I had exams so .Plus I am sick …..

Anyway update …………………………………..

It was a beautiful night , the stars where shinny brightly and there was a pleasant breeze. Jaejoong got up in the middle of the night ‘Might as well get some water’.

While passing through the hallway he noticed something strange. ‘Why are the fans off?’

He heard a noise from the kitchen.

“What are you doing in the middle of the night?” Jaejoong asked seeing Jinwoo cutting some potatos.

“French fries”

“Now?”

“Its 5:30 am and our parents are coming at 7 am” Jinwoo replied

“What ?”

“You slept through the call. Father called all three of us” Jinwoo said

“We have a maid, we can call her , she will come in 10 mins. You don’t have to cook” Jaejoong said

“This is not my home and I am not a free-lodger. I have to do something. Beside before coming here I had to clean the entire Song house and cook breakfast” Jinwoo replied

“You were their maid?”

“They told me directly before marriage that if I had to marry him, I had to do all housework. That was the tradition of Song family. You started making maid jokes about me post that”

“But she abused you!!” Jaejoong exclaimed

“Not enough for a broken bone. She hit me with shoes sometimes” Jinwoo said

“I am going to report to police”

“Don’t” a third voice said

Jaejoong looked at Yunho and asked “Why?”

“I know being crazy is your daily habit but if the victim doesn’t charge nothing can be done. It will just create a drama with everyone having a bad ending. It can ruin his marriage as well. Unless he himself charges, we should stay put” Yunho said

“But he can’t..” Jaejoong tried to reason

“Since when did you care about him anyway?” Yunho asked

“Hey he is my brother okay..” Jaejoong said

“Hyung, are you drunk? You never called me that ” Jinwoo said

“Eh?”

“You used to call me maid and like that”

“Okay sorry” Jaejoong said

“So hyung, tell me did you and Yunho-hyung have ?”

“No”

“Kiss?”

“No”

“Are you even married?”

“Legally yes. Mentally no”

“Well you need to work on the marriage then”

“My married life is none of your business”

“At least can cut the apples” Jinwoo said

“Okay”

Jaejoong held the knife and looked at the apple for a solid 5 mins.

“Are you done hyung?”

“No, I am looking for an angle to cut the apple” Jaejoong replied to only hear his brother sign.

Heechul sipped his tea as his younger song served him breakfast.

“I have some news” the old man said and again sipped some tea.

His elder son and son-in-law listened carefully.

“I will take Jinwoo home with me. Mino’s condition doesn’t look good. I suggest both of you to help me in the process”

“Are you telling my husband will die?” Jinwoo asked

“If he doesn’t wakeup in 24 hrs he will be dead. The doctors have told him that”

“NO” Jinwoo started crying.

“Don’t cry” Jaejoong spoke.

“But..”

“Hush”

“Is Jaejoong drunk?” Heechul asked Yunho

“No. He has been acting strange for sometime now. I wonder what happened as well. For starters we no longer fight and he rarely has a problem with me snoring extremely loud. Weird but he even asked me how I was”

“He is on drugs then” Heechul concluded.

“I don’t think so. He came one day looking extremely sad and was crying alone. Next thing I know, he is suddenly nice. Its creepy to be honest”

“Mark my words he is planning to kill you” Heechul suggested but it was meant as a joke.

“Hopefully”

“Hey Jaejoong” Yunho asked his spouse.

It was around 8am and Heechul left with his younger son.

“Yeah?”

“Why are you nice?” Yunho asked

“Simply” Jaejoong said and left the room to wash his hands. He began to have a flashback as he was washing his hands.

FLASHBACK START

“Hyung please give me money” a poor boy around 5 asked Jaejoong

“No”

“Please I haven’t eaten for 3 days” the boy asked

“I don’t have money” Jaejoong spoke

“Please I beg of you. I penny will do. I want a penny”

“I have no money to spare” Jaejoong replied cause he literally didn’t have any cash. He only had his credit card with him.

“Please” the boy touched his feet

“Stop it” Jaejoong said and walked away.

FLASHBACK ENDS

Jaejoong still had a sense of guilt in him – especially when he knew the boy was addicted to drugs. It was not difficult to make that out since the way he spoke or behaved clearly indicated that.

Jaejoong and Yunho sighed simultaneously.
