161028 Love rain     (Listen to soft ballad while reading.)   It's close to midnight and rain is falling heavily outside. Sitting by the built-in window seat, she watches as water droplets splatter onto the glass before they slide down into the pool on the sill. She stares out into the blurry distance while subconsciously humming to music she's playing softly in the background. She breaks her reverie to tighten the blanket around her as she sips on her hot tea. She yawns and rubs her eyes.    He should be back soon, she thinks before letting her mind drift off once again.
