Manager Han: “Ok so tomorrow were going to discuss with the writers what the main feel and lyrics will consist of so come up with some ideas about what sort of feel you want to have”
All: “Nae”
Manager Han: “Oh by the way ,Mira they want you to go talk to you over at head of management, once you’ve finished eating”
Mira: “Oh ok-“
Manager Han: “I’ll go with you” she smiled
Mira nodded putting her plait in the bin
Hayun: “I wonder why?”
Siyoung: “Probably cause she's dating Jackson right”
Jisoo: “I thought they would know”
Siyoung: “They probably knew before us, but I think they’ll go through all the precautions you know so she understands what to keep private”
You: “True, I mean technically she broke our contract of the three year dating ban”
Hayun: “Hmmm Hyun-suk oppa won’t be impressed”
Jisoo: “Good luck Unnie” Jisoo shouted down the corridor as Mira and Han Unnie turned the corner

Jisoo: “Are you done,

Do you want me to put you're plait in the bin,

Hello Unnie” she said waving a piece of lettuce from her plate near Dao’s face
Jisoo: “Hey anti-social”
D.A: “WHAT!” Dao impulsively relied as she abruptly stopped scrolling through her phone and slammed it on the table
D.A: “What do you want!” she replied in a cold tone
Hayun: “Dao don’t snap at her just because Minho oppa is back”
D.A: “What” 
Hayun: “You heard we all know that's what's wrong. I don’t know why you’re acting like this, he tried to talk to you,  you were the one that blanked him he was clearly trying”

Quite frankly you agreed with Hayun, the past is just that and the fact that Dao didn’t even seem to show any signs of excitement when he came considering he had been gone for so long kind of annoyed you. Yes they didn’t leave on good terms and he was the one at fault but he was clearly trying to make amends.
D.A:”I'm not "moody" cause of Minho I’m just tired, you’re the one with the problem!” they exchanged each raising their voice louder than the other
Hayun: “I’M the one with the problem, ME!” she laughed trying to understand what logoic made Dao come to this ignorant conclusion
Siyoung: “Drop it both of you, talk about this at the dorm not here”
Both: “Fine”
Hayun rolled her eyes in annoyance at her dongsaengs sulky attitude
To cool down you all agreed to go visit the trainees down stairs currently practicing for monthly evaluations, you loved seeing them but at times it made you anxious thinking about your own trainee days.

You: “Hey” you said walking into the dance practice where the dancers were practicing
All: “Annyeonghaseyo” they all bowed
Chi(Trainee): “Oh we thought you were seon-saeng-nim ( Teacher)” she replied relaxing her posture
Jonghyun(Trainee) “Look who’s” back the older male teased 
Siyoung: “How are you guys?” Siyoung asked as you all began talking, most of the trainees you knew as you all were close pre-debut of course tensions between some were still a bit off because of resentment for you guys debuting before them but for the most part you all liked to hangout even though you were no longer trainees.

 

Jae-eun(Trainee) : ”You guys just missed Mino and –“
D.A:  “So what are you guys working on”
Jae-eun(Trainee):”Street dance, evaluation are so intense right now you guys set the bar too high”

Hoon:”How is your intense glamorous idol life then”
You: “Take out the glamorous and you've summed it up pretty much”

Nari: “Yah don’t complain some of us are still waiting to debut”
Nari was your best friend when you first came. You and her would always help each other during evaluations and even shared a dorm together with the other younger foreigner trainees. You two were originally supposed to debut as a duo and prepared for a few months before the idea was pulled and you went back to training.
Nari: “Where's Mira”
Jisoo: “Busy talking to management”
Jeong-suk: “Why”
You: “Dont worry”

Tony(seon-saeng-nim ): “Why are you wasting your time you're being evaluated to two weeks take it seriously”
Jeong-suk: “Sorry five detractions decided to visit”  he said as he pointed at you guys began stretching again
Tony(seon-saeng-nim ): “Oh Annyeonghaseyo”
All: Annyeong you bowed
Tony(seon-saeng-nim ): “Are you guys..”
Siyoung: “Oh were just here to check on the trainees”
Tony(seon-saeng-nim ): “oh I thought you came back to see me” he playfully sulked
Tony was your guy’s old dance choreographer who created most of your debut dances
Hayun: ”Obviously we came to see you as well” she said smiling cutely

A tall guy enters the room with a bold cocky demeanour.
Shi-yoon: “Ughh what happened you guys you never acted cute before debuting, I guess people change a lot huh. You've probably lost all your moves as well” he smirked this time purposefully looking at you and Jisoo
You: “Is that a threat?” you asked returning the tease
You: “Fine you guys want to debut right, start learning from those who’ve made it” you winked
Shi-yoon: “You, Hayun and Jisoo vs us three” 
The music started playing and immediately you felt like you were back in your prime before you debuted, where that was the only thing that mattered and nothing was stopping you from doing so. Tony purposefully chose a song all trainees were taught, Shinwahs Perfect Man it was a very tiring and skilful dance. Immediately and powerfully you guys began moving in robotic synchronisation the boys retaliated your moves with parts of the choreo which you presumed was new, where flips and replaced your floor work and isolations

Trainees: “Wohhooo” everyone cheered when the music stopped
Hayun: “Still lost our moves then?” 
she asked as you guys walked towards the door 
Tony: “Are you leaving already?”
Siyoung: “Yeah we just wanted to stop by for a bit” she smiled

 Shi-yoon: *Breaths heavily*
You: “ Work on your stamina ok on stage you have to make it seem like you just came back from a calm stroll not...” you look at him up and down “a half marathon”
Siyoung: “Thankyou oppa, work hard guys annyeong”

All: “Annyeong”
 

Hayun: “Why is he still the same?!”

Siyoung: “He’s not as bad as he was before”

You: “Cocky, an idiot no I’m pretty sure he hasn’t changed”

Jisoo: “Well at least Hayun Unnie doesn’t like him anymore, at least that’s changed”

Hayun: “Very true Jisoo-ah, very true”

'Back at your dorm'
You: “Unnie, it’s almost Daos; birthday, what should we get her?” you asked Hayun as you listened to Deans new album in your dorm
“Unnie, what should we get her?” you repeated unsure if she heard you the first time, you looked over to her and saw she was currently drawing something
Hayun: “I don’t know” she said uninterested
Making you immediately remember the argument they had earlier
You: “Hmmm me either”
Daos’ birthday was October 23 one week from now and you guys still hadn't thought of anything to do,
You: “Mira where's Dao” you asked entering the kitchen as she prepared dinner for you guys
Mira: “She's eating out with Siyoung and some trainees, she needed to cool down after what happened today, why?”
You: “Because it’s her birthday soon”
Mira: “Oh damn yeah what should we do?”
You: “I don’t know but Hayun Unnie is still annoyed at her so...” You said propping up onto the counter
Mira: “She hates doing big party things so we should just eat out you know a bunch of us something small.”
You: “Like a company dinner, not everyone will be able to make it?”
Mira: “Yeah… well there is definitely someone who she won’t want to be there”

“Minho oppa” you both said
You: “That's gonna look so bad though” you replied as you helped her cut some vegetables
You: “If we’re all there apart from Minho”
Mira: “If he asks just don't mention anything for both their sakes”
You: “Don’t worry I won’t, what about a present?”
Mira: “I was thinking-“
*Ring* *Ring*
Jisoo: “Unnie, you're phone” she said running to hand it to you

You: “Who is it?” you said wiping your hands

Jisoo: “Taehyung Oppa”

You: “Bangtan Taehyung” you repeated just to make sure you hadn’t mis-heard the name

Jisoo: “Nae”

You answered it still trying to dry your hands and holding the phone between your ear and shoulder
 
You: “Nae”
V: “Oh Y/N how are you!”
You: “Good how are you”
V: “I'm fine, we're filming for our new MV right now, but I just wondering” you could hear his voice was considerably lower and was subject to a few cracks from time to time. He also sniffled occasionally making u only presume they were outside
“Yes?”
V: “Do you have Sooyoungs’(Joy) number?”
You: “Why?” You laughed
V: “I need to ask her something about our script”
You: “Are you doing a drama together”
V: “Yeah” 
You: “Oh congrats, Yeah sure I’ll message you it. You know you didn't have to call me”
V: “Haha yeah I know but I missed you we haven't talked in ages”
You: “I literally saw you couple weeks ago at Mamas’” laughed
V: “In my time that's worth months”
You: “Oh ok” you laughed
Taehyung and you had only met a few months ago as you both hosted Music Bank during the summer. He was a super funny and chill guy which was comforting with all the stressed pressured idols who constantly surrounded you. He always made you laugh every day without fail be it putting on an impression of acting out something comical you guys never grew bored of each other
You talked for a while longer before he had to leave to resume filming.
Mira: “Hayun-ah, Y/n-ahh, Jisoo-ah” come eat

Next day~

Manager Yuk: “Guess who's back, back again” he said as he moon walked into your dorm, his moves dance moves quickly cut due to the table leg which he caught himself on
All: “Oppa!” you all shouted as you happily ran over to greet him
Manager Yuk: “Hahah are you  guys ready?”He asked as you guys finished eating breakfast 
All: “Nae”
In the van
Manger Yuk: “So did you miss me?” he asked raising an eyebrow and mainly directing his question to Dao
D.A: “Miss you, as if the new manager Han Unnie is so cool and fun” she scoffed
You all darted your eyes to Dao and gave her a very confused yet amused look
Manager Yuk: “That's good she's going to be taking over from now on”
D.A: “WHAT!” Her eyes widened and she clenched her jaw at the thought
Mnager Yuk: “I'm kidding haha glad to know I’m still you're favourite then” he winked
D.A: “Dream on ahjussi”
You guys went back to the YG building and started discussing you're lyrics with the producers and writers the session took a while as once again creative differences ignited brief disputes
D.A: “I'm sick of all these songs about love I want a song about being young free with no boundaries”
You: “Dao Were doing a Soul R&B genre how’s that supposed to work?” you questioned
D.A: “And hip-pop right?”
You: “Oh yh true”
Jisoo: ”I think it'll be a good idea to have a mixture get our personalities out there”
Teddy: “We also want to have collabs with other idols in YG so we have some ideas about who's collabing with who”
All: “Cool” you guys agreed as he  began talking about the collabs
Lydia(song writer):Mira we were thinking that you Bom and Rose could do a ballad/soul song and then since we want hip-pop y/n and Dao with Bobby and Mino for a more fun track?”
Dao subconciously rolled her eyes at the thought which caused you to lightly kick her from underneath the table
Teddy: “Mino’s coming soon to discuss ideas and stuff with you two so if you wanna go into their studio and well work on your individual songs in my studio” he said talking to your other members.
IN THE STUDIO

You rolled around in the chair in the studio waiting for Mino to arrive. Dao remained standing and leaning on a nearby wall an aora of unease radiated from her as she slowly scanned the area.
You: “Oh look you” said happily as you saw a photo of her Junhoe and Mino just before your guys debut at Junes birthday party last year. In the photo she was smiling wdley, her eyes electric with liveness as she posed between the two of them.
Annoyed Dao, went up to the photo frame and laid it face down
D.A: “Why has he still got that” she asked herself out loud an annoyance in her tone and demeanour
You: “Dao come on it was a year ago there not even together anymore just leave it”
D.A: “I know but I can’t seeing him again.... remembering everything it’s so frustrating”
You: “It’s ok to be annoyed, but you have to realise that at the same time he is hurting now as well” you said going over to her to hug her

Dao had only ever cried a few times in front of you guys: Once when you found out you were debuting, another time when her parents skyped her on her birthday after two years of not seeing each other, and the most recent at the Mamas’
You could sense right now that you were about to experience it for the fourth time all the rest of them had been tears of happiness, thankfulness. But these about to fall were tears of sadness, and hurt emotions Dao hated and rarely showed and definitely not in this way
*door opens*
You two immediately move away from each other luckily Minho doesn’t notice as he’s checking his phone
Mino: “How are you guys doing” he says awkwardly as he slides a chair up to the controls
You: “Not bad” you smile brightly one cause you were happy to see him after more than a year and two in attempts to make the atmosphere more comfortable
Mino: “Good, good”
Mino: “Are you gonna sit down?” he asks turning to Dao and signalling at stray chair in the room
She rolls it towards you and sits running her finger through her hair before rhythmically tapping on the desk
Mino: “Wait why isn’t Hayun, you don't rap?” he asks looking up at you from his phone
You: “Oh thanks” you laugh slightly offended but knowing that its very true
You: “I don’t know Teddy oppa said that you, Dao,Bobby and I are collabing so...” You say gesturing
Mino: “Well let’s get started we have samples here to go from...” You were familiar with the process of choosing a sample writing, the lyrics the usual but you were usually with either Kush or Teddy and the rest of your members. The setting was more formal and planned. Now it just felt casual less business like as if you were just hanging out with your friends.
You chose a sample which had a strong dramatic start it reminded you of old 90s hip pop.
Mino: “Dao can you go in and just rap a bit so we can get a feel for how this tracks gonna go.., oh and help Y/n out as well”
She entered the booth and enclosed herself in the headphones. She was angry, yes, but you knew that none of you could remain angry no matter what had happened when you began performing. 
Skilfully she freestyled, almost a mini diss track to all your haters. The controversial words vibrated through the room in perfect cohesion with the old skool beat

You felt arms lace around your shoulders from behind impulsively causing you spontaneously jolt your elbow into  the owners chest in defence.
You: “Oh mianhae oppa” you said apologetically when you realised it was Bobby
Bobby: “Aishh chincha Y/N learn to be more feminine and gentle” he replied rubbing his chest whilst pouting
You: “Ok, next time I’ll aim lower then” you mocked
Mino: “Shhh” Mino said as Dao continued
Bobby: ”She's doing really good!”
You: “I know, I haven't seen her this good in a while” you replied admiring your unnies individual tone and style
As she finished you applauded her
Mino: “That was great"  he smiled you can come back out
You guys went through all your ideas and resulted on it being a diss-track to all the artist who had questioned your groups talents
Teddy: “Girl group doing a diss-track” he paused for a bit and laughed through the phone “I like it”
Dao went back into the booth to record her verse as she was having to leave with Jisoo soon after for a photo shoot
Once again the room echoed you tapped along with your feet looking aimlessly into the ceiling
Bobby: “So what are you doing for her birthday?” he asked as he rested his head on your solder 
You: “We have no clue” you said weary that Minho was in the room
Mino: “Umm guys I’m pretty sure that is illegal” he laughed looking back at you two, referring back to the whole twins of YG thing as he saw Bobby resting his head on you
Mino: “But anyway, yh what are you doing, its soon”
You: “Like I said we have no clue”
You: “Maybe have like a YG-family meal or something so a bunch-“ you remembered what you and Mira had been talking about and instantly regretted carrying on the conversation
You: “But she’d probably hate that so…” You said trying to not get him more interested in what you guys were planning
He  went back to the controls adjusting every detail so that it blended in with her voice.
Bobby: “Ok you don't have to do it again that was great” 
D.A: “Right I’ll be going then, are we doing this again tomorrow?”
Mino: “We can’t tomorrow but we’ll text you when one of us is free”
She politely smiled

D.A: “By the was your hair looks ridiculous, red doesn't really suit you” she told Bobby before giving you a hug then leaving
Bobby sulkily his hair playfully hurt by her comment
You: “Aww” you said as you ruffled it
Mino: *cough* “Illegal”*cough* 
You: “Shut up!” you laughed hitting his arm
You: “What's the time?”
Mino: “5:30pm”
Bobby: “Ok Y/n you go in now”
You: “I can’t rap though”
Bobby: “Isn't SCD supposed to be an all-kill group”
You: “Fine”
You went in and began rapping to a different more simple sample
Mino: “Wait wait wait” he laughed stopping the track “ok try again”
You tried and tried each time only to receive sniggers from Bobby and Mino from the other side
Bobby: “I have to send this to Hanbin” he laughed das he began recording you
You: “Yah! Jugulleyo!? (Do you want to die!)” you yelled which boomed even louder through the speakers
Mino: “Whoa Hahaha send it,send it!” he said holding his ears as you stormed through to where they were
By the time you finished it was already 9:30 your session hadn't gone so good and the guys were starting to get frustrated.
Mino: “Just come out we’ll continue this next time”He huffed as he began switching of the controls and saving all the recording from today.
You: “Sorry” you said “I told you I don’t rap” you exclaimed as deflated as them.
Bobby: “I'm hungry let’s go eat” he said easing your guilt
You all went down to a popular restaurant amongst artist which had the best ramen ever.
Mino: “Kamsahminda” you said as the young worker put the last side dishes on your table
Mino: “Did Hanbin reply" Minho asked looking across at Bobby
Bobby: “Nope he's probably busy talking to Jihyo”
You: “What!” you asked choking on your food
Bobby: “After you guys left the party, they started talking and now they're always texting each other”
Mino: “He never reply's to me either, I asked him if he wanted to go out tonight and he never answered, Y/n you try”
You: “Why!”
Bobby: “He always reply's to you even when he's in one of his moods at the studio and ‘you're bored because everyone else is a sleep’ “he said mocking one of your most recent conversations
You: “Fine” you said unwillingly picking up your phone, you put it on speaker so the boys could hear
*Ring* *Ring* *Rin-*

Bluntly the ringing stop which only meant one thing
You: “Did he just decline my call!” you said shocked
Mino: “Ohoho Minho” laughed “wow that's a new one”
Bobby: “I told you”
Mino: “Who are you calling?” he asked as you now put the phone to your ear
You: “Hayi unnie”
You: “Nae unnie have you talked to Hanbin oppa lately?” 
Hayi: “I messaged him last week, but he didn't reply why?”
You: “Because, Jiwon oppa(Bobby) and Minho oppa have been saying the same thing”
Bobby: “Put it on speaker”
You placed your phone on the table
Bobby: “Hayi where are you?”
She was about in the area and so you got her to meet you guys at the restaurant
Hayi: “Minho oppa” she said going straight to hug him to his shock as he stuffed his mouth with kimchi fried rice
Mino: *cough* *cough* “Hey” he laughed
She greeted you all with a hug before sitting next to Bobby
Hayi: “So what’s up with Hanbin?” she said whilst stealing some of Bobby’s food
You shrugged your shoulders you're and signalled over to Bobby as he knew more than you
Bobby: “I don’t know I think he's talking to Jihyo”
Hayi: “What Twices Jihyo?”
He nodded
Hayi: “Has our Hanbin got a girlfriend” she joked causing you to slightly cringe at the thought
Mino: “You're just jealous cause you like him” he said nudging you
You: “Oh yeah soooo much ask him to marry me please” you sarcastically replied as you gnawed on a plain lettuce leaf

Mino: “Well you were annoyed when he declined your call”

Hayi: “He DECLINED your call” she repeated shocked causing you to nod still annoyed

Mino: “He ignored you and y/n that’s saying something” he laughed
Hayi: “Let him do what he wants, have you guys ordered drinks?” 
All: “No”
She ordered everyone  rounds of soju you all began to become a little more lively and careless. 
Hayi: Should we go down to Apgujeong- some friends and I were gonna go
Mino: “Ahh yas Hayi you know how to have fun!”
Hayi offered to pay for the food and you all took her car down to Apgujeong (you texted Siyoung where you were going just so they wouldn't be worried) and entered a club where a bunch of her friends were already there in a royal purple lit room with a shallow glass black table in the centre and a leather couch surrounding it. 
“Hayi”
“Hayi you're here!”
Hayi: “Yh I brought these guys along” she said
All: “Annyeonghaseyo” you all bowed
Everyone communicated mostly through hand gestures as your volume was no match for the speakers surrounding ever square foot of the club. You guys were elevated in the V.I.P area reserved for idols and those who could afford it.
You all played drank and danced along with the music
The DJ had come over from America but was mixing there hip pop with Koreas. His pace was great and energy very contagious
'Im talking bout your 몸(body) im talking bout ya 다리 (legs)'
You all began to roar when Minho's single body came on. You were still a trainee when it was released and even danced to it alongside your other trainees for an evaluation
DJ: “I heard YG's very own are hear tonight”
*Club roars in excitement*
Minho encouraged by Bobby and Hayi went down to the main part and on stage signing along to his hit song as well as freestyling during the breakdown
You bobby and Hayi in cheered when he finished and banter fully patted and joked around when he came back up all sweaty and tired
You: “How does it feel to be back in Korea” you asked as he poured you another drink
Mino: “Wait I left Korea?” leaving he laughed before proceeding to laugh and put his arm around your shoulder whilst you all jumped to the infecting sound. This hadn’t been your first time in a club. But it was definitely the first time you'd gotten this drunk, you were still composed but were extremely jittery and easily humoured.
Minho: “Come over here” he signalled to you as two shadowy figures met you half way to him
You: “Hey, how are you” you bowed before lifting your head to see the other figures face become more recognizable. Too recognizable.
His black hat conveniently covered his eyes so his radiant smile wasn’t so obvious
S.coups: “I'm good” he smilled
Zico: “How are you”

You: “Great!” you said holding up an ok sign with your fingers
You all went back round your area where you continued to drink
S.coups: “Wah I didn't know you drank so much!”
You: “I dont usually” you said hysterical at this point
Hayi: “Y/n take it slow ok” she said concerned for you
You nodded holding as you brushed your hair back and put your glass down
S.coups: “What have you been up to lately?”
You: “What!”
S,coups: “What have you bee-“
You: “Sorry I can't hear you” you said non-chalantly leaning closer and accidently tipping your drink over his pants
You: “Omo I’m so sorry!” you immediately responded putting the drink down and handing him napkins to clean the stain
S.coups: “I think she should go home” he said to Hayi as you tried to get up to get more napkin but stumbled when doing so
He quickly got up and secured your balance under holding you close to him, keeping you from falling to the floor
Hayi: “Yeah I’ll tell the guys” 
S.coups: “Y/n sit here” 
You involuntarily hung your head down unable to control any body part
He lifted your head up and slowly moved the stray hairs from covering your faces
Too tired you slumply laid your head on his shoulder not knowing exactly what you were doing nor what was happening
Bobby: “Y/n” he said cupping your face to see I you were ok which cause S.coups to immediately retract 
You: “Can we go home” you murmured
Bobby: “Lets go” he mouthed to Minho and Hayi signalling to the two pointing to the exit
You guys left and got into Hayis’ car the boys helped you each on either side to make sure you didn't hurt yourself
Hayi: “Put her seat belt on” Hayi said as she began driving,

 Minho reached over to you and secured you in with the seat belt
You: “I'm too hot” you said as you tried to roll down the window
Hayi helped you by pressing the automatic opener near her
Hayi: “Better” she smiled
You: “Nae!!” You shouted
You: “I'm so glad you're back” you said turning to Minho
Mino: “Ok?”
You: “I .... just umm missed you sooooo much you know, it was so sad when you left”
Mino: “Well I’m back now”
Bobby: “She's so annoying when she's drunk” he laughed
You: “And Dao,  I think that she really-"
"I LOVE TO GET ON, I LOVE TO GET TWO ON" 
Hayi immediately started blasting the music so as to prevent you from saying a drunken mistake 

You: “Unnie!!!!” You screamed
Hayi: “WHATS WRONG!” She said stalling the car in the middle of the road causing a car behind to abruptly stop in time to not collide with your own
You: “Are we there yet?”
Hayi: “YAHH Y/N-AHHH!!!” she said suddenly incredibly frustrated  
Causing you yourself to become scared as you'd never heard her shout.
Mino: “Hayi she's drunk just leave it” he said signalling to the car behind an apology

Hayi: “Take her up” she said still annoyed as you pulled up to your street
You: “Unnie Mianhae”
Hayi: “Jiwon oppa take her up”
Bobby helped you up the stairs a struggle in itself as your lack of motor controll menat he done most of the work
Bobby: In English “You were a right idiot just then y/n”

You still didn't understand what happened and so just nodded
*knock**knock*
Mira: “Y/n!!” Mira answered in her pyjamas

Mira: “How much did you drink”
Bobby: “Too much” he said handing you over to her
Bobby: “Tell her to call me tomorrow so I can embarrass her about what happened tonight, I doubt she’ll remember anything, night Mira, night stupid” he said ruffling your hair
Mira: “Bye” she said shutting the door
