The next few weeks were very busy for Youngjae with school ending and the increasing work at the agency.

Daehyun had tried to call Youngjae a few times but he was avoiding him. He didn’t want to hurt more than he was already, but one fine day, Youngjae decided to go see the studio. When he got to the green door it had a sign saying “closed”.

He was about to turn away when he saw Jongup and Junhong.

“Youngjae-hyung!”

Junhong hugged him.

“How are you?”

“I’m ok, thanks. What about you two?”

“Well we get by, you know… after Lotus Kiss was dissolved, we’re just trying to manage…”

“I see… and Hicmhan?”

“He is working with his older sister.”

“Good for him.”

Youngjae also wanted to ask about Daehyun but he didn’t have the courage, however…

“Did Daehyun call you?”

Asked Jongup.
“Uh… he did, but I was working I couldn’t answer.”

Youngjae lied.

“So you didn’t say goodbye…”

Junhong pouted.

“Goodbye? What do you mean?”
“Daehyun… he left last week.”

Youngjae’s world fell at his feet. He didn’t expect it to be so soon.

“I… it was nice seeing you guys… I have to go.”

Youngjae walked away trying not to cry in front of his friends.

“Do you think things will be ok again?”

Junhong asked, but Jongup didn’t have an answer for him right now.

That night Youngjae tried to call Daehyun but his number wasn’t working anymore. He regretted everything he’d said and done. He just wanted to see him one last time.

The next day Youngjae received a package in the mail. It was a large box and inside there was the dress he wore at Willowdemy’s festival.

It had a note from Daehyun:

Hi Jae

I hope everything’s ok with you.

When you read this I’ll be already gone. I tried to call you but you didn’t answer… I understand.

Just wanted you to know that you’re the reason I still dream about becoming a designer. I’ll always think of you.

I hope you treasure our dress; we all decided you should have it.

This time Youngjae couldn’t stop the tears from coming down his face.

“I miss you too.”

Eventually time passed by and things followed its natural course.

Yongguk, Junhong and Jongup went to college, Himchan continued to work for his sister, and Yongjae was becoming a popular model on magazines and even on TV. About Daehyun, they only heard he was doing great with his designs for the theater and movies.

One day, Youngjae recieved an invitation for a movie premiere… the costume design was by Jung Daehyun.

Youngjae was anxious to know if Daehyun would be there as well. Would he be back after so long for this? Would they be able to see each other again?

Youngjae looked at the blue dress in his closet… if only time could go back.

Suddenly his phone rang. It was Himchan.

“He’s coming!”

Youngjae’s heart started pounding.
