They spent the remaining 2 weeks in comfortable peace. For that 2 weeks, they would share the same bed. Sometimes Eunbin would be the big spoon, sometimes Sooyeon. Whenever Eunbin was the small spoon, she would rest her hand over the ring that hid under Sooyeon’s shirt. The first time she did that, Sooyeon panicked, not sure of how to explain the ring’s existence, but because Eunbin never asked, Sooyeon just rested her hand over Eunbin’s and slept in peace.

L.Joe never came to visit any more, in fact it seemed as if he had vanished from school. Eunbin asked a few upperclassmen if they knew where he was, but they all said that he took a leave of absence and didn’t give any information as to where he went.
