Myungsoo's P.O.V
"Where are we gonna eat dinner..?" Jaehwa asked all of a sudden.
"Where are we gonna eat dinner..?" Jaehwa asked all of a sudden.
"I heard there's a famous restaurant that sells Korean food around here. Follow me." I grabbed her wrist and led her towards the
restaurant I was talking about.
We finally reached it. Jaehwa just stared at it in awe.
"Cah Chi?" I nodded.
"Sounds really fancy, don't you think?" Jaehwa asked as she scanned everything that was outside the restaurant.
"Well, it's famous so it's pretty much no big deal to them." I chuckled and led her inside, stopping her from her deep trance.
"Wah! It looks so cool! Look!!! Those must be drawings made by children plastered on the wall!!"
"Jaehwa, we came here to eat, not appreciate the looks of it." I sighed and led her to a table good for two people.
"What would be your order, sir and ma'am?" A waiter stopped by our table with a notepad and a pen. He spoke in Korean, which
was a good thing.
"We'd like to order the best sellers." I stated bluntly.
"Alright. Food will be served in around 20 to 30 minutes, if that is alright with you?" Jaehwa and I nodded and the waiter went
away.
"Since it's going to take so long, wanna talk about random stuff?" Jaehwa said, being her usual bubbly self.
"Alright.." I smiled.
"I remember just around 2 days ago? I gave Jaehyo oppa a cucumber for Christmas and he was overacting!! He says he's
allergic to cucumbers when he's not, seriously, that guy's got some issues!! It was so funny!! If only you were there~" Jaehwa
laughed as she recalled that moment.
"If that's yours, well I remember there was this one time where a manjoo fell on the floor and Sungjong took it. He then fed it to
Dongwoo hyung without hyung having knowledge that it already fell. Then the moment Sungjong told him that it fell on the floor,
it was already too late!! He already chucked the whole thing down! Then hyung was like 'Oh my God damn it Lee Sungjong I
hate you!!!'! It was real funny." I laughed.
Jaehwa laughed so hard that she almost fell off her chair. Luckily, I grabbed her hand before she could fall.
"Whoa, be careful." I smiled. She blushed a bit and thanked me. I just nodded and let go of her hand.
I just smiled at her cuteness. Suddenly she took a picture of me.
"Yah! What are you doing?" I said trying to look at what she's doing.
"I took a picture of you!" she said showing me the picture of me smiling widely.
"What for! Yah! Delete that!!" I said trying to grab her phone, but she immediately kept it in her bag.
"Haha~ no way can you get it and delete it now~ my phone has a passcode that only I know, not even Jaehyo oppa could open
this!! Mehrong~" she said sticking her tongue out.
"Aish! Fine then!" I said crossing my arms while furrowing my eyebrows.
Jaehwa's P.O.V.
Aigoo~ Myungsoo is so cute with his face, I decided to make him smile again so I poked him.
*poke*
"What?!" he asked still irritated.
*poke* *poke*
"Seriously, what?" he asked getting even more annoyed.
*poke* *poke* *poke*
"Yah! Would you stop it?"
"Nope~ not until you smile again!"
"Never!" He kept his pokerface on.
*poke* *poke* *poke* *poke* *poke*
"Yah!!"
"Still not going to stop~"
*poke* *poke* *poke* *poke* *poke* *poke*
"Okay fine! Just stop it!" Then he smiled and chuckled afterwards.
"There~ I told you already! You look better when you smile~" I said showing my widest smile.
"Arasso~" he ruffled my hair and chuckled again.
We continued telling jokes and stories until the food was served.The waiter placed the dishes on our table.
"Sorry to have kept you waiting. There are other traditional korean dishes here, but this is the own-made tofu and seafood stew
,soon dubu jjigae, The restaurant's best sellers. Would you like some wine with that as of British culture?" Myungsoo didn't
quite pay attention so I nudge him and he snapped back to reality.
Myungsoo faced me, "Is it okay for you?" He asked, and I just nodded. I love wine~ It is made of grapes right? The waiter poured
some wine on our glass then left.
I took a bite of the food and it was very yummy! Myungsoo also took a bite, and by the reaction I guess he liked it too.
Myungsoo's P.O.V.
Dear Lord, I'm going to get fat again!
"Mm, their kimchi is delicious!" Jaehwa squeeled in delight as she ate a piece of kimchi. I just smiled at the sight.
Not knowing what to eat first, I tasted a random dish. It felt delicious!
"The menu says it's a rich, creamy, chilli-spiked sauce encased chewy slivers of seafood that contrasted perfectly with pieces of
silky tofu! No wonder why it's yummy!!" she said but I wasn't really paying much attention, I just ate a lot more.
Until..
"Myungsoo, you should also try their--Oh my gosh!! Myungsoo!! Are you okay?!?!" I choked on my food and was coughing
severely. I also couldn't breathe properly. What I never knew was that the dish I tasted was Soon Dubu Jjigae, which was tofu
and SEAFOOD stew. Ugh, I'm allergic to seafood for goodness sake!!
"I-I'm *cough* f-fine *cough*. I-it's just an allergy.. *coughs even more*. I'll just *cough* go to the b-bath *cough* room t-to wash
up. *cough*." I slowly stood up and went my way to the bathroom while coughing, but Jaehwa stopped me and told me to sit
down.
"Myungsoo, washing up won't help cure an allergy. Here."
She took out her first aid kit and handed me an antihistamine pill and I immidiately slipped the pill into my mouth. She handed me
water and I chugged it all down. I felt my lungs loosen and my cough disappeared.
"Thank you, Jaehwa.. I never would have made it without you." I grinned and thanked her.
"Oh, it's nothing! Good thing I always bring my first aid kit! I'm accident prone anyways! Hehe~ What's in Soon Dubu Jjigae that
you're allergic to anyway?"
"Seafood.."
"Oh, I'm sorry. Let's order something else! You might accidentally eat it again and your allergy might come back." Jaehwa called
for a waiter and asked for the Soon Dubu Jjigae to be swapped with something else that doesn't have seafood. The waiter
understood and quickly swapped it with Bbibimbap, which was utterly delicious by the way.
After dinner, I paid the bill and we went out going back to the hotel.
We were walking and the sky was dark, the snow fell and stars were in the sky. We just walked around taking pictures while
talking.
"Waaah~ The stars are so sparkly and shiny!!" Jaehwa said pointing at the stars.
"You know, you kinda sound like Sungjong."
"Chincha? Well then we might be great friends!" she exclaimed happily.
"He has problems with his hormones but anyways.."
"Ommo! Kyaaa~" She was spinning around with arms wide open.
"What?" I was getting confused.
"I just love the snow~" she said smiling widely holding on to the snow falling.
After wandering around London we finally arrived at our hotel. We got into our room and changed into our night clothes.
Jaehwa's P.O.V.
After changing I sat down on a chair beside the window and looked out. I saw a falling star and immediately wished. I closed my
eyes and made my wish. I felt a tap on my shoulder, I turned around, it was Myungsoo.
"What are you doing?"
"I saw a falling star!"
"Do we have to close our eyes when we see one? Does seeing one damage our eyes?"
"Aniyo~ babo, not that! We wish when we see falling stars"
"So what's up with the closing our eyes and grinning widely. I don't get you.." He said scratching his head.
"You're so slow! Closing our eyes and smiling is just one of the process. It's my way of wishing deeply."
"Ah~ arasso. "
Myungsoo's P.O.V.
Okay, Myungsoo, babo moment right there. I am such a weirdo. Now look I'm talking to myself! Oh great just great..
Jaehwa was wishing intently, I wonder what she wished for..
"What did you wish for?"
"I wished that you would smile more and I wished for happiness~" she chimed happily.
That was.. touching. No one actually wished for me to smile again, I mean they tried making me, but not wishing on a falling star.
This girl is really unique. I just smiled and then ruffled her hair.
"Alright, sleep time puffball!" I said jumping into our bed.
"And to think I had all the sugar in my system!" She pouted then lay on the bed too then we turned off the light.
Jaehwa's P.O.V.
"Good night Jaehwa and.. thanks.." Myungsoo said, mumbling the last part.
"Thanks for what?"
"Thanks for making me smile" he said softly and drifted off to sleep. I can't help but smile as well. Sooner or later, I drifted off to sleep as well.
