It had been three weeks since their night at the bar. Siwon´s ribs hardly ever hurt now, so he had spent a lot of time working on his car.

“I´m going to grab some more wood” – Siwon said to Kyuhyun while he picked up his shirt and wiped the sweat from his forehead.

They had been working in the house now.

“Do you need any help?” – Kyuhyun asked while he rubbed a hand over his messy and sweaty hair.

Siwon gulped. His friend had grown up nice. No matter how hard he tried, he couldn´t, not notice Kyuhyun. y, tall and slim. His tight jeans modelling his round . It was an amazing view for Siwon, and he wished like hell Kyuhyun was gay, so he could not feel guilty for looking at him with lustful eyes.

Stop it! Stop those thoughts right there, man!

This is the first real friend he ever had, and probably the best one. Thoughts like that would screw everything up. Lately, they had been happening more and more…and, he could have sworn Kyuhyun knew Siwon couldn´t help but look at him, and he didn´t seem to mind it.

In your dreams, man!      

“No need. I´ll go” – Siwon answered, ashamed of his lustful eyes on his friend.

Siwon went for the wood and both advanced a lot in the house.

“We are doing a great job together” – Kyuhyun said in excitement.

“Yeah. We are quite fast”

“Our house will be the best from the neighborhood!”

“Our?” – Siwon asked in confusion. Ok, he was living with him now but he didn´t know for how long yet.

“You live here, don´t you?”

“I do, but that doesn´t make it my house”

“It does…”

Both stared at each other and laughed. Siwon loved his friend. He always made him feel cool and comfortable.  He wished this could be his house forever too…with him.

After another half an hour, they were still making some furniture for the house and repairing some other stuffs.

“I think that´s good for today” – Kyuhyun said and leaned against the wall.

“Too old to keep going?” – Siwon teased. It was early evening already but he liked any excuse he could find to tease his friend.

“Screw you! – Kyuhyun punched Siwon´s arm softly and smiled – I´m going easy on you”

“Easy isn´t the last way I like it” – Siwon winked at him.

Kyuhyun´s eyes widened in surprise, and Siwon almost apologized again, but this time, he let it go.

“I´m going to head inside” –Siwon said.

He began to walk past Kyuhyun when the latter reached out and grabbed his arm. Nervous like hell, he turned around to meet his friend´s eyes.

“Hey…why don´t we relax out here for a while with a beer or something? I think we deserve it, after how we both worked today in the house”

Even though Siwon had been the one to say he was going inside, he didn´t want to. All he had wanted to do was avoid any chance of awkwardness there could be, between them. And to get his head on straight after the way he had been staring at Kyuhyun all day.

But a beer sounded nice. There was nothing wrong with having a drink with a friend on a warm night.

“I´d like a beer or two” – Siwon looked down at Kyuhyun´s hand still holding his arm. When he did, Kyuhyun moved it away.

“We have pizza too”

They went into the house instead. Kyuhyun put some cool beers on the table while Siwon filled two plates with pizza. After some minutes, both friends were enjoying their time together.

“So…is it good to be back?” – Kyuhyun asked him.

Siwon finished chewing before he replied.

“It is. This place has always felt like home to me”

“Yes. I remember you saying that when we were kids. I thought you were crazy as hell”

Kyuhyun´s parents had died, and he had moved here about six months before Siwon had showed up.

“Old times, huh? We had lots of fun together…”

Kyuhyun smiled and nodded.

Siwon looked at Kyuhyun who took a drink of his beer. He watched Kyuhyun´s neck as he swallowed it down, wishing he could taste his skin. Dammit! He was ! He needed to get out of the house more, and do it without Kyuhyun. It seemed whenever Kyuhyun wasn´t working, they were always together.

“We did” – Kyuhyun replied feeling a little bit nervous.

“It is time for me to settle down and stay in Seoul” – Siwon said. In the short month he had been back, he knew Kyuhyun wanted him to stay.

“I´m glad you´re staying, Siwon. Seriously, you´re welcome here as long as you want”

Siwon smiled.

“Tell me about the army” – Kyuhyun asked all of a sudden, his voice thoughtful and deep.

“Not much to tell. It was the military. Tough as hell at the beginning but then I stayed at the Police Station, as an officer. Even though it was hard sometimes…it´s not something I really like to talk about”

“Sorry…I didn´t mean to pry”

This time Siwon couldn´t help but look over at him. Kyuhyun smiled, and it was still that same confident, mischievous smile as when they were kids.

Siwon cleared his throat.

“You didn´t pry. All you did was ask a question”

“And you said you had a…”

“Boyfriend” – Siwon chuckled.

“Bastard! Yeah! You were seeing someone before you came back? I have never been serious about anyone. It´s just not something I see for myself. Were you guys?”

Siwon groaned. The last thing he wanted to do was to talk about Luc, especially to Kyuhyun.

“I thought we were serious – Siwon said with a sad voice but before Kyuhyun had the chance to ask him what happened, Siwon continued – And, why am I not surprised you have never been serious about someone?”

His friend laughed.

“Variety is way too much fun to only have one flavor for the rest of your life”

Both laughed again, helping Siwon avoid the Luc topic, and to stop wondering why Kyuhyun would be curious about his relationships anyway.

Kyuhyun watched as Siwon´s chest and stomach heaved in and out with laughter. His friend had a very muscular body. For a moment he thought what it would be like to run his hand over Siwon´s firm muscles.

He tilted his head around, and looked out the trees. What the hell was wrong with him? He had never in his life admired another man the way he just had his friend. But it isn´t the first time with Siwon…and Siwon wasn´t just another man…well it didn´t happen all the time, but there had definitely been moments in the past couple weeks it freaked him the hell out. He couldn´t describe it…

“What´s wrong with you?” – Siwon asked.

His first instinct was to ask how he knew, but that suddenly confused him as well. Siwon had always known him so much better than anyone else. He noticed things about Kyuhyun that no one else did.

“Nothing – Kyuhyun whispered, before realizing he was being an idiot. The last thing he wanted to do was get attention to his stupid behavior. So he added – It´s a gorgeous night and I´m holding a beer, after working on the house today. What could be wrong? The only thing that would make it better, is a woman to celebrate with”

Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Siwon nod. Before either of them had the chance to speak again, Kyuhyun´s cell sounded in his pocket. He saw the ID caller and frowned.
