You all woke up early the next day, 3:30 am to be precise, and began getting ready and purposefully skipped breakfast as you all knew, due to previous experience, that there would masses of food at you events, most of which  you wouldn’t be able to eat due to the diet you guys were on.

*Knock* *Knock*

Manager: “Are you guys ready”

All: “Nae” you all said as you began top exit your dorm

It was dark and dewy outside, you could see the condensation constellating on the window as you all sat down inside the pre-warmed van.

Manager: “First we’re heading to MBC studio to drop off Jisoo, Y/N and Dao to film Weekly Idol”

Hayun: “What about us?” she said as she drew circles on the misty window

Manager: “You guys are going to be on Happy Together” he replied looking at Hayun in disapprovement as she childishly drew even more on the window

Siyoung: “What alone, we’ve always promoted together”

Manager: “This way you can promote the group twice as much” he said as he saw Siyoung nod her had in approvingly at the strategic plan “I’m going with you guys and Y/N you guys will meet up with our new manager at the studios, she’s from Australia so you can talk to her in English if you want”

You: “Cool” you said too tired to fully pay attention to what he was saying

D.A: “Yes, that means we don’t have to deal with you for the rest of the day”

D.A: “Unlucky you’re stuck with Oppa for the whole day” she said elbowing Mira who was rhythmically jolting her head as she tried to stop herself from falling a sleep

Jisoo: “Wait I still don’t understand why we’re going, we haven’t had our comeback yet” she said in a barely comprehensible yawn

Manager: “I was thinking the same thing but yesterday I found out that there will be other idol groups there, the only group that I know of so far is Twice” he said slightly turning back to look at you

You gave him a smile of recognition, in your head hoping that your idol friends from other groups would be there.

You pulled up to the car park which was lit by fluorescent street lights dotted around, you saw that there were other vans parked there, most likely that of idols who were already there, which made you pity them due to the fact that they presumably woke up even earlier than you guys

Manager: “Ok guys were here” he said as he slid the large black doors open, and let in the bitter winter cold which made you coil back into your woven scarf.

You: “Bye guys” you said

Siyoung: “Behave, and watch your tongues, especially you Dao”

Dao a cheeky wink back knowing that that was not going to happen

Manager Han: “Annyeong”

All: “Annyeonhaseyo” you all said bowing to the 20-something year old, cheery women who approached you guys

Jisoo: “Who is that?” Jisoo said as you all came up from the bow,

Manger Yuk: “Guys this is your new manager, we’ll both be working together from now on, I have to go now so have fun” he said giving you each a pat on the back before re-entering the van and driving away

D.A: “Aren’t you a bit young to be a manager”

Manager Han: “Umm… I …. Umm” She stuttered unable to find a response to the young girls fiery comment

You: “Unnie go easy on her she’s not used to your sharpness yet”

D.A: “Fine” she said in an un-amused tone

Manager Han: “You guys must be freezing, and it’s so dark out here lets go inside, the stylist are waiting for you” she kindly said as she ushered you all into the building

As you walked in your bones began to relax as the soothing warmth attacked your body. You walked past a few rooms before you saw one with the door marked SCD on it, the room was massive with a rack full of clothes in the corner, each item with an assigned name for each member.

You all sat down in your designated area where familiar faces began to do your hair and make up

Min Unnie: “Jisoo keep your head up I can’t do your make up like this” she said as she lifted the Jisoo’s chin to wipe the smudged eyeshadow on her cheek

Jisoo: “Oh nae” Jisoo mumbled, once again dipping her head as her eyes forced shut

Soo Unnie: “Guys congratulation on the award by the way” she said as she laced your hair around the heated wand and looked at you all through the lit mirrors in front of you

D.A: “Thankyou Unnie”

You: “Wait Unnie did you just say thank you” you said in a playfully shocked tone

D.A “Well when you’re complemented on your amazing talents and skills what else are you supposed to say” she replied in a cocky banterous manner

You: “When Manager Yuk Oppa said congratulations you told him to go away” you laughed looking at your member through the mirror

D.A: “That’s because he said that I was an ugly crier after he saw us accept the award” she said in an amused yet defensive tone

You guys would often joke around and share a lot with the makeup/stylist Unnies as they had been with you since the beginning of your debut and so knew you guys and your preferred style very well, they were like your big sisters. However you were all conscious not to reveal too much as they were also notorious for being gossipers as well.

You finished getting ready at 8:00 and filming, as usual was delayed, it was now going to begin at 11:00 instead of the expected 9:00. With two hours to kill you guys decided to go live on the v-app.

You: “Wait is it on” you asked as you pulled the camera closer to your face to see

D.A: “Haha I can see inside your nostrils” she said as she approached you from behind, pointing at the screen which was displaying your confused face, and unmissable nostrils.

You: “They look good right” you laughed as you turned to face her with your index finger pulling up the tip of your nose so that your nostrils could be seen even more so by her and your fans

D.A: “Whaah is that gold in there I want some” she said as she inspected them, her comment making you both uncontrollably start laughing

Look at the comments she said, still laughing she put her arm round you shoulder and began scrolling

*you guys are so cute*

*I ship you guys so much*

*our Unnies are too funny*

You: “Wait where did you get that from” you asked Dao as she cutely bit into a croissant and continued reading the comments

D.A: “The canteen, you wannna go get some”

You: “Yh I’m so hungry, Jisoo-ahh were going to the canteen to get some food, you want come”

Jisoo: “Yh lets go” she said her hair still in rollers, ready to be released at the last minute so that her curls wouldn’t drop

You: “Ok guys were going on an adventure” you said as you pointed to the camera

You followed Dao until you reached a large open spaced room with masses of food laid out, from pizza and burgers to pasta, to large bowls of fruit salad.

Jisoo: “Lets get food” she said as she winked at the camera and gabbed a plate for both of her unnies

You guys began grabbing a bunch of food, all in the range of the diet plan which you had been set out which restricted you from eating meat.

“Wait where is the Jokbal” you heard a cute voice say behind you, you knew straight away from the tone and the statement exactly who it was

Momo: “Y/N-ahh” she said as she ran up to you plate in hand and gave you a tight hug.

 “I didn’t know that you were coming, filming is going to be so much fun now”

You: “Haha no Jokbal then”

Momo: “No” she said pouting, “What are you filming?”

You: “Oh right yh” you said remembering “Guys look who it is" you said as you turned the camera "Momo-ah “

Momo: “Annyeong Clans” she said in her in cute tone and infamous bunny smile

You: “Omo hahahah”

Momo: “What, why are you laughing” she said in a confused tone, her question was then answered when she saw Dahyun behind her pulling various faces, to the crayon pop song currently playing in the background  each one funnier than the previous

Jisoo: “Unnie where should we sit” Jisoo asked as she placed a stalk of grapes on your plate

Dahyun: “Come sit on our table over here” she signalled to a table where Sana waved back at you guys

Jisoo: “Ok thankyou”

D.A: “Guys I’m so hungry right now, I can’t wait to sit down and eat” she said talking to the viewers, she panned the camera down and showed her plate to the camera

*Unnie you eat so healthily*

* No wonder you have such a nice figure*

D.A: “Oh anni yeoreobun, it’s just that were on a diet see” she said as she pointed the camera to you, expecting to validate what she was saying by showing the fans your healthy plate but instead she caught you eating yet another mini cholate chip cookie

D.A: “Well one of us is”

You: “Oh nae healthy eating” you agreed in mumble as you swallowed the cookie and proceeded to stuff three grapes in your mouth, your delayed reaction causing Dao to jokingly budge you.

Sana: “Hey you guys took so long, how come”

Momo: “We were trying to find Jokbal" she said as she disappointedly showed Sana her plate  

Sana: “Aww haha” she giggled

Sana: “Y/N-ah hi how are you”

You: “Hungry” you laughed as plopped down on your seat next to her

Sana: “Same let’s eat” she said in a cute high-pitched voice

You all sat on a rounded table with many seats, Dao who was currently talking to the fans about the food she got, put the camera on the table and propped it up on a tupperware box.

D.A: “Guys were going to eat now so well be back in a minute ok annyeong” she said as she circled the table with the camera whilst you guys, including the twice members, waved good bye

Jisso: “Unnie here you go she said as she gave you the cucumber left from the salad on her plate.” She and Dao hated cucumber and would always give it to you and the other members.

You reached out your plate for her, and when you went to put it back on the table, you accidently elbowed you water bottle of the table

You: “Uh-“you said as you heard it fall

As if all at once two people came and sat down on your table, you saw Vernon and Dino sit down on the empty spaces. Vernon as expected sat in the empty seat next to Dahyun, who greeted him with a cheery smile and hug. Dino sat next to Vernon and Momo only leaving one conveniently placed space between you and Momo, as you went to reach for your bottle you felt someone walk up behind you.

“Here you go” you heard a low gravelly voice say as a large hand which encased your water bottle gently placed it back where it was. From the way things were going, three people from each group, you knew that it was a seventeen member, and you prayed in your head that it wouldn’t be who you though it was

The male let out a groan as he sat next to you and Momo

S.coups: “Ughh, why do they always delay these things, typical right” he said, you stared down out your food and scrunched your eyes knowing that he was talking to you but somehow praying it was just your imagination. You could feel his eyes continuing to stare at you waiting for a response~

You: “Oh…yh typical” you said in a nervous laugh as you raised your head and caught eye contact with him, his large brown eyes giving out a sign of a smile due to your awkwardness towards him, contrary to your usuall confident banterous self, shown on and off screen.

Whoa he smells so good. Why does he smell so good? Why am I acting like this I’m never nervous around guys. Come on get it together. You’re confident. Be confident, ooze confidence.

You thought to yourself as you smiled and nodded, staring at the middle of the table

S.coups: “Are you ok?” he said confused as to why you were aimlessly smiling at the table

You: “Yep I’m great, how are you” you asked purposefully staring him right in the eyes and using your infamous natural charm.

S.coups: “Yah don’t look at me like that or I’ll really start falling for you” he said playfully nudging you as he looked down at his plate this time.

You: “Look at you like what” you said laughing at him and trying to once again catch eye contact with him. You both laughed at each other now awakwardness now, knowing that it was so much out of your usual character

S.coups: “Let’s not make things awkward ok” he said both of you now looking at each other, “I know that I probably shocked you at the party, especially since we hadn’t talked before hand”

You: “ It’s fine you, I’m sorry for not replying and then leaving” you laughed   

S.coups: “So were even” he said holding out a fist

You: “Even” you said returning it with a bump of your fist

Assistant: “Ok Idols we’ve got half an hour till shooting, can you all please return to your dressing rooms and finish getting ready” a voice announced from the speakers

Dino: “What we only just sat down” he sulked looking up at the speakers, as if he was about to have a conversation with it.

S.coups:  “Just take it to the room and eat it there” he said in a slightly annoyed tone at his dongsaengs childish complaint

Assistant: “All food must remain in the canteen no one is to take any into the dressing rooms, or else serious consequences will be faced”

Dino: “Aishh chincha, you know what watch me~” he said picking up his plate getting ready to take it to the dressing room

Vernon: “Just hurry up and eat some” Vernon said stuffing crisps into Dino’s mouth, causing Dino to lightly choke and you guys to laugh in return

You all got up and went to your dressing rooms to re-touch and put the finishing touches

Assistant Director: “Ok were starting in ten can you all come out now”

All: “Nae”

You followed the director who ushered you to where the groups were clustered

Assistant Director: “Everyone budge in”

You all moved back until your back touched someone’s behind you, you saw the familiar plain white set and in the corner were Hani, Defconn and Heechul were getting ready and joking around with each other

PD: “Filming will start now”

The three hosts goofily marched in to the set singing EXID’s latest with large smiles on their faces

Defocon: “yeh yeh yeh ooh ooh oh”

Hani: “Huh, you don’t even know the words” she said laughing

“I never thought that we’d be so close” the voice directly behind you whispered

You now familiarised yourself with the voice enough to know exactly who was behind

You: “Hey don’t get too used to this” you whispered still staring at the set not wanting to draw attention to your conversation

S.coups: “Don’t worry I’m just enjoying it while it lasts”

You: “Eww what a creep” you said causing both of you to lightly chuckle

Hosts: “Weekly Idol-”

Hani: “So to celebrate The Mama awards 20th anniversary we’ve invited some of the hottest idols-

Heechul: Whoo!

Hani and Defcon stopped and looked at him clearly amused at his sudden reaction

Hani: “Ok- “she said still amused “So we’ve invited some of the hottest idols in the k-wave right now”

Defconn: “That’s right were releasing them from their management’s dungeons” his comment causing all of the idols to laugh

Heechul: “Lets introduce the first group-“

Hani: “I adore them, you adore them, its Seventeen”

Everyone:“whooo-”

You felt S.coups hand lightly pat your shoulder before the three boys ran out cheering

You thought to yourself, this is going to be an interesting episode.
