DARA POV

'Bommie, I need you to hurry up and put your best friend voice on and tell me what to do!" I hurriedly whisphered into the phone "I know it could be dangerous but I can't just sit here and do nothing!"

"Look Dara, after all you've explained to me... I say get the hell out of there! What the hell are you doing with your life! I leave for 1 month and you've gone and gotten yourself in some big cr-" I bit my lip and glanced around the empty park as I heard Bom take a deep breath. "Okay, just erase whatever I said. That was totally my 'mom' voice. Ehem- Dara, how much does he mean to you?"

"I don't know what it is Bommie but it hurts to think that he might get hurt by those awful people." my hand automatically covered my heart where a weird uncomfortable pressure was. "Much less than if I were to never see him again. He's important to me." i concluded with sincerity.

"Then babe, run after him " Bom paused before whisphering "Just please, be safe eoh?"

"Thanks Bommie!. I knew I could always count on you. I love you." I double checked to see if my shoe laces were tied and then I ran. Into the direction that would lead me to him.

I cursed my non existent athletic abilities as my legs carried me slowly over the grass and finally lead me to the main road. Seeing as GD and I were seated at the complete opposite end of the park I had run over just roughly 500 metres...and I was puffing and breathing heavily as if I had just run a marathon. Dang it. I surveyed the main road and I couldn't see him anywhere. My breathing started to become panicked and so did my thoughts. 

Please, be safe. I repeated over and over in my head like a prayer engraved in my heart. I grabbed my hair in frustration and almost on the verge of tears I forced myself to stop and calm down. 

Breathe in. Breathe out. In. Out.  Repeating that a few more times I thought of the idea to think like a kidnapper or worse a murderer. I shuddered at the second option. 

"Okay Dara if you were a kidnapper-" I spoke to myself aloud gaining the interest of those who were walking past me. " or a murder, where would you lure your victims to?"

Where would you lure them to Dara? C'mon, think, think, think! My eyes drifted away from the main road and the street lights and began to survey the darker parts of the area. A broken internet cafe, A closed car shop, my eyes continued to wander until I found it.

"The alley way!" once again i willed myself to move not hesitating for a second, knowing that if I did I might not be able to move. Tightening my hoodie over my face so you could only see my eyes, I hid behind a parked car near the alley way and listened.  A cat screeching, footsteps,
