“I'm home,” exclaimed Taekwoon when he got home from the grocery.
“Oh, finally,” replied his mother from the kitchen. “What took you so long?”
“I met a friend on the way,” said Taekwoon simply. “Hi, Uncle. Hi, Aunty,” he added when his uncle and aunt were seen in the kitchen.
“Hi, young man. How’s your life?”
Taekwoon put down the shopping bag and sat beside his uncle. “Everything’s good.”
“Your cousin is in your bedroom, dear,” his aunt then said. “You’d better go upstairs before he ruined your stacks of books.”
“Ah, that kid.” By that, Taekwoon jogged to his beloved bedroom and found a giant bulk on his bed. “Yah, I’ve just made my bed.”
“That’s not the way to greet your cousin.” Taekwoon could only rolled his eyes. “Besides, it’s been a while since we last meet.”
“We just met yesterday, you giant monster,” he replied while throwing the closest thing he could grab. “Get out off my bed, I’m tired.”
“You only walked two blocks away!”
“Whatever, that’s my bed. Off you go.”
His cousin could do nothing but woke up and sat down beside the bed while taking a soccer magazine from the desk. “Jaehwan requests to play futsal. Free this weekend for he will also ask Minhyuk, Eunkwang, Baro, and some other guys to play along.”
“Hm, okay.”
Not long after that, the two high schoolers then got into a fight in a game, playing Taekwoon's favorite Xbox game after some persuasion from his cousin.
“Yah, don’t do that move.”
“What now? Afraid to lose?”
“Yah, yah, yah!”
And that kind of conversation went on for moments until Taekwoon called, “Anyway Hyuk-ah.”
“Yeah?” replied Sanghyuk who was still engrossed in the game.
