having an outdoor performance. Screw the weather. The stage is slippery and they’re jumping around like nobody’s business. Monitoring the live performance from the waiting room, you pace up and down in worry. “They’ll be fine, right?” You comfort yourself. You know how the boys always strive for perfection but the condition outside now is giving you the jitters. The rain is falling heavier and heavier, water puddling up on the stage. You watch anxiously as water splash around where they land after a jump. Now is not the time to be standing around. Immediately, you retrieve a few towels and wait for them to come back. “Wow, I almost slipped at one part,” Jungkook says to his hyungs as they scurry into the room, his hair dripping wet. You furrow your eyebrows and throw him a towel — you throw a towel to all of them. “Dry your hair,” you tell them simply. “But the gel-” Jimin looks at his reflection in the mirror. Is this the time to worry about your hairstyle now? You want to scold him. “Thanks.” Seokjin smiles as he takes over the towel. He rubs it over his head lightly. You sigh. Yoongi leaves his towel on the table and slumps down into a chair. “Troublesome.” “I’m not cooking you chicken soup if you fall sick,” you turn your back on him. “Kim Taehyung, stop playing around already!” “Wow, I think the rain made me look really cool,” Hoseok comments, monitoring their earlier performance.
