Sunggyu and Howon watched in awe as Janelle was easily invited into Myungsoo's room. Even Sungjong had been evicted for days and none of the older males had successfully gotten across to him at all.    Janelle sat beside Myungsoo as he curled up in a corner. She gave him a long hug as they reunited after a week of texting but absence from each other. The boy was so small he fitted easily into her embrace. He could hear her chest heaving silently as she sobbed, tears landing on the crown of his head. He tried to fight his own overwhelming feelings as he clutched her sleeves tighter, but the hot streams grazed his frozen cheeks, and he hated himself for not being a strong enough man.    "Noona, I missed you."   "Me too, Myungsoo, me too." She his head lightly as she felt with quivering in her arms.    "Is everything alright now? With your parents? I can call you again?" Myungsoo looked up with his reddening eyes, searching for answers on Janelle's face.    "Yes, Myung, you can call me again. I'm sorry I came late."    The two cried together for another minute before unlocking themselves from the embrace. Janelle was ashamed that she could not do what Howon had done for her - be strong and be the perfect support for someone else. Yet if two fallen pillars happen to meet each other at a point, catching the other in mid-fall, then in an imperfect way, this was the best kind of support too. Even just for a day, or in this case a week, two broken pillars can lean against each other so that they remain standing.    "Myungsoo, if you miss school, you should go back." Janelle said as she wiped the tears away on the child's puffy cheeks.    "You know why I can't." Myungsoo looked away, avoiding the resolution in her eyes.    "Myungsoo-yah. The answer to him going back to school is not saving up money by giving up on your school fees. It's when he can finally leave home with a peace of mind. If you don't go to school, he never will." Janelle held on to Myungsoo's shoulder and looked him squarely in the eyes. Her heated eyes were hurting from the cold air as she stared at him unblinkingly, waiting patiently for an answer.    His answer never came because Sungjong burst into the room right at that moment. In his hands, he had two sets of ironed uniforms that belonged to his brothers.    "NAM MYUNGSOO!" Sungjong threw a uniform into his sibling's face as he launched himself onto his brother, forcing Myungsoo to hit the ground on his back with Sungjong hovering above him. Janelle was taken by surprise but quickly tried to tear them apart before a serious fight ensued.    "I said I will give you one week to get better and it's already the eighth day! How long are you going to be pathetic for! How long are you going to take the whole bed for! How dare you make Woohyun-hyung worry so much! HOW DARE YOU MAKE ME WORRY SO MUCH YOU PUNKKKKKKKKK."    Myungsoo was too taken aback to react immediately. He lay watching his younger sibling rage at him, and for the strangest reason, it felt great for someone to scold him and remind him how stupid his decision was. It was better than everyone furrowing their brows and pacifying him, making him guiltier every minute. He let Sungjong hit him in between frequent misses, before he finally tried standing up and his brother toppled to the ground.    Sungjong had ironed and starched Myungsoo's uniform so much so that it looked brand new.    The trio heard a knock on the door. Woohyun peeked in to see his younger siblings seated on the floor, panting after a rough scuffle. On the bed, he saw his and Myungsoo's uniform folded neatly. The two brothers left Janelle's side and dashed into their oldest brother's arms, and the Nam brothers all broke out into a messy session of devastating wails and uncontrollable crying. Janelle found it an oddly heartwarming sight.   "Boys, let's go to school together on Monday together. Alright? Let's go back to school on Monday..." Woohyun said between sobs as he patted the back of his brother's heads.    Janelle put her hands over to stop the gasp that escaped from her lips.    The words sank in, and suddenly everything felt anew.    -∞-   This had been happening way too often recently but once again, Sunggyu found himself teaching an audience of two students, Janelle and Howon, while the class was ogling at someone else.    "Yah guys, I'm at the front. Stop staring at Nam Woohyun." Sunggyu threw a piece of chalk straight at someone in Woohyun's row. Indeed, with the exception of Howon and Janelle, nobody could hardly tear their eyes from their long-lost classmate who had returned to class that day, with a new set of uniform clear of stains from old fights. Woohyun was now jotting down notes diligently with a set of new stationery and notebooks, all the while cross-referencing to a set of notes someone had prepared for him. In the corner of the class, Howon smirked as he solved the question on the board before Sunggyu could finish explaining.    Woohyun looked up as his name was mentioned and he looked around at the curious faces surrounding him. Everyone looked so different from the few months he had not been in school, yet there was a familiar sense of camaraderie. When he entered the classroom that morning, pushed along by his best friend Howon, the class was dead silent. They thought he was a doppelganger at first, but as the day went by and old jokes came up again, reality finally sank in: Woohyun was back. When Sunggyu ticked off his name during homeroom, he found himself swelling with a sense of proud.    "Welcome back." He mouthed at Woohyun and gave him a fleeting wink, which the boy pretended not to catch as he coughed awkwardly.    Sunggyu had achieved what everyone thought was impossible. In one single moment when Woohyun stepped into class, Sunggyu could tell that 3D-1 was no longer seeing him like the first day they did. There was veneration in their eyes, and for once, respect in their voice as they greeted him.    Yet this amiable change was not replicated in the staff room. While Woohyun had proven himself to be adept in socialising and acclimating to the classroom environment again, Sunggyu was earning undeserved judgement from his colleagues. Everyone was throwing him glances, as if silently blaming him for any incoming misfortunes (if at all). By the third period, Sunggyu was resting in the staff pantry to escape from the stifling atmosphere in his workplace.   "Kim seonsaeng-nim!" Three students from his class came running to his resting place and were panting from their sprint. Sunggyu could tell something was amiss. He wanted to remind them that there should be no running along corridors, but he swallowed his words along with his coffee.    "Seonsaeng-nim, Woohyun..."    Sunggyu was immediately at the edge of his seat, listening to his panting students in rapt attention.    "...and Howon...have...been...put in...detentio-"   The homeroom teacher broke them mid-sentence. He quickly instructed them to return to class before their teacher noticed their overly long "toilet break" as he dashed towards to the detention room in school.    Sunggyu opened the classroom door to see
