Today is Big Bang’s concert, that’s why she scheduled her work to be half-day. And even though she’s supposed to be filled with excitement, her baby brother is trying her patience. She can’t handle anymore delay because her boss might change his mind in allowing her to go early.

“Sanghyun, hurry up! I’m going to be late for work.” She could’ve woken up her neighbors with her shout, but right now her priority lies on being on time.

“I’m coming sis. Just give me 5 more minutes.”

After hearing her brother’s reply, the ticking time bomb exploded. She was as fast as lightning when she replied with finality, “Sanghyun, you’ve been at it for 45 minutes already. I’m leaving you if you don’t show up now.”

And just like a fox, her brother was at the door with disheveled hair and clothes, looking like a hurricane swept his body.

She was just about to start her long list of sermons, “Sanghyun, how many times have I told you”, but her brother immediately cut her off.

“Sis, let’s go now, Big Bang is waiting for you.”

Yes, her little brother knows how to pacify her because after hearing that she was determined to fight her way in the subway.

It had been a habit of her to check whether Sanghyun arrive safely at his school. The car accident which happened years ago possibly made her paranoid about every little thing. She’s just thankful her brother only remembers the positive highlights of her life. Amnesia has never been helpful and she sincerely hopes that Sanghyun never remember that awful night.

“Sis!”

“Sis! You’re spacing out again. We’re here now, stay safe when you go to work.”

Sandara couldn’t help but be emotional today. Everything is going to be fine because Sanghyun is with her and the concert would definitely boost up her inflated dreams. Instinctively, she looked up to the sky and whispered,

“Umma, appa, don’t worry. Sanghyun and I are going to be fine, I promise. We’ll be together again someday.”

She was able to come 30 minutes before her working time and her mood was light all throughout her office work.

When it was half past 2, she got worried when her office mate suddenly approached her.

Minho, with his puppy eyed face softly asked her,

“Sandara, would you mind doing this article before you go? It’s just an urgent matter for Saint Laurent to finish this press release.” 

She was about to follow Minho’s request, when her boss, Taeyang  (yes, coincidentally he has the same name with one of the Big Bang members) stepped in their conversation.

“Sandara, you can go now. I’ll have someone finish this. I know it’s an important day for you. So, enjoy, arraso?

She was surprised at her boss’ concern and she could only reply with a, “Kamsamhamnida.”

It took her two hours to prepare. What with all the fuss about what to wear and the fact that she prepared a book of poems inspired by the songs by Big Bang, she couldn’t help but feel weary and excited at the same time.

At the moment, she dressed up with a white and black striped cardigan partnered with a mini-skirt and flower-patterned black stockings, and a black classic pumps. Subsequently, she looked at herself in the mirror, satisfied with the way she looks and at the same time thinking, what would Jiyong think about her outfit?

What a funny thought when she don’t even know if Jiyong would notice her later. Still, she was determined and before getting a taxi cab going to the concert arena, she reveled in the scent of Musc Ravageur, wishing Jiyong would chose to use the same perfume tonight. Probably, when others know of her crazy thoughts, she would simply be tagged as psychotic.

When she arrived at the concert arena, she bought almost all the merchandise. She even had her pre-ordered headband with Jiyong’s name on it. After waiting for 30 minutes, the lights went out and the Big Bang members emerged from below and the spotlight was on them.

They sang Bang Bang Bang as their first song. She was so enamored by all of them, after all she’s a hardcore VIP. But what attracted her the most is GD, he’s in front of her singing live and nothing could sway her mood now.

Their voices were so in-sync and she thought that they sang better during live performances, they truly are Kings she could faint right now from their greatness. She jumped and screamed together with other VIPs. She could care less if she ends up mute tomorrow.

After 7 songs, Fantastic Baby’s introduction was heard and the stage parted like the Red Sea. Luckily, she was on the left side and Jiyong and Taeyang were together. She was paralyzed after awhile. GD sat beside the stage and waved to his fans. He has so much charisma in him. His face, it was like an angel. He's too perfect she could just cry by just looking at him.

She was so shocked she didn’t notice GD getting her phone for a selfie. She must have looked like a fool to him. There goes her dreams of actually looking and feeling y in front of GD.

The concert ended with Bae Bae as their encore. She was tearful after that 3-hour concert. It was a dream and she lived in it for a while. It’s time to go back to the reality of her life as a struggling writer. She clutched at her book of poems prepared for Jiyong, maybe next time she'll have the chance to give it to him.

“At least, I saw Big Bang. I saw you Jiyong, my love. See you in the next concert.” She muttered in the thoughtless wind.
