“LIKE SERIOUSLY!? NEW SYSTEM!? WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH OUR UNIVERSITY!?”

“Noona, you’re too loud.”

“Oops. Sorry. My bad.” I close my mouth with my left hand. My right hand is holding my phone. I am on call with Wendy and Narsha, when they told me this stupid news.

“Why now. Like seriously. WHHYYYY NOOOWWWW….”

“Pft like I know. The new class will start next week. So I guess you’ll come back with new classmates.” Narsha sounds pretty annoyed, lol.

“But I want to be with you guys.” I whine.

“Awww me too, Jihyo. But we can’t do anything. Let’s just hope we’ll still be in the same class.” I know Wendy tries her best to console me.

“Hey we’ve got to go. Professor Yang is already in. talk to you later. Love ya.” And so they end the call. I sigh.

“Do you know about this new system?” I ask Myungsoo who’s so busy playing games in his phone.

“Uh-huh.” Is what I get from him.

“And you didn’t tell me anything?”

“There’s nothing special to talk about.” He’s still engrosses with his phone. And I also had enough with him. Sometimes he acts like he’s so caring of me, and sometimes he just pisses me of. I put on my slipper and is about to walk out of my room. I know he’s eyeing me because before I can even open the door, he grabs my hand. He drags me back to my bed and signals me to sit down. He shifts his chair, and sits in front of me.

“I know everything about that. I don’t want to tell you coz I know this simple things will freak you out a lot.”

“Gee now you’re teasing me.” I cross my hand to my chest.

How rude young man. How rude!

He smiles. I guess he knows that I’m not mad at him anymore.

“Noona.” I look into his eyes as he calls me.

“You know I love you, right?”

Adhukersnesjfw what the heck with Kim Myungsoo why is he telling me now I know that coz I always hear him but no no don’t do this to me oh no I’m starting to freak out chill Jihyo chill.

The only thing I can do right now is,

Laughing out loud.

“Yah Song Jihyo.”

Oh okay. It’s not working. It’s not working!

“Calm down. I know you’re freaking out. Me too.” and that’s when I see his hands trembling and he’s sweating. Now I can see his face is so red.

Is he blushing?

“You have a strong will in confessing. Though you’re so shy.” He chuckles nervously.

“Hey Myungsoo.” I grab his hand and squeeze it.

Since when do I have this courage?

“You know I’m not good in accepting this. But I… urm.. I too..”

“I understand. Thank you so much.” I can see he’s smiling so bright and he hugs me.

Awwwww he hugs me. Myungsoo hugs me.

I guess he gets the hint.

That I like him too.

“Leggo! Leggo!” I scream excitedly as we walk to Yeeun’s car. Yes. I was already discharged from the hospital. Shin Hye was already discharged two weeks earlier than me. We agreed to still stay together after what had happened. We made up, obviously. Though sometimes I still feel uncomfortable, but I guess time will heal everything.

“Gee when Jihyo’s not around, it’s always calm. I miss that day.” Chaerin teases me sarcastically.

“YAH!” I yell back at her, making her and the others laugh. She comes to me and side-hugs me as a gesture that she’s just joking. I pat her back and we all laugh.

It’s a good day for me and them.

“Song Jihyo!” I look to where the voices come and jog to them after seeing Wendy and Narsha.

“Ohhh I miss seeing you guys in the campus!” I say in the hug.

“Let’s see the Board. I think the new classes are up already.” Me, my best friends and my housemates walk together to the Board to see our classes.
