After that day, the whole school knew- thought - that Puff and I were official. So we just went with it. She hesitated at first, but she made me promise something.

And that something is? For me to confess to you when we graduate. Which was, well, just a few weeks to go after that. Now you know why I confessed. It was thanks to her. And believe me, it took her a while to get me to promise that. (Because you know how I, Kim Heechul, don't usually promise things) 

I remember the day you went to my house, telling me that you want to finish a project and asked if it was okay with me for you to stay. (Of course it was, you idiot. Can't you see that 17 year old me was so... how do I say this "head-over-heels" for you? Well I still am but still) 

It didn't take long for me to notice that you were sad. So without me asking, you suddenly blurted out that things didn't work out between you and Sora. Call me a jerk (because I am), but I felt so happy hearing that. But I immediately felt a pang in my chest when I saw your face. You looked so sad. You liked her that much, didn't you?

"That , man." I said, scooting closer to you and hesitantly patting your shoulder. I felt my heart beat faster when you suddenly hugged me. 

"Turns out she likes someone else. That she's liked that person for years now." 

Same, Sora. Same. 

"If she liked that person so much, she should have just told them instead of going out with someone else." 

I stayed quiet, resting my hand on your back while you had your arms wrapped around me. A bitter chuckle suddenly left my lips. "Dude, I'm sure someone out there is feeling the same towards you. It's hard feeling something for someone but not having the courage to tell them." 

You told me how wise I am, I just told you that I heard it from a friend. When in fact, I've learned it from experience.
