I Need You

Alljong One-Shot Collection (Song Based) {DISCONTINUED please look @ "About Me" in profile for further info}

I've been writing a lot (well probably the most I've ever written) Gyujong this month... also sorry if these requests take long to be accomplished but I'm still suffering from college-prep schools that are REALLY over doing it on the prepping...

Once he saw the red light turn off, he took off his headphones and sighed. He dragged his feet to the doors and exited the recording room with slumped shoulders.

"Take a break for 15 minutes and we'll try recording that part again, okay, Sunggyu-ah?" the manager asked.

"Yeah, I got it," Sunggyu waved off with a hand before walking out to the lobby. Once he reached, he saw his bandmates eating some snacks while chatting.

Sungyeol was drumming his fingers on the table. Woohyun was simply munching on some crackers as he listened to Dongwoo's and Hoya's conversation.

"Yo Gyu! How was recording!" Sungyeol noticed as Sunggyu went to go get a can of coffee from one of the vending machines.

Sunggyu took a seat by Sungyeol and scoffed, "Speaking informally again?"

The younger simply laughed it off like usual, "Whatever, but seriously, how was recording?"

"... Same..." he murmured before opening the can and taking a drink.

"Dude, it's been like what, 3 years since Sungjongie left? It's time to move on," Sungyeol patted the older on the back sympathetically.

"Oh, the pianist before I took over the position after he got married to the guitarist before Hoya?" Woohyun asked, "What was his name... Myu-"

"Yes. Don't remind me." Sunggyu interrupted sharply, making the previously light atmosphere turn suffocating.

"Uh... I have to go... tighten my bass guitar strings..." Dongwoo murmured before leaving quickly.

"I'll go follow him before he breaks something..." Hoya murmured before getting up. He looks back with an apologetic look before chasing after Dongwoo.

Woohyun stands up, taking a brief look at the singer, "You know... at least I'm trying my best to be friends with you..." he sighs before walking away.

"I kinda hate to say this since I'm your friend and all but... 3 years... they've been gone living a happy married life... try to be happy for them...?" Sungyeol couldn't help but cringe a bit, "At this rate, the band might break up because of this problem with Sungjong, so maybe take a week or two off, okay?"

Now Sunggyu couldn't help but roll his eyes as he bought an umbrella at a convenience store. He would have taken a nice walk on a sunny day if it wasn't just hit with one of the most sudden rainstorm he's ever seen/felt before.

He walked out of the convience store but still went with walking in a nearby park, letting the soft drizzle and small puddles calm his nerves.

"...upid..."

Sunggyu widened his eyes and suddenly felt his heart rate increase. He tried every bit of will in his system to deny that it was who he thought it was but couldn't help but feel confused at the sight of a familiar boy, curled up and soaking wet on a bench in the park.

Carefully, he walked over to the boy and stood close enough so that the umbrella shielded the boy from the rain too.

"Sungjong...?" he carefully asked.

The boy flinched and looked up to the older, large eyes wet with tears and his cheeks a light red, "H-Hyung...?"

After what felt like an hour of trying to persue the boy to follow him back to his apartment so that he could dry up and not catch a cold, the two were shivering as they entered the older's apartment.

"I-It's still a-as messy as I r-remember it...!" Sungjong couldn't help but giggle before sneezing.

He rolled his eyes as he locked the door, "This is why we don't continue crying in the rain for four hours. Go to the bathroom and dry off. I'll go and get some dry clothes for you."

The younger silently followed said instructions, probably out of habit of previously being bossed around and picked on by Sunggyu and Sungyeol.

A moment later, Sungjong was sitting on the couch, wearing an oversized T-Shirt with shorts and a blanket over his shoulders.

"Mind telling what happened?" Sunggyu asked as he brought back a warm cup of tea.

"Well... Myungie and I get into a few fights sometimes but this one's sorta... major..." Sungjong murmured as he took the cup of tea, "I may or may not have overreacted when he was talking to some model he was working with on the phone, but I couldn't really help it when he hasn't been coming home as often as he use to to spend time with me..."

Sunggyu raised an eyebrow, "'Overreacted'? I'm pretty sure you had the right to do so, even if you were jealous."

"St-Still, I forgot that Myungie was really stressed out about deadlines and he exploded on me..." the younger took a sip of the tea, "When we were sleeping together last night... I couldn't take what he said so I ran away without him knowing..."

"Don't you love him though?"

"Of course I do! I..." he looked down to his cup guiltily, "I'm just the type of lover that wants to be spoiled with attention... it's stupid..."

The older rubs the back of his neck before sighing and plopping down on the other side of the couch, "You can stay with me until you two make up if you want..."

Sungjong's eyes immediately brightened, smiling, "Really hyung?! Thank you so much!" He then proceeded to hug the other, making the latter feel his cheeks burn up and his heart do flips.

"I missed you, btws," Sungjong laughed as he lets go.

"Yeah... me too..." Sunggyu smiled in what felt like forever.

Those two weeks felt like bliss, feeling happy to know that the one he loved was by his side again, never really seeming to have changed while he was gone for 3 years of his life.

His love for lemon candy.

The little scoff and sassy remark when he didn't want to listen to the older sometimes.

Even the adorable smile and laugh that could brighten anyone's day.

Everything was the same, as though the world was never so dull and painful in the first place.

Then he came back.

Call it cliche when the two were simply having a walk around the street shop center when Myungsoo ran up to them and hugged Sungjong out of the blues. He apologizes with a whole collapsing of words running out of his mouth, making the two confused.

"C-Calm down Myungie!" Sungjong grabs his shoulders and pushes him a bit to see his face, "Speak words that I can understand, okay?"

Myungsoo took a deep breath, "I'm so, so sorry about what happened last week. I was just stressed and annoyed and felt all of the worst things possible when you went hysteric and I just directed my anger to the wrong person... I-I didn't even realize that I've been leaving you home alone and I just come back one day talking to some random girl on the phone. Please, Sungjong... please come back..."

Sungjong and Sunggyu felt like a truck had hit them for different reasons.

Sunggyu felt his world fall apart yet again when remembering that the boy that he loved was already married. The pure bliss of having him back again made him forget that Sungjong only stayed with him because of this problem with Myungsoo.

He silently watches Sungjong from the corner of his eyes.

The younger shifted uncomfortably before releasing a sigh. He retracts his arms, nervously rubbing his left arm, "I- Myungie I- Well-" he groans in frustration before looking at Myungsoo apologetically, "You... You're so busy with work... and maybe I'm just being selfish... but... maybe... let's wait this out? I just want a break from being lonely..."

Obviously, Myungsoo was crestfallen, but nodded understandingly, "I... I got it. There are deadlines for so many things and..." he looks over to Sunggyu before smiling sadly, "You just need some company and attention for once after so many months alone." He kisses Sungjong on the forehead, "Love you, Jongie."

The younger nodded, "Love you too..."

"Take care of him hyung," Myungsoo smiled after taking a deep breath, then walks away.

"What just happened...?" Sunggyu blinked once, maybe twice.

"It's called 'blame hyung'," Sungjong huffed sassily before walking away.

"Excuse me?! Yah! What is that suppose to mean?!" Sunggyu yelled, chasing after the other.

Sungjong glanced at the older from the corner of his eyes before turning his head away, as though he was hiding something, "Since I'm going to stay with you until Myungie's deadlines are over, introduce me to the new recruits of the band, okay?"

Sunggyu knew he wouldn't get anywhere with a sassy Sungjong so he gave up with a sigh, "Fine..."

Maybe if he had paid attention to Sungjong a bit closer, maybe- just maybe- he would have seen the younger's light pink cheeks as he cursed under his breath, quietly murmuring, "This is forbidden. This is stupid. Hopefully I didn't just went and... for someone like him too...! Curiosity is gonna kill me... but... me too... I need you..."

I'd like to make a request :)
Perfect by One Direction
Pairing: MyungJong
Prompt: What really happens behind the cameras. (Like even though MJ shippers feels that MJ lacks interaction in Showtime and they look like they're growing apart, things are completely different when there aren't any cameras anymore)
