Day XX

"you're here again?"

"you make it sound like you don't want to see me."

"i just don't want to see you lazing around when you're clearly a CEO of a company."

"tyler is there anyway, he'll handle everything on my behalf."

she plopped down on my lap, comfortably lying down.

"now, please be nice and sing me to sleep."

i sighed, turning off the television.

"you're lucky that you're jung jessica."

a smile formed on her face as i complied to her request.

i sang to her,

making sure it would be soothing like her comforting gestures to me. 

by the time I had finished singing, she had already fallen asleep.

i took advantage of that and gently caressed her cheek,

smiling like an idiot.
