It's been three months since this story has been updated, so I know there are many questions. I will take a moment to answer some questions people may want to know the answer to.

Is this story completed?

No, the story is not completed. There are still other major events that have yet to happen in the story.  Although they were quite dramatic, these first few chapters were simply an introduction to the rest of the story.

Why hasn't there been an update in three months?

Why I stopped updating can be boiled down to basically two parts.

1. I found that I cannot take criticism well.

I realize that my writing still needs a lot of work, and with that, comes the fact that people may and will critic my writing. However, I seem to take it personally.

Prior to my hiatus, I received a piece of criticism regarding the dialogue of my story. In hindsight, the comment was completely valid. Still, it affected my confidence in writing and strive to continue writing.

2. I lost interest in the story.

This is a bit of an exaggeration, but I do believe that I lost some interest in the story. Because of my lack of confidence, the story felt almost like a chore. I couldn't even write past one sentence before telling myself I was done for the day.

Around the same time I lost interest in this story, I began writing a fluffier and overall brighter story called And You. Unlike this story, I didn't feel any negativity and the subject matter was also completely different being as it was one, a JaeHina story and two, a romcom.

Soon, the story began taking up my time, and while I wouldn't say I forgot about Everlasting Dreaming, I didn't really feel any need to open up the story and work on it.

Will the story ever be updated?

As of right now, I have no plans on working on the story for I stopped at a place which could be considered an ending

However, I planned this story well in advance and have already mapped out the entire story from start to finish. I actually have many chapters of the story partially written.

From the time spent on it to the amount of thought I put into the story, this story was my first ever major fanfic. It will always be important to me. It means the world to me. With that being said, I will never give up on this story.

I promise there will be a day where I finish this story. It just won't be any time soon.
