I'm overwhelmed now. What does he want to tell me? 
I was trying to sleep but it didn't work. I'm thinking about Jongin.
Is he playing with me again? Well.. I'm over him so I have to stop thinking about it.
Right in that moment Wendy comes in. 
"Wendy! Where have you been? I was worried. It's 1 am!"
"Sorry. I had a great last evening with my family and I didn't want to leave them again."
"I felt the same. It was hard to leave again."
"True.. Oh my god!!! Seul, what is that?! It's so pretty. Where is it from?"
"It was the christmas present Jongin gave me."
"Ah.. I should've know..."
"What? What did you should've know?"
"Listen.. I was the one who got your name at first. I heard later on that day that Jongin was searching the person who got you
because he really wanted to give you something. So I contacted him and we changed. That's how I got Taeyeon and he got... you."
"Are you serious?!" 
"Yes he said it's really important for him."
Does that mean he cares..? No it can't be. I don't wanna have something to do with him. 
I was pretty fine without him. My life was peaceful the last few months.

Today is new years eve and I'm really happy to celebrate with my friends and the staff in the building.
Everything is so nice. We got some snacks, drinks and music. 
It's 11 pm so we still have one hour. 
I was sitting alone on the couch as Chanyeol came.
"Why are you alone?" 
"Oh uh, Wendy wanted to get some snacks for us."
"Can I sit with you?"
"Yea, of course! How is your evening?"
"It's getting great right now. How about you?"
In that moment Jongin appeared right in front of us.
"Seul, can I talk with you? Now", he said.
"I talk with her, what do you want?" Chanyeol angrily interrupted.
Suddenly, Jongin grabbed my arm. I was stiff in that moment. 
I didn't know what to do. I didn't even complain. I was just following him.
He went out of the group room to his dorm. 
He walked really fast and angry and he wasn't saying a word. 
He basically pushed me in his room and slamed the door behind him, kinda aggressive.

"You drive me crazy Seulgi!"
"Why?"
"You tell me why!"
"Jongin, I don't understand your problem. Why are we here. Let's be clear or I'll go back."
"I wanna talk with you about something."
"Well, I was just busy talking with Chan---"
"Shut up."
What? I'm looking at him with a shocked face. I don't understand his behaviour. 
"Did you open the present I gave you?" he seems so distant.
"Ye, I did."
"..And??"
"I don't want it."
He looks at me. He just stares at me right now.
"Didn't you say you like me?"
"I did."
"So?"
"I did like you."
"And what happened?"
"You was being an after we kissed?! You basically rejected me and then you said it was dumb and a mistake?!"
"I didn't know you like me! I'm sorry I said that.."
"Well, I don't care anymore. I'm over it. I understood that it will never work. I can't love you because we're not even allowed to date
and we're even from the same company, you know. We're both idols, we never have time,
you probably already have a girlfriend and fans will hate me when they find out."
"What was that? I have a girlfriend?!" 
"Yes, remember that one day you left me alone in the practice room after someone called you?"
"But that was no girl. Seulgi, you need to know something.. I was -------- 

>>>"EVERYONE, IT'S 5 MINUTES TILL MIDNIGHT. 5 MINUTES TILL THE BIG EXPECTED FIREWORK WILL START!!!"<<<

"Omg, we have to go! Let's go!!"
I was running out of his room, outside to the others who were already waiting.
A few minutes later, Jongin was standing beside me. We didn't talk.
5-4-3-2.....1 ! ! !
I was forgetting all my problems in that moment. It's so pretty.
"Jongin! That's so beautiful! Look look! I'm so happy!"
"It is.."
Right in that moment he grabbed my hands softly.
We're looking at each other. 
In the background the noisy, colorful, bright firework.

"I love you, Seulgi."
