Again you seemed to wake up the earliest, for what reason you hadn’t yet discovered, but it did give you time to scroll through social media and watch a bunch of variety shows without your members constantly wanting to change it.

Dimming down the strong brightness on your phone you began to scroll through your Instagram, endlessly liking the plethora of posts from B.I party last night.

 

 

-Text Message-

Manager Yuk: “Hey y/n I see you’re awake”

You: “How?”

Manager Yuk: “Instagram”

You: “Ahh ok”

Manager Yuk: “You’re schedule has been moved to today so wake the girls up so they can start getting ready, I’ll be there in an hour”

You: “No problem” you texted

 

‘In an hour’ you thought!

 

You: “Guys wakeup, our schedule has been moved to today and Yuk manager is picking us up in an hour!” you yelled from the hall way

 

One bathroom, six girls…Here we go again

 

All: “Kai Bai Bo”

Hayun: “Eyy later ers” she said zooming into to the bathroom,

Mira: “How does she always win!”

It came down to you and Dao

Both: “Kai Bai Bo”

Dao: “What no no no”

You: “Sorry fair’s fair” you replied closing the bathroom door behind you

You quickly took a shower and got ready knowing that any source of breakfast would have to be had at the company

At this point all but one of you were sitting on the couch granted looking a mess but not as bad as Dao who was still trying to find socks to put on

-Text Message-

Manager Yuk: 'I’m here'

You all walk down to the van ready to go

Mira: “Hey where’s Dao”

Mira says looking back at you all from the passenger’s seat and sensing the refreshing lack of complaints from a certain member peculiar

Dao: “Hello!”

 “Thanks for leaving me” she says opening the van door, and plomping in a seat next to Hayun, her hair wet and mangled

Manager Yuk: “Who let the wet dog in?” your manager asked looking at the mess that was Dao

His comment receiving a frantic outburst form Dao who threw her hair side to side, spraying out doses of water all over you guys

Hayun: “Heyyy stop” she said hitting Dao arm

D.A: “Sorry this dog needed to dry her hair” she smiled

At YG

Jisoo: “Can we stop at the café first to eat”

Manager Yuk: “Yh sure”

You guys walked down through the dimmed corridors of the YG building looking as if none of you belonged there due to your sleepy faces and untidy look.

Mira: “Dao aren’t you gonna eat?” Mira asked as you all enter the café but she turns the other way

Dao: “No I’m going to the toilet to dry my hair”

Mira: “Ok I’ll buy you something anyway”

As she turns to continue forward she bumps into Mino; both in their own minds and both unware of the other

Both: “Sorry” they both robotically say before carrying on past each other

Hayun: “Well that wasn’t weird at all” she said sarcastically

You: “Wow the only time they’re normal around each other is when they don’t notice each other” she laughed

You were questioning why Mino hadn’t seen Dao, I mean her reason was obvious, damp hair doesn’t look nor feel particularly nice, but he wasn’t usually distracted and if there was something going he did his best to not let it show.

Mira: “Y/n. Y/n”

You: “Huh oh just get me a black coffee”

*Buzz*

-Text Message-

“Hey just checking this is your number right”

Siyoung: “Someone’s texted you” she said looking down at your phone

*Buzz*

“You didn’t give me a fake number right”

You furrowed your brow to begin with, questioning who the hell was messaging you, but then it clicked

Jisoo: “Who is it” she said curiously leaning over to see any caller ID

You: “A friend”

Siyoung: “oh a “friend” right, y/n would you like a scoop of ice cream you love ice cream”

Hayun: “yeah you can get as many scoops as you want, even seventeen”

You: "ha ha very funny”

Jisoo: “Wait I don’t get it”

Mira: “Its ok” she says patting her head as she puts the tray of drinks down

Mira: “Well don’t leave the poor boy hanging”

You read over the last message

-You didn’t give me a fake number right-

You: It depends who’s asking- you typed

S.coups: A friend who’s been reaching out to this girl for some time now, they spoke properly for the first time yesterday at a party, and he said it was really fun

You: Tell youre friend that she enjoyed his company as well

S.coups: Are you doing anything today, my friend was wondering?

You: Working all day :/

S.coups: All day?

You: Yep

S.coups: That’s a shame I think my friend really wanted to see you

You: Tell him I very sorry, hope he understands the idol life

S.coups: Mm I think he’s very aware of it

Mira: “Oooo she’s smiling at her phone”

Hayun: "How cute"

You: “Guys!”

Dance studio

Lia Kim: “Hey, how are you guys” she said coming into the dance studio with frsh hippo demour about her

All: “Annyeonghaseyo” you all said coming up from your stretches and bowing to greet the choreographer

She choreographed all your dances since debut so she knew all your strength weaknesses and dances which suited your style

Lia Kim: “You’re doing an R&B track this time right”

You all nodded

Lia Kim: “Ok well I’ve come up with some moves they’re more mature and y this time, more your style” she said looking at you and Hayun

-1 hour into practice-

Lia Kim: “3 and 4 and roll 5 shoulder shoulder turn”

*Knock* *Knock*

Assistant: “Hello sorry to interrupt, but the CEO  wants to see Y/n and Siyoung in his office right now”

You and Siyoung both dart looks to each other from across the studio, and with out thought drop all your stuff and follow the assistant out of the dance studio

Lia Kim: “Should we continue without you”

Siyoung: “Umm, we don’t know how long we’ll take so just go on without us” she smiled

You both carry on walking down to the nearest elevator, you turn to Siyoung as the assistant turns the corner leaving you guys in private

You: “Do you know what happening”

Siyoung: “No” she replies in a tone of anxiety and annoyance

You began digging your nails into your sweaty palms nervous as to what the CEO had to say

You had only been in his office twice, 1. To congratulate you on entering the company 2. To congratulate the groups successful debut. All other conversations you had with him were causal, the formality of this made u increasingly unsettled

*Ding*

The elevator doors opened and in front you saw the glass windows into the office

Siyoung knocked

“Enter” you heard a deflated voice say

Both: “Annyoengaseyo sajang nim” you say entering the room whilst fully bowing

As you come up from your bow you try not to break eye contact with your superior,  but get distracted by the other people present in the room sitting on an extended couch

CEO (Yang Min-Suk): “Sit down” he said signalling to where the others were siting

More comfortable to look now you saw B.I, Lee Hi, Mino and Bobby all sat on the couch

You joined them, you sitting next to B.I and Siyoung at the end next to you. It seemed the couch ad been perfectly designed to accommodate all of you guys. Not a space more no less.

CEO (Yang Min-Suk): “Do you know why you’re here”

All: “No sajang-nim”

CEO (Yang Min-Suk): “You don’t know why you’re here” he replied now with a tone as if to question your stupidity

No one replied

CEO (Yang Min-Suk): “Ok, well look at this” he says turning his computer to show the latest All Kpop Article

Your stomach tightens as you read the article

CEO (Yang Min-Suk): “So who’s going to explain this?”

Mino: “There was a lot of paparazzi around and they were getting aggressive”

CEO (Yang Min-Suk): “So you decided to hold her hand”

You: “It’s not his fault, the other members had left and it was only me and Siyoung left, I should have left with them but decided to stay longer I’m sorry”

CEO (Yang Min-Suk): “Do you see this” he said tapping the screen “another speculation that you two are dating this time there somewhat proof. Who do you think you are the new GD and Dara!” he said referring to the 2016 after party where something similar had happened

Both: “No saganjang nim” you both replied in unison

CEO (Yang Min-Suk): “We told you two last year when this happened to stay away from each other when out in public, you’re both preparing for comebacks and you’re doing this! “Especially you y/n as a rookie and you Minho as her sunbae shouldn’t be seen together in this way!”

Both: “Sorry” you both said looking regretful

CEO (Yang Min-Suk): “I understand you were trying to protect her but you need to think about your image, both of your images”

Both: “Nae we understand sajang-nim”

CEO (Yang Min-Suk): “And this” he said going onto another article

Lee hi- scoffs in disbelief as he turns revealing a dipatch article stating "Lee Hi was caught drink driving after going out clubbing with fellow YG idols"

CEO (Yang Min-Suk): “Hi what do you have to say”

Hi: “I wasn’t drunk sajang-nim”

CEO (Yang Min-Suk): “Well how do you explain this footage”

Bobby: “It wasn’t her fault, we were all drunk but she wasn’t”

CEO (Yang Min-Suk): “We, who’s we?”

Bobby: “Me, Minho hyung and Y/n”

CEO (Yang Min-Suk): “Y/N was drunk!”

CEO (Yang Min-Suk): “You let her get drunk!” He said slamming his hands on the desk “Do you guys not realise that you’re IDOLS! Every single month there’s some new scandal with one of MY idols, do you know how embarrassing that is”

CEO (Yang Min-Suk): “Siyoung you’re supposed to be there as her leader to protect her, you think this is protecting her”

Siyoung: “Sorry”

CEO (Yang Min-Suk): “I expected more from you. I gave the role of leader to look after your group, not my group your group”

CEO (Yang Min-Suk): “We give you freedom because you deserve it NOT to abuse it. Dating scandals I could care less about, date who you want but when it involves putting your image and your life in danger that when it becomes a problem.”

The lecture continued and at this point you were feeling very guilty

CEO (Yang Min-Suk): “There’s still more”

He said revealing the final one but as he did stating that all of you apart from B.I could leave

You were able to catch a glimpse of what was on the screen, what it said, true or not, making you intensely confused and your heart tighten.

You were in their for over an hour and realised, after seeing the article, B.I would be there for much longer

You all left the office in silence going back to your previous schedules, Minho’s sombre expression earlier on made sense to you now, he had probably been called up before you, however now you were questioning what more he had done.

“Look Hayi unnie, I’m so-“

Hi: “Y/n don’t” she said as you she and Siyoung entered the lift

You guys hadn’t talked since the car incident, and you hated that. Hayi was not your closest friend but you could always count on her and for a time you considered her as close to sister.

When you reached the dance studio you saw that Lia Kim had left, leaving it up to your members to teach you the first part of the choreography

Both you and Siyoung were still unable to concentrate due to the lecture which hung around in your heads, causing your memorisation to be poor and moves floppy.

Jisoo: “Hey you wanna do 2 onto get you back into the mind set”

You smiled “yeah let’s do 2 on”

2 on by Tinashe was the first dances you guys performed as a group, it’s never been released as it was something you guys would often dance to when a member was down or as a hype song to get them back in the ‘mind set’ as Jisoo would put it

Mira: “Ready”

Siyoung: “I don’t know if I’ll remember it’s been way too long”

The rest of the day consisted of countless slideshows of music video settings, fashion ideas for the concept and more recordings

You guys came home exhausted at almost midnight preparing yourselves for the next few weeks of hell

D.A: “So why did you have to go see sajang-nim”

Hayun: “Stay out of it she said painting her nails”

You didn’t reply

D.A: “well” she said looking at you to get some sort of reply

You: “Take Hayun Unnies advice and stay out of it” you said digging yourself in your duvet and opening up your laptop

D.A: “Damn warn me next time your periods sync up I’ll make sure to switch rooms”

Hayun: “Well it’s not like you need to warn us about yours, or was that stain on your sheets today nail polish”

D.A: “Maybe it was” she laughed

Hayun: “Did you see Hanbin oppa leaving today he was a mess”

D.A: “I know right, more so than usual”

Hayun: “You’re phone she says picking it up to chuck it at you but dropping mid way”

D.A: You’re such a clutz”

You reach over to you phone emerging from the sea of sheets you had immersed yourself in

You saw you had been added to a new Group chat

Mino: ‘You guys still at the company?”

Siyoung: ‘No in the dorm’ you see Siyoung reply

Mino: ‘Come back we need to talk’

Siyoung: ‘We are talking’

Mino: ‘No in person’

Siyoung: ‘We can’t’

Bobby: ‘You live like 5 minutes away just walk’

You: ‘Did you not see what happened today Bobby, I’m staying on the low down from now on’

Bobby: ‘Hey those articles have leaked but no one’s seen them yet’

You tried to plaster on a poker face so that Hayun and Dao wouldn’t question what was happening, but from their intense sudden argument you could tell they were too occupied to notice

Mino: ‘Its about Hanbin’

Siyoung: ‘So what’

You: ‘We’re not coming down to YG so you can gossip about Hanbin’

Bobby: ‘We’re not gossiping, were telling you something before it blows out big time sajang-nim told us to tell you but in person only so that people can’t trace our conversation or something’

Confused you decided to text B.I

You to Hanbin

‘Whats going on’

He opened it but didn’t reply,

You: “Ugh what a ”

D.A: “Hey I’m way more hygienic than you”

Hayun: “Sorry but I’m pretty sure that ramen isn’t supposed to have fur on it” she said picking up a pot of noodles next to Dao’s bed

D.A: “Really that’s funny cause-“

As they continued their argument you heard the door open

Siyoung: “Hey y/n, they want us back in the company for something”

You: “Huh” you said confused strongly against the idea

Siyoung: “Uh yeah CEO says it’s urgent so we need to go” she said trying to talk over Dao and Hayun’s argument

You: “Oh, ok” you say playing along with this constructed lie despite not wanting to

Hayun: “Since when does the CEO call in people at midnight?”

D.A: “So you’re trying to change the conversation now”

Hayun: “Dao what the hell are you talking about, you make no sense”

D.A: “I make perfect sense, this isn’t even your room so you can leave”

Hayun: “I’m older so-“

You guys left the room as they continued with their quite comical argument

Everyone was in their rooms, so stepping out into the darkly lit, echoless dorm, as you could hear your members conversations being carried out on the other side of the wall, made you feel even more cautious of what you were doing, hoping they wouldn’t suspect anything.

Sure 5 minutes wasn’t that long of a walk but considering you weren’t allowed out of the dorm without being supervised, it was extremely cold in Seoul right now you had been scolded today for multiple things already and neither of you had the best sense of directions, 5 minutes seemed like a really long time.

The street you guys lived on wasn’t bad, in fact it was quite peaceful, but every single car horn and scuffling of trash on the floor seemed to heighten your senses

After a few wrong turns, in attempts to avoid dark alley ways a suspicious guys you finally reached the building

Siyoung swiped her company card and you guys hurriedly went into the building which gave you both a blanket of comfort.

There were still some workers but not the usual 600+ that surrounded the building during the day

Siyoung: “Call the guys”

*Ring* *Ring*

You: “We’re here where are you guys?”

Mino: “We’re in the lounge”

You: “Which one?”

Mino: “In the Black label”

You: “Cool” you said before hanging up the phone

-At the lounge-

When you guys came in you could hear them talking, each sounding as annoyed and fed up with each other as you did being there

Minho head nods at you signalling to everyone yours and Siyoung arrival

Hayi: “Y/n sit here” she says patting the space next to her, which you do, respecting her command as someone older than you

Siyoung: “So what’s happening”

Bobby: “Well everyone’s in today, well apart from you” he said looking at Siyoung

Siyoung: “You’re kidding right”

Bobby: “Oh sorry did YGs favourite idol get told off today” he said in a mocking sulk

Mino: “Shut up Jiwon”

Hi: “Hey she gets it the hardest, you know how much he expects from her, plus she’s been in the company longer than you’ve known how to walk”

Bobby: “All I know is that we all got it today”

You: “Tell me about it, seems like I was the centre of most of it” you said getting up to get a drink from the vending machine

Siyoung: “That’s because other rookies don’t act like you”

You: “No other rookies don’t get caught like me”

Mino: “Exactly”

Bobby: “The media, has constantly got their asses on us “

You pass the drink over to Bobby as he signals for the can which you had just taken a large swig from

Mino: “You could say that about Hanbin though, its cause hes in YG they want to find out anything to bring us down”

Hi: “No, something like that, with what he did, Dispatch would be on anyone’s ”

You: “Why what did he do?” you asked beginning to remember the article you saw earlier on and hoping it had nothing to do with what they were about to tell you

Bobby looked at Hayi and Mino

Siyoung: “We didn’t come down here, in the middle of the night, to drink Pepsi max” she exclaimed grabbing the can from his hand and angrily placing it on the table

Bobby sighed before beginning to tell you

Bobby: “Hanbin-“

HEYYY I'm back. Its been such a long time and I'm so sorry. But exams have now finished so I'll be way more active. I hope you enjoyed this chapter and I hope the images are working. Its good to be back! ^_^
