Description
Life was hard for Ji Hyo ever since she was in her college life. Thinking of coming over to Seoul, she had to repay the debt that her mother borrowed to pay for the hospital bills. Her father was admitted in the hospital due to leukemia. Her dream of being an artist was forbidden to save money. Her family is her first priority.
Despite her handwork as an office worker, her manager was impress of her. Her manager would bought meals for her as he watched her starved during lunch hour.
She wasn't the type who communicate with her co-worker. That was the reason on why her co-worker spreaded false rumor of her. Mentioning that she's using their manager who was came from a wealthy family. She never complain about it. She knew her responsibility to help her family with the financial aid.
During her days after leave from her job, her first sight of meeting a man. Where they realized they fell in love during their first sight.
Foreword
"Ji Hyo-ssi..." His manager interrupted into her work. He sat on the empty chair, ahead of her. With a smile where he seldom shown to the his employers.
"Is there something I can get from you, sajang-nim?" She paused and looked at her manager.
"I heard that you had been working overtime recently. Is there anything I can do to ease your burden?"
She was already burden with the high medical bills from her father. But yet, she wouldn't want some symphaty from anyone just because of her father's illness. "No.. I'm prefectly fine with it."
"Ji Hyo-ssi..." There was a pause from her manager. He cleared up his throat and continue. "I guess you need some time. Away from work."
"Are you going to fire me? "Did I do something wrong? I will fix them!!!"" Her eyes blinked, surprised of her manager's sudden decision.
"Of course not!!! I wanted you to take some day off." He stood from the seat and laid a hand on Ji Hyo's shoulder. "Let's just say... You need a break from all these. Come back... When you need to."
